We always, like children, test one another.Sometimes we find the limits.Unfortunately, the limit in politics is the restoration of violence. But be very careful what you do with that violence. Because men are very aware that the proxy is revokable, and we can return to violence. Politics is a proxy for violence between men. A market for trades to avoid violence. Women have permission to use this proxy -within limits. Of course suburbans and rurals have higher sensitivity to costs imposed: the police vast commons that urbanites take for granted. The primary problem is the differences in opportunity costs as density decreases. Rural people police vast commons that urbans dont. If houses were restored to requirements for membership classes could conduct exchanges truthfully rather than propagandize with falsehoods. We end monopoly democracy and restore the market for commons by trade between the houses of the classes. The city-suburb warfare ends. Immigrant cities are excellent plantations for wage and tax slavery. Unfortunately, they don’t understand that they took the bait. End The Age of Monopoly Rule, and restore the west to it’s genius: markets in everything. Democracy created the age of monopoly rule, where the west had forever suppressed it. Houses of government created a market, not monopoly.

There is a difference between a cost of entry into a religion and the content of the falsehoods in the religion. Many cults do not ask us to pay physical costs, but to deny reality as the cost of entry. In fact, is that not the entire premise of the monotheistic religions? The price of entry is faith in falsehood? A cost of non-correspondence with reality? The signal of trustworthiness to others is the likewise denial? The shared lie? There exist amazing cults (stoicism), questionable cults (Buddhism), ignorance creating cults (Christianity and Islam), immorality creating cults (Judaism), and even worse cults that teach even worse lies.
There is no need for lies. History, myth, man, and nature are beauty enough and wonder enough without the need for lies. -

There is no steady state. the rules are not stateful, but adaptive. There is no ‘done’. genes and culture and norms and institutions all store past information that we can express when needed. It’s not that we are machines that adapt to a fixed set. but that we store a broad range of possibilities that we can express through genetic, cultural, normative, personal, political and institutional SELECTION. We are still thinking in terms of mechanical models rather than informational models. man and the universe are correctly represented as information.
This is what Hayek was trying to tell us but he was too early, and the crisis too early. It took Turing and two or three generations of programmers to understand what he and popper had intuited: information is not only the model for the physical sciences, but we are part of the physical sciences, and information is the current model we must work from. -

That’s the end of the free riding on defense, disaster, emergency services. You either fight, restore, and react, or you are a free rider. The problem herein is that women cannot fight without causing risk to the men, and risk to generations. A woman’s equivalent of fighting, restoring and reacting is child bearing. If a woman will not bear replacement children and a man will not bear the costs of defense, then they are free riding parasites on those who bear and those who defend. This is not an opinion. This is merely a fact of physical reality.

Religion Is Explicable By Scientific Analysis.
Sorry. Just Is. No Magic Necessary. No Superstition Necessary. No Lies Necessary. 1) myth=history/heroes, 2) ritual=plays/stoicism 3) festivals=sports/holidays/feasts
That the ancients used primitive concepts in all walks of life where we no longer do is simply an artifact of the process of accumulating particular rather than analogistic knowledge. What makes people feel spiritual is literally the combination of: 0) a narrative that provides common decidability on tie breakers that support our group evolutionary strategy 1) what we think of meditation or prayer in which we are free to be honest with ourselves, 2) the chant/fire/group prayer where we feel the pack response in safety, 3) the play/church/school/temple where we feel the pack response in narrative, 4) the feast/festival/sport where we feel the pack response in ‘celebration’. 5) war/competition where we draw upon all of the above. Spirituality (elation,safety) is produced by the pack response. Spiritual euporia (in all it’s names) is produced by the intellectual equivalent of abandonment of all ‘concerns’. But these ‘effects’ are achievable by multiple means, both shinto/stoic/buddhist personal ritual, group prayer or storytelling ritual, team sport and festival ritual, and martial and funeral ritual.
