  • This Is Why You Fail: In Evolution All that Matters Is Speed.

    Mar 9, 2020, 3:07 PM

—“Before 300 BC where was and how powerful was Western civilisation?”—

Do you mean the indo european expansion that conquered and eradicated every competitor from spain to the border of china? Do you mean the Hittites that very nearly conquered egypt? Do you mean the Dorians that conquered greece, or the Itals that conquered Italy? Do you mean the celts who tried to conquer the itals (romans) but were, as a consequence, the victims of the Roman genocide? Or do you mean the germanics that conquered the romans because of the vacuum the celtic holocaust created? The reason for the west’s success is not who is first, but who evolves and adapts fastest. Compare that to every single other civilization. Why does everyone else evolve and adapt slowly? I spent decades trying to answer that question. It began with the indo european expansion. The Yamna(ukraine, russia) the Corded Ware (poland, germany), the mediterranean (anatolians, greece, then rome), the coast, the continent. A fully militarized society, Sovereignty, Reciprocity, Truth, Duty, Markets in everything, producing meritocracy, and adaptive velocity. It can’t be done faster. Every institution we have exchanged stress for speed. Every other people avoid stress and therefore pay a cost of speed. This is why you fail. You think first matters. All that matters is speed. • Two Topics. Constitutionality, Taxation Methods

—“Is not the graduated income tax (communist manifesto) that is dysgenic? Also worth noting: the Supreme Court in Pollack v. Farmers Loan Trust Co. in 1895 ruled the income tax unconstitutional.”—Scott De Warren

    I. Constitutionality of the Income tax. … 1. the court did its job by correctly ruling that according to the constitution, the federal government could not enact any tax that was not apportioned to the states by population (a flat tax). … 2. The constitution did it’s job correctly by forcing the legislature to pass a constitutional amendment permitting the income tax. … 3. The legislature did its job correctly by passing a constitutional amendment through the amendment process. … 4. The states did their jobs by passing the constitutional amendment through the amendment process. I do not see the problem with the income tax per se, but with the amount of it, and the uses that it was put to. So the income tax is a slippery slope. The answer to the slippery slope is quite simple – if it redistributes reproduction downward it’s bad. If it constrains reproduction its bad. But that was exactly what the communists wanted – underclass paradise parasitic extraction from the meritocratic classes thereby reversing the benefits of thousands of years of eugenic practices by our ancestors. II. Taxes … 1. a graduated income tax is fine if it’s outside the reproductive cost curve. In other words, if it doesn’t affect reproduction. … 2. A flat tax regulates taxation best by keeping it low … 3. Fees rather than taxes eliminate discretion. … 4. Direct economic voting controls the misuse of fees. … 5. This combination of taxes forces the construction of voluntary commons (civil society). a. Commons are by nature always redistributive (flat fees). b. Income Taxes are by nature redistributive of benefits. c. Flat taxes by their nature redistribute burden. d. Fees by nature meritocratic. The answer is fees. Keeping an account of all inputs and outputs per person would provide evidence necessary for policy. Having each generation pay for the rearing of their children, and children paying for the retirement and care of their parents creates eugenic incentives. Ending false-education and credit-financialization so you (a) pay for children when young, (b) save when mature, (c) are independent when aged, and (d) insured by your children, (e) passed on your inheritance to them in toto as compensation, would restore the intergenerational system of building healthy families of sufficient size and restoring long term thinking to the polity, rather than all this short term consumer consumptionism. There is a reason that the left suppresses data collection that would show white men > 35 and < 65 support the entirety of the population, and that women consume 70% of resources, and spend 70% of income such that this is an incredibly unequal system of benefits in favor of women. The P-Constitution does all this.

  • Twelves Steps to Restoration

Mar 10, 2020, 11:59 AM 1) Suspend Mortgages (the treasury can handle that easily) 2) Nationalize consumer debt (the treasury can handle that easily) 3) Suspend all payroll taxes (this will save business and industry) 4) Give states the ability to go bankrupt. 5) Nationalize the Federal Reserve and seize the assets. 6) Nationalize consumer credit issuance, prohibit consumer interest, and end debt consumer debt enforcement. 7) Limit home loans to 15 years. 8) Nationalize visa, mastercard, and directly redistribute liquidity to citizens by SSN. (the treasury will take six months to do that). 9) Nationalize all pensions and prohibit all pension fund (unfunded growth dependent scams), and adopt the Singapore social security and medical model. 10) Force universities to carry all student debt and liability, max six years to repay, end loan guarantees, and prohibit degree issue for non-stem (pseudoscientific) courses. Add university courses to all high schools and community colleges by remote. Require top 25 universities to produce course content for those programs in order to have access to debt to covers students. Develop standard courseware for primary and secondary education that is free of science denialism and restore organization of students into groups at similar stages of development. 11) Repatriate strategic industries (anything technologically dependent), and put under military jurisdiction. 12) Close borders and repatriate illegals, and require IQ130 for entry. Restore 1924 immigration law. 13) Re militarize population so that we can train and respond to crises during stresses emergencies, disasters, and catastrophes, without paying a vast deadweight federal bureaucracy that seeks to fill all available time. My opinion is that this is the only route out of the 20th century experiment with keynesian economics, socialist economies, jewish intellectual and christian female anti-darwinian science denial, and the destruction of our genetic commons by both.

  • Q: What’s your definition of Christianity?

    Mar 10, 2020, 12:39 PM

    —“What’s your definition of Christianity”—

What’s my definition of christianity? It means you are an ethnic and cultural european whose metaphysics, myths, and rituals, are NOT those of Germanic heathenism, European paganism, Baha’i, Buddhism, Confucianism, Hinduism, Islam, Jainism, Judaism, Shinto, Sikhism, Taoism, and Zoroastrianism, or the other 15-17% of the world that practices some form of animism. A thing is defined by what it is not. This is why there are hundreds of christian sects and factions each claiming they are christian but in disagreement over what that entails. Scientifically it means the 0) gold (do unto others) and silver (do not unto others) rules – expressed in the law of truth(testimony), oath(contract), property(sovereignty), and tort before jury, 1) the eradication of hatred from the human heart. 2) the extension of kinship love to non-kin (where it should only be kith). 3) the demand for personal acts of charity and personal cost, 4) the extension of exhaustive forgiveness before punishment, enserfment, enslavement, death, or war. 5) in exchange for the abdication of self responsibility for all else, thus relief from persistent status pressure each of us is born with varying sensitivity to, with the empathic feminine mind more subject to it than the analytic male mind, thus the dominance of and persistence of the christian population by women and empathic men on one side and males of low ability that can find intellectual mindfulness in adherence to mythology. Narratively, it means 6) the mythology of and imitation of jesus for some protestants, the mythology and theology of the jews and their god for other protestants, the ritual and myths of orthodoxy for others, the dogma of centuries of theology for catholics. For others, it means 7) it’s superstitious primitive nonsense, for whom the golden and silver rules encapsulate all that is necessary, the common law, and truth before face, all that is necessary, and personal responsibility for the mind, self, family, kin, kith, and commons all that is necessary, and that the gods are in the minds of men, and that the universe is written in the laws of nature, the natural law, and the law of evolution, and our necessity to evolve in to the omniscient and omnipotent gods we imagined, given the finality of time available to us in the universe. And that any religion that disagrees with these laws is evil, and a crime against mankind, and it’s followers better burned on pyres as witches than tolerated for one moment more. Thankfully, other than suicidal universalism, suicidal tolerance, suicidal pacifism, denial of evolution, denial of human individual and group differences, denial of the necessity of our evolution into omniscience and omnipotence, and it’s incompatibility with laws of nature, christianity is not only compatible with natural law, but an improvement upon it’s epistemology. So while politically and militarily it’s terrible, socially and familially it’s wonderful. Which is enough to stay out of the way of transcendence. It’s just not enough to save itself and its people from jewish and islamic conquest.

  • Stay Focused.

Mar 10, 2020, 2:34 PM It’s one thing to know your enemy It’s another to know your women are the vector for your enemy. It’s another to know your religion opens the vector for your enemy. It’s another to know your genome and your culture leaves open the door for the enemy. It’s yet another thing to grasp that once you name the enemy, and implement law against that enemy, you create a market to profit from the defeat of the enemy. And you create a paradigm, vocabulary, and logic for continuously suppressing that enemy. And a means of educating future generations to do the same. The constitution is a pretty public expression of a prohibition, on false promise baiting into hazard, particularly hazards that violate realism, naturalism, physical law, natural law, law of evolution and transcendence and P-Law is a painfully precise paradigm, vocabulary and logic for defense against abuse of it.
