  • More Advocacy of Orthodoxy as A State Religion

MORE ADVOCACY OF ORTHODOXY AS A STATE RELIGION (and correcting me) by James Dmitro Makienko [I] made a long detailed post on the christian denial of the laws evident in god’s hand. Here: https://www.facebook.com/curt.doolittle.personal/posts/253632416034919 James corrects me – as did others, that none of these criticisms apply to orthodoxy only to evangelicals and catholics. I might argue that the church of england might apply as well. (Where I was married) I agree on orthodoxy as the optimum political christian religion. I only argue that the evangelicals are closest to jesus’ teachings as a folk religion, and I only make that argument in order to advance some form of nationalist christianity that tolerates the entire spectrum of human cognition: feeling, intuition, reason, observation. The only thing I criticize in the slavic sphere (a) intermarium inability to produce commercial and military scale, and (b) russian inability to produce trust at scale, rule of law at scale, and use of rule of law to suppress corruption at scale. Conversely, the number of things I criticize in the west middle east and far east are endless. I tend to use christianity to refer to evangelical, protestant, and catholic divisions, and I call out orthodoxy in particular. I will try to correct this habit as “western christianity” instead of ‘christianity’ but I think it will be a hard habit to break. thank you for the ‘correction’. 😉 James correctly answers below. == From James Dmitro Makienko == To clarify on what you said about Christianity “denying”, NONE of that applies to Orthodox Church. Of this set of God’s laws, what does Christianity DENY?

    1. physical laws of nature. – You won’t see any of this “young earth creation” crap in Orthodox churches, they are generally accepting of science now and don’t try to override it.
    2. the political law of homogeneity – Virtually every Orthodox church is nation-centered – hence you have Greek, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Russian, Serbian, Georgian, Armenian, Coptic Ethiopian, Coptic Egyptian, Romanian, North Macedonian etc – this is why it has such difficulty in multicultural countries like Canada and America to create its own indigenous Orthodox church. We have Armenian and Ethiopian that go to out church, but we are Ukrainian, do our liturgy in Ukrainian, and not destroying our identity because there are people who are not Ukrainian.

    3. the evolutionary law of transcendence – we venerate numerous saints who have transcended through their works, and a lot of them did it through military victories and statesmanship.

    4. the … law of self domestication – there are many ways such as numerous feasts/fasting throughout the year, which toughens you in case hard times hit, rituals you do, which presents a framework for all classes to work together and not go after each other

    5. the … law of competition. – Do you mean economic competition (no Orthodox will have an issue with that, most will be negative towards socialism) or competition on the marketplace of ideas (Orthodox church likes to test things against time, so thats why a lot of things may take a few generations to implement – it is slow, yet it exists and we recognize its importance)

Now if you apply it to the modern evangelical Christianity you will see that:

    1. Laws of nature – lawsuits against teaching of evolution, “bible parks” that promote young earth creationism – they literally allocate millions of dollars that they fleece from their hapless flocks to promote their anti-scientific falsehoods.
    2. Homogeneity – all the multi-culti crap you hear from liberal media is in evangelical (especially mainline) churches “we’re all the same, in jesus name, god loves you regardless of your skin, lets sing kumbaya for jesus” etc. Canada’s United Church is the absolute worst in trying to cuck to the progressives

    3. Evolutionary law of transcendence – they do the opposite, they love to revel in underclasses, and promote the message of equality regardless of cost or merit.

    4. Self domestication? Not much on this front either, because why domesticate when jesus loves you the way you are

    5. Competition? This is where evangelicals are actually outdo themselves, as they like to latch onto different new worldly ideas and modify them for their needs. It sometimes may come at the cost of discarding doctrine – but who cares about doctrine when to be “saved” in evangelical christianity you just need to say a Shahada(declaration of faith) that “i accept jesus christ as my lord and savior” – just like in Islam (that Mo is the prophet).

The speculation about an industrial age in the first or second century AD which Christianity allegedly averted makes about as much sense as if ancient Egypt didn’t collapse we’d all be living in the giant space-travelling pyramids heading for nearest stars. We wuz space vikangs and shiet (makes me think of that lost vikings game of the early 90s!) It is impossible to combine all of Christianity into one-size-fits-all model. As for the reasons of the collapse of the Roman Empire it’ll just take me too much time to research and argument. In brief, i think you give Christianity too much credit for the collapse of the Roman Empire, as most of the 4th century was spend by Christians coming up with a Nicene creed and confronting Arianism(Jesus created & not divine, non-trinitarian), then confronting Nestorianism(Mary mother of Jesus, dyophysitism of Christ etc).

  • Advice for Newbs?

—“Hello Curt, I have been trying to follow your work but the vocab is above my level, I was wondering if you could recommend me anything similar to your work but a bit easier to read for the less seasoned reader so I can work up to your stuff?”—

[P]ersonally I think everything I recommend will take you years of work to read through. Check out our reading list. I would say that when you don’t understand terms, simply ask, and we’ll provide links, and share those links too. So that means when you don’t understand something, and ask, we teach everyone who doesn’t understand. We are very patient in teaching the vocabulary because we know that like any system of measurement it’s the primary hurdle to learning Natural Law (P-Law). My experience is that John Mark and InTruthVictorious videos are the best explanation. But everyone here will help if you ask, and we prefer this ‘hands on’ teaching of others rather than sending you off to read because it builds skill in both you and the teacher, and develops relationships. It TAKES TIME. There are only a few basic concepts really, and not that many terms that explain them. But learning to (a) use them rather than appeal to your intuition, and (b) use equilibrial thinking, and (c) use full accounting takes some time. Its a lot like learning programming. Others please comment with advice.

  • State Bankruptcy Is Necessary

[S]tate bankruptcy is a long standing topic in bankruptcy reform, just as the EU is experiencing the problems of the catholic periphery vs the protestant core. It’s not a constitutional issue, b/c it’s one of the most important reasons for the formation of the federal system: unifying bankruptcy laws so interstate commerce and consequent scale was possible without continuous conflicts that constrained trade. Opponents would resist under the Contracts Clause but the court would eventually extend protection to the states since the states are not making the legal change, the federal government is, and despite the 10th (which is universally ignored anyway), the bankruptcy code is a power specifically granted to the federal government specifically for this reason. Add to the fact that it was done by false promise of ‘progressive’ (((socialist))) eternal growth on one end and financial (((rent seeking))) constructed using fractional reserves guaranteed by the federal government, and the credit expansion, all via the treasury and federal reserve, instead of retaining the returns for redistribution to the citizenry, and we have criminal conspiracy at least of conspiracy of interests not sufficiently defended against by a government lacking experience in financial corruption practiced in the Pale – especially ukraine and russia. (Where mises and rothbard inherited their ideas and tried to spread them to the west.) While screwing politicians, government employees, their unions, and investors that profited from seeking rents by offering credit that baits states into hazard, the populations of the states would benefit greatly from no longer spending their tax revenues on employee pensions as large as their medicare-medicaid expenses, leaving a single digit trickle of income for infrastructure and investment. Personally I would love to write a brief for the court on this, and bring the issue before the court because it would provide the impetus to end the fed, and nationalize the finance sector dependent upon treasury issue, and instead, force them to raise all capital from the private sector, forcing the sector to compete for savings rather than continuously destroy them. Biggest organized crime in human history.

  • The P Program and Our Purposes

[B]ill Joslin has always been as interested in the application of P to personal philosophy, as I have been interested in religion (mindfulness), politics, and law. This division of labor has helped expand our collective reach – and bill’s role as “the Professor” led to the production of our best people. Likewise, Luke Weinhagen is exploring another avenue, and we have had people spin off into all sorts of other interests -although it’s humorous at how deterministic their attempts to alternative personal and political agendas have been. P is a METHOD. That method completes the spectrum of the sciences because P is to sentient sciences as Math is to Physical sciences: the means of calculation, of constant relations from which we can produce subsequent deduction, inference, abduction, and creativity. Using human logical facility, mathematics, and P we we can articulate the social order that’s least divergent from physical, natural, and evolutionary laws. The least divergent from physical, natural and evolutionary laws, the more advantage we have in maintaining the optimum quality of life as we continue to calculate by market discovery using continuous trial and error, the means of maintaining our advantage, in our race with the red queen and her evolutionary competition in this brief period of geological and astronomical peace. The P-Constitution is constructed by the application of that method, because a universal militia, using sovereignty, reciprocity, rule of law by the common law of tort, and the markets in everything that result, and the production of commons from the surpluses, that was incrementally discovered by accident by our ancestors is the optimum human social order for continuous calculation. Although it comes at a price: increasing demand for mindfulness, increasing demand for intolerance, increasing responsibility for commons, and the suppression of those who cannot maintain cadence with our evolution by success in those markets. We have to know the reasons for western success in the ancient and modern worlds. Knowing them, we have to use them to defeat the second abrahamic attack on our civilization, and renew our resistance to eastern tyranny, as well as our own vulnerability because of our tolerance. And we have to restore our institutions so that we continue our transcendence into the gods we imagine – and be mindful, fit, and prosperous during our ascent.

  • Disambiguation of Government (Bankruptcy)

    [D]isambiguation:

    1. Military > State > Government > Commons > institutions-organization
    2. Rule of Law > Law > Courts > Contracts > Biz-trade
    3. Strategy+Tradition > Religion+Education+Academy+Media > Families/Consumers > People-consumption

State (corporation holding assets) 1. Federal State -> Federal Government 2. … Regional State -> Regional Government 3. … … Territorial: County Corporation -> County Government 4. … … Market: Local Corporation -> Local Government If a state declares bankruptcy the creditors get screwed all or partly. The state has demonstrated incompetence in the management of state affairs, and then the creditors will seek higher interest rates in the future, and after a cycle or two governments ‘learn’ partly because they have evidence of the consequences after bankruptcy and no evidence prior to bankruptcy – just as we now have evidence of immigration, diversity, monetary policy, and democracy – evidence of failure seems to be necessary to prevent repetition of human hubris. The state as a monopoly on violence is evidently false because it was a construct of the westphalian peace. At present it’s falsified, just as it was prior to the westphalian peace. In other words it was always false. The state is a corporation. The institutions organize the use of assets. The owners of that corporation consist of a small number of people willing to use sufficient violence to prevent alternative organizations of institutions and assets. The people who govern may or may not constitute sufficient violence to do so. Usually they don’t. In china they do. In russia they do. Because the fear of chaos in those countries is the opposite of the love of opportunity in NE European civilizations. – something the rest of the world cannot comprehend – because they never developed trust or commons … as we did.
