    So the smart fraction matters most and the rest ‘don’t matter at all’ so to speak.
    Ethiopia has 100M people so it WILL produce enough of a cadre of competence for that population.
    Same applies to India. There are only a total of about 700M white people in the entire world vs India’s 1.3B. So even with india’s relatively low average IQ they will produce more people above 130 than whites.
    The best example is japan where the population is 125M which is half of the white population in the states. Yet just the difference between our 101 white people and their 104 Japanese people produces more outliers above 130/140.
    The matter is even greater for china with a slight advantage over japan, but china produces far more engineers in the 115-125 range than either japan or the states.
    In other words, it’s better to look at countries by the population of ‘smart people’ over 125 versus the burden of people under 90. This is why average IQ is a perfect proxy for every single measure from crime to GDP.

    Our challenge is to retain natural selection and tesulting natural eugenics to prevent regression to the mean and devolution into another second wold sh—hole. The moral means of doing so is separation into Whiteness(Natural Eugenics) and non-whiteness(Dysgenics). Otherwise you Dysgenecists will drag our civilization down even more so with you. As such national divorce is a necesssity of our survival against the tide of dysgenia made possible by women voters.

    Briefly, I have a paternal view of leadership, which is roughly translates as I run organizations like a grad program, and spend about a third of my time on talent, on customers, and on operations. If I have to do more than that I don’t have enough talent. The reason I do this is because I build growth companies, and this means I will always need more leadership next year than this year, and it takes about two to three years to train someone to take inititive and own an initiative.
    So I view leadership as support, as education, and as decision making (judgement), given that there is always a scarcity of resources. And like a democratic republic I want to distribute the decision making and knowledge and competency as widely as possible.
    In this method everyone seeks their level of competency and they can succeed or fail. This means they determine their career, not me or any ‘manager’.
    Now this is my approach because I am CAPABLE of it. There are other leaders who are not capable of it,and must use different organizational structures. There is a long history of academic study of leadershp thru the ages, but it’s not really complicated. There are only three categories. Are oyu inspirational, are you operational, or are you educational? and you must compensate with others and organizations for whatever you aren’t. 😉

    Because in the 1960’s the democrats destroyed the black family, the black community, and the rise of black-centric middle class and elites, and relocated blacks, using the soviet model, to urban slums, to tilt elections in democratic favor, and the result has been the ‘destruction of our cities’ and the ‘black family and community’ as a consequence.
    It takes only about 6 to 8% of a hostile minority to destroy the society, polity, and economy of a city. And you’ve done it and yoi keep doing it.
    So no, you may not end our right to defend against an increasingly authoritarian government because you cannot create stable families, cannot control the behavior of your community, AND you vote for the people who won’t control it, AND you blame others for your failure in both casese, while falsely claiming you’re the victims.
    So, own it.
    Yes, ‘whitness’ (logic, science, natural law) is the most emotionally and psychologically difficult personal, social, economic, and political order man has invented, because it maximizes individual responsibility, and punishes by market and institutional means those who cannot or will not accept personal responsibility.
    Yes there is some truth to the earlier and deeper sexual maturity of the black community driving greater chances of conflict over status. But denying this fact exacerbates the problem.
    If you are saying your people are unfit for advanced civilization, then the evidence is to the contrary, because most of the progress of black america was made BEFORE the civil rights movement, forced integration (mutual destruction) and johnson’s (soviet) relocation program.
    As always, the man in the mirror is to blame.
    Own it.
    You aren’t victims.
    Of anything other than yourselves.
