    You blame (((them))) for the same reason you blame a woman for her lack of agency and indulgence of gossip (see scolds), or dog for its ill manners, or the rat for it’s pestilence. All beasts pursue their evolutionary strategy. The question is what does one do about it? Yet (((they))) are trivial to control by our common law, and the militia’s use of organized violence to enforce it. We are the gods among men. We are the only gods. Men need gods. And gods impose laws. That is the meaning of ‘god’. Only a weak people would claim to be chosen of the gods. The strong demonstrate that they are gods. The weak, conniving, and evil are either their children, students, serfs, or slaves. We are the only people with the choice to be gods. Choose.

  • Tolerance: Virtuous Or Thief?

    In the Western Pagan and Pagan-Christian ethic, we do not say people are equal. We do not say we should be tolerant. We say only that we must exhaust all reasonable attempts to cooperate – just as we would our own kin – before treating others unequally, and intolerantly. This is our faith. It’s also the science. Abrahamism-Marxism-Postmodernism is just another lie. Exhausting one’s attempt at cooperation – one’s tolerance – yet retaining the militia’s responsibility, and bearing the cost for the defense of the commons, and claiming one’s well earned virtue, is very different from simply abandoning responsibility for defense of the commons, and thereby escaping the costs of defending the commons, while claiming virtues – when in fact, one is merely a free rider and a thief. It all begins with the militia. That is the source of the uniqueness of western civilization.

    by Michael Churchill NFLX and TSLA look insane to me. Not at all clear to me that there is any sort of calc that has TSLA with normal gross margins. NFLX capitalizes content costs, which is like Caterpillar capitalizing the cost of making tractors. Buying/making content is cost of goods sold — not capex! GOOG, FB and MSFT make a lot of money and valuations are not crazy. AMZN is insane in the same way that NFLX and TSLA are. The operating margins on selling books are WILDLY negative — and only offset by the cloud-services business. Now … that doesn’t seem right from an anti-trust standpoint. Amazon is using cloud money to wipe out the entire country’s retail infrastructure. How about a Sherman anti-trust case against them?
