EPIPHANY: A LITTLE UNDERSTANDING OF GENZ?
I’ve had a bit of a ‘conversion’ lately after last weekend’s onsite staff meeting. We worked through an analysis of how each generation from boomers to the present have worsened, and conditions have worsened as well. Until then, and a few conversations on the topic with younger friends recently, I didn’t really grasp how horrible the world appears to GenZ. It’s on thing to (justifiably) pick on Millennials. But GenZ is just, well, in a word ‘screwed’ – and not at all in a good way.

So I lose my patience with the lost and incompetent and angry generation (GenZ) pretty much every single time I interact with any but the best educated.

And you know, it’s not their fault they had a sh–t education, sh–t indoctrination, and have known nothing of a world before the 2008 crash ended the postwar age of prosperity. Of course, they have a bad attitude. And of course, they’re angry about it.

I had ‘mistaken’ expectations. Meaning, unfair expecations.

Now, that doesn’t mean I’m going to put up with their nonsense. But it does mean I can pity them and work for their benefit, even if I wouldn’t want to talk to, be around, or have dinner with them. πŸ˜‰

The truth is that everyone has a right to be angry other than the parasites in the academy, media, state, and financial sectors.

Those people have taken lying for a living to a whole new version of Jim Jones on a national scale. And I think the angry folk aren’t going to feel very merciful by the time judgment day comes.

Now if y’all would help me and the rest of us demand a solution so that we can fix this problem before we have a judgment day, that’d be good.

And it does seem like the Overton window is reaching its maximum size over the maximum population…

    Cheers
    Curt Doolittle

    No one owes you anything.
    You don’t deserve anything.
    You aren’t that interesting.
If you need attention for entertainment…
Then that’s why you aren’t interesting
    Attention is just consumption.
    Exchange is production.
The market determines your worth, not you.
And the only value a woman has to a man is femininity.
I’m not sure why a man has any value to a woman πŸ˜‰
And I’m not sure men don’t want to be wallets any longer.
Women create the market for affection.
You get the market you create.
    And there is no scarcity.
    There is no cost.
    So there is no price.
    So there is no trade.
    And that’s called ‘market failure’.

(That doesn’t falsify your claim that the online commentariat isn’t biased as heck, and totally diviergent from the population – it is. That’s why divergent personalities are attracted to social media. And why social media can be a sink hole.)

I’m not sure I understand the question yet.
    What gap?
It’s unlikely that I can’t explain any and all behavior.
It’s likely that like a small number of other human differences, that there is no solution other than political choice. (though that will take explaining). For example, marriage is of questionable post-agrarian value. Abortion is a killing but its it murder. Homosexuality is a developmental defect not a baiting into hazard, but does public tolerance or acceptance impeded family formation? There are a number of these questions.

Consensus is +/-70% genetics, and +/-30% idiosncratic development. Near zero environment. Most non genetic variance dissipates over time such that in adulthood we are almost entirely gene expression. Or in simple terms you can’t improve on genes, but you can impair a child especially with trauma. And life eventually expresses genetics.

This isnt a holy grail study. Its just the most recent contributing, and I used the title to trigger folks like you while at the same time explaining the reasons for human variation in the text. Thats how I research bias and deceit: running tests.

As we see in the stats of the tweet (esp given my usual stats), it worked.

“Does race influence intelligence?” is a dim question. Race like all accurate stereotypes (and stereotypes are the most accurate measure in social science) is an accurate contributor to the probability you as an observer will encounter a certain intelligence range when you meet someone of that race. But the distribution of intelligence in the races is, as stated, an artifiact of isolation, neotenic selection and evolution, local suppression of reproduction of those less fit for the local environment, and one’s genetic history (which as recombinant computation) is vastly more complex than we had originally anticipated prior to the human genome project.

Well, the behavior is constant, but as intelligence, consceintiousness, and training increase, we gain influence (agency) over our instincts.
Those are the basal female instincts.
But I could, with ease, bait you into demonstrating female cognition, and bias, because women are…
