    Like I said – the purpose of religion is to manufacture irresponsibility and ignorance of everything outside your sphere of sense-perception in order to alleviate the stress of the neurotic, empathic – and usually less inteligent mind, from low status, low responsibility, low self regulation, low control over life and environment, and general inability to comprehend the word by systematizing, and the knowledge and cognitive demands of systematizing.

    there are people who lack the genetic, developmental, cognitive, emotional, and familial means of tolerating the pervasive undertainty of the kaleidic universe, becuase they cannot find a place of competency, responsibility, and control that provides competitive value to the community – so they seek it through the female means of submission and empathizing, and fictionalizing (fantasizing the supernatural).

    Not all of us have the genetics to evolve into fully adult humans. that’s ok. Just don’t bring the supernatural and fatih to science, logic, law, economics, politics, or war – without expecting the adults in the room to treat you like a ‘silly woman’ or an ignorant child.

    All religious myths are desirable, intuitionistic, sell and distribute becasue they appeal to animal instincts we can’t rationally inspect. They are just stories. Those stories are useful if you suspend disbelief to further prevent your reason from falsifying them. By suspending disbelief about obvious falsehoods, to sate your primitive animal intutions, you do in fact suppress neuroticism caused by those primitive intuitions given your lack of meaningful responsibility causeal control over your life, social and political anonymitiy irrelevance – all of whch frustrate your brain stem, and limbic system, and cause you stress (lack of mindfulness). Some of us can do only one (belief or reason) some of us can do both belief and reason) and many are in between. If faith works for you it’s not necessarily something you should admit to, but then if it does work for you that’s better than neither faith nor reason working for you. The only thing that matters is knowing what to deliver unto god (faith and obedience), and what to deliver under caesar (truth and reason). In other words, never claim statements of faith are in fact true, only that they are good. Likewise never claim scientific statements are good, only that they are true – and taht ‘good’ is determined only when we voluntarily exchange. This is all there is to know about faith and supernatural vs reason and evidence.

Fundamentally semitic civilization is a low trust tribal civilization and we can’t tell how much is genetic and how much cultural. Since semitic ethics is a female cognitive bias we must assume it is both. Fundamentally european civilization at least north of the alps, is a high trust military hierarchical civilization and we know for certain it’s both genetic and cultural.

    Always … study technology, economics and law, instead of science, history, literature, and philosophy. The first group is evidentiary, the second group is disconnected from existential realigy. it’s hard to study the history of technology economics and law. But it’s the only history worth studying.
