    Smart. Good thinking. Good question. In mathematics the radix is the base set of names of positions (nouns), before restoring to positional naming (multipliers of the base: phrases). The grammar of mathematics adds the possible operations (verbs), all of which are variations on addition or its reverse, subtraction (transformations), and the only possible tests of positional comparison, less, equal, or greater (equilibria), an the only possible test of agreement (truth, false, undecidable) In law, the equivalent of radix (base nouns) consist of the vocabulary of actionable references given human facility for sensation, perception, intuition (nouns, names, referents), the vocabulary of operations (verbs, thought word and deed), and the possible changes in state (transformations), and the and the only possible tests comparison (possibility) and only possible test of agreement (empiricism-observation-action, logic-consistency-intuition-word, and experience-sense-perception-autoassociation ). So yes the human grammatical facility, and the structure of grammar, the structure of transactions with that grammar(journal), and the epistemology of the story(ledger) is the same across every one of the grammars from deflationary (math) to functional (programming) to operational (natural law) to ordinary language to the inflationary grammars of narratives, fictions, fictionalisms, and deceits. MATH: Actor (presumed), associated reference (object named by positional name), name of referent – number (positional name), transformation, change in state, consequence, external consequence, repeat, sum, total. LAW: Actor, Action (name of human action), associated reference (object), transformation, change in state, consequence, external consequence, repeat, sum, total. STORY: name of referent – actor, action, transformation, consequence, external consequence, repeat, sum, total All grammars are the same and accounting, finance, and economics are the least error prone methods of describing human action. In this sense, law asks us for a full accounting of human actions so that we can test whether the statements are testifiable (fully accounted) or not, and if not, then how they are not fully accounted, and by deduction, why they aren’t. (ignorance, error, bias, wishful thinking, loading-farming, suggestion-obscurantism-overloading, the fictionalisms of sophistry, pseudoscience, or the occult, or outright deceit. Ergo P-law fits in the sequence: arithmetic, accounting, programming, natural law, economics, group strategy.

This is the first function of religion. This function may scale upward to the social and political, and downward to sedation in times of anguish and suffering. The human accounting system is status, because the physical universe, the necessity of acquisition, the utility of cooperation, and the discounts and premiums on cooperation produced by one’s status – and christianity effectively insulates one from market competition on other than the terms of christian love. In other words – christianity is communism for social status which is why jews and christians are suckers for socialism. Everything else is decoration.

    Scientifically speaking, of god’s laws, christ added a minor improvement to natural law – one that is counter-intuitive to primitive man – and that gave women and the underclasses a philosophy of self respect and social value despite being left behind by the rapid advancements of the ancient material world, just like marxism, socialism, feminism, and postmodernism tried to give social value to the women, underclasses, and immigrants in the modern material world. God is god. Jesus is Jesus. His contribution is profound. But it is profound as a minor improvement on god’s laws that perhaps could not have been discovered until so many people in the underclasses were left behind by the advancements in the ancient world. The modern world’s jews updated this EMOTIONAL (Spiritual) jewish social construction in the ancient world and it’s claim of prosecution by their aristocratic betters, from claims of political power and informational power, to claims of economic, political, and informational power. This is contrary to the european tradition of reason, stoicism, Epicureanism, the play, and celebratory festivals that were costly and the asian tradition of buddhism which was cheap both of which achieve their ends without destroying the host aristocracy as did christianity, judaism, and islam. Christianity was a cheap way of powerless people to obtain status and self image at the cost of destroying the host political order. Islam the same. Judaism the same. Religion destroys in exchange for psychological comfort. The question was and is, whether we can produce a religion that doesn’t destroy in exchange. So far that is the roman: reason, stoicism, Epicureanism, the play, and celebratory festivals that are expensive. The success of western civlization is due to our traditional social order of a universal militia, law, and their traditions. The underclass religions of abrahamism are a means by which those that would be slaves, serfs, servants, the poor, and mothers could seek mindfulness in an increasingly advanced world that was leaving them behind – and by which a cast of priests – also being left behind by modernity – could rule them for profit. Man is not moral or good. He is amoral and practical. It is our institutions of suppression of the bad that limit him to the good.

  • There Never Can Be

    Apr 14, 2020, 11:29 AM No there aren’t any civilizations led by female intellectuals so to speak – there never can be – the female strategy of undermining, hyper-consumption, hypergamy and equality is unsurvivable – a violation of evolutionary law. That doesn’t stop the jewish intellectuals from advancing the female group strategy despite the fact that all it can ever achieve is equilibrium (western civilization prior to enfranchisement) but that all female civilizations always and everywhere are defeated and always will be.

When liberty becomes the starting point without understanding the necessity for the larger structures permission and insurance to uphold that permission, the idea of liberty (autonomy) can undermine the very thing that allows it to survive through entitlement (false priors) and possible negative externalities that undermine group cohesion (think libertarianism – baiting into hazard, etc). This can be divided further into the female strategy, which has the primarily focus on empathy using social transactions to create redistribution within the group. If this becomes the starting point, entitlement devoid merit, hyper consumption, and redistribution undermine the value of the structure that allows it to navigate, just as the ascendant male.
