Mar 15, 2020, 11:47 PM You don’t understand. In western civlization under our ancient laws, we can duel, spectators cannot interfere, and the families cannot retaliate. But if someone cheats, this means families can seek revenge – meaning murder. Our laws evolved to preserve honor, but stop murder, and prevent retaliation spirals (feuds). The luxury of saying ‘there is no cheating in a street fight’ is for slaves, those without kin, and criminals and and those protected by the police.

Imagine you are exhausted, freezing, hungry, you have wounds, and haven’t slept in days, and you still have to fight. The reason that’s possible is discipline – you don’t think. You don’t feel. You don’t consider. you just do. And there is nothing in the world like knowing you can do that. And that the men around you can do that. And that those who can’t are barely domesticated animals unworthy of your attention, time, or effort. Imagine a generation men like that. And imagine a generation of millennials. That’s the difference between civlization and barbarism.

Philosophy vs Law vs Science vs P-Law – End the Century of Pseudoscience and Lies

We call this ‘justification” benevolently, and ‘excuse making’ pejoratively. Law presumes the negative – erroneous, dishonest, or fraudulent – and asks whether questions are testifiable or untestifiable, and whether reciprocal and warrantable or not. We call this ‘falsification’ in the technical, or ‘survival’ from prosecution in the practical. Philosophy considers lying an act of intention. The Law considers lying (or any irreciprocity) a failure of due diligence regardless of intention. Science differs from Law only in Science’s defense of the informational commons from false testimony by scientists. Our solution unites Science with Law in defense of the informational commons, regardless of who testifies (speaks), and the manner in which he speaks (spoken, written, media) – and regardless of what he testifies to, when he testifies in public to the public about matters public: whenever he makes or implies a truth or moral claim. We can end the century and a half of pseudoscience, sophistry, and lies by the false promise of freedom from physical laws of nature, the natural law of cooperation, and the evolutionary law of transcendence: marxism, neo-marxism, postmodernism, feminism, and denialism. And it’s far easier than you’d think. Because we don’t need to know if a claim is true or not, just whether it is testifiable, reciprocal, evolutionary, warrantable, restitutable or not. What does nationalization mean? The state ‘buys’ the corporation (its shares), directly from the company (not existing investors), at a discount (30%-50%), at market prices, vacates all non-vendor debt (all borrowing), restoring fiscal health, and appoints a receiver, and a board member, with veto power over dispersals. The state may also invest additional funds for strategic purposes. Especially research and development, or modernization.
