—“Hi Curt, You’ve discussed the myriad of problems with big cities (dysgenic, parasitic, immoral). And I agree. So I’m wondering why, as a Genghis Khan conservative, do I feel so drawn to large cities? Just about everyone supporting P wants to live in the suburbs or a rural area, have a family. And here I am just wanting to meet people and have fun. I want a family, but later. Is there something wrong with me? Rural areas seem depressing, while big cities seem exhilarating. It’s hard to reconcile the two because I can calculate how unsustainable big city leftist politics are, and how destructive it is to our civilization, but I can’t stand living anywhere else.”—

I agree with you. I prefer living in cities because I have high openness and want it satisfied. Cities are interesting.

If cities were run by conservatives, then conservatives would want to live there. They aren’t. There is no reason cities cannot be run conservatively. They were. Change policies so good people can live in cities and they will.

The problem is if you want a good quality of life AND children you can’t compete with people who don’t.

Cities drive out people who want quality of life AND children and retain people without children who have money, and people with children who are poor.

The cost of clothing and feeding kids is (like all livestock) cheap. The cost of the home you do it in, varies a great deal.

That’s why I want to change incentives.

And how to lie using loading, framing, and overloading…. That’s the point of literary works – to persuade by suspension of disbelief and suggestion where one cannot persuade under skepticism, with measurements, and theories of causal relations: Myth > Lit > Hist > Sci > Math

(The art of persuading children when you must, when they lack reason, retained into adulthood, to avoid the use of reason.)

CONSERVATISM = FULL ACCOUNTING. CITIES GIVE GOVERNMENTS MAL-INCENTIVES FOR FULL ACCOUNTING

—“The only city I know that is run conservatively is Singapore. Still a genetic sink afaik.”—Yiannis Kontinopoulos

They do not run it conservatively in the sense of familial capital, but in the sense of social, economic, and political capital. This is the problem for most polities – not cherrypicking. Not cherrypicking requires eugenics. And with the ((())) suppression of the eugenics movement, and with the ((())) suppression of the nationalist movement, combined with the available pool of individuals ‘still coming off the farm’, and with the incentives of adding people to the middle class using consumer capitalism, it’s almost impossible to create the incentives (without authoritarian government) to impose eugenics (prohibition on underclass reproduction).

THE CONSERVATIVE WEAKNESS OF CONFORMITY TO SELF INTEREST RATHER THAN TO SHARED GOALS

As a person who succeeds at any scale, one develops the habit of judging people on their utility toward achieving ends, not on their shared frames and values, or their utility as a friend, confidant, and equal. But as an allied state with very different interests the present of which are aligned. In some sense this is the universal benefit and weakness of the right: demand for conformity when we are a host of packs, so that conformity to more than a small group is impossible. This is why the herd strategy defeats the pack strategy of the right.
Libertarian middle and upper middle, churchy lower middle and upper working, fascist working and upper laboring. Just what you would expect in any civilization.

    TWITTER LIMITATIONS ON IDEAS

—“Can you finish your posts on Twitter?”–RD Hyker

Most of my Tweets are automatically posted to twitter from FB. Twitter does not permit long form, and the vast majority of my serious posts are in the 500-1500 character range (250-750 words), with important ones in the 3500-5000 character range. If twitter allowed 4k posts (it should) rather than Tweets I would post full content there instead of just links.

Sort of Journalistic rules of thumb.
    – 250 words to sympathize
    – 500 to inform
    – 750 to make a point by context
    – 1500 for an argument within context
    – 4500 for an analysis (set of arguments)
    – 10000 for a treatment (20 pages)
In general you can say most anything in twenty pages – which is why the book industry and the paper industry exist. You can’t sell a paper but you can sell a book, so books consist of either one paper and a lot of fluff, or multiple papers.

If a worthwhile CONVERSATION begins on twitter I will post a series of responses there, then consolidate them on FB in a single post, which will be auto-posted to twitter yet again.

YOUR QUESTIONS ARE TELLS OF YOUR COGNITION

—“It was a question. The answer could be no or no answer. If yes, I think more women might be willing to listen (and not be so defensive) if he shared personal experiences and regrets. These are stories that many young women need to hear to plan their lives better.”–@JulieBorowski

The question Julie, was and remains, why of all the candidate questions and causes, did you pick a solipsistic and psychological rather than a political and strategic? We are men. We think in incentives (polities). You are women, you think in psychologies (children). Why? Agency.

In other words, GSRRM, NAXALT, “Child Left Behind FEARS”, rather than Arguments, Distributions, and Pursuit of Excellence AMBITIONS for the group (polity, kingroup).

What qualifies you to object? Not that qualifications are in any way determinant of the truthfulness of an argument or counter-argument. But by what qualifications OR argument to you object, and what is your objection? Data is data. Are you trying to deceive women? Is that right?

THE GOAL OF FEMINISM ISN’T COOPERATIVE EXCHANGE

But that isn’t the goal of feminism right? It’s not to achieve market competitive parity, but to exhaust all opportunities for the privilege of unearned hyperconsumption.

Women vote to marry the state so that they can obtain the benefits of male productivity without the cost of their care. This demonstrates rational their incentives. But it merely enables hyperconsumption by women and places the burden of their irreciprocity upon men. So … ?

    FEMALE INCENTIVES AND COGNITIVE LOAD

Women evolved a sensitivity to, and excitement from, attention – especially envy, as a means of testing their status. They seek this status by either fertility (body), dominance (behavior), or hyperconsumption. The attention is an insatiable good – if they can’t compete by merit.

Forgotten however, is that women also evolved to carry a cognitive load – what we call ‘worry’ – and that the reason for negative expression of their hyperconsumption, is that their cognitive load isn’t satisfied by the purpose of that demand for consumption – their children.
