Watch any Brett or Eric Weinstein video and count how many times they 1) use ‘heaping undue praise’. 2) use a ‘test of reasonableness instead of truth’, 3) use ‘critique of the system’ that they cannot create, or get access to (loyalty, commons defect). 4) Use “pilpul to cover a presumption” someone didn’t know something prior, or that a concept wasn’t known, or a tradition didn’t exist in western civ. 5) ‘straw man’ a group of people and their incentives. 6) Using dialectic to commit all of the above frauds in order to position themselves as capable.
Once you know what they’re doing it’s unbearable. they’re gossiping. And they’re just gossiping about interesting nerdy stuff.
a) Eric does not grasp the foundations of mathematics which is why he can’t discern its limits. b) he doesn’t address that wolfram’s new math is more likely correct, and that above wolfram’s ‘point’s there is a geometric version of his work that doesn’t have the problem of time and sequence – although he might discover it c) or that Eric’s deduction (from his lectures) was a failure – he hasn’t solved it and no one including has run with it. d) or why eric is right that economics is ‘using the wrong calculus’ but that even if they use the right calculus the information doesn’t exist to calculate with, and they still aren’t accounting for changes in all capital so we’re in far worse shape than what the productivity data shows. e) that the interesting mathematics is the emergency of symmetries that could compensate for the lack of information – at least at the macro scale.
b) Brett panders to him. But for example, look at the conservative crab-bucket dragging all others down, and the Jewish ant-ladder to help people up.

TEACHING PROPERTARIANISM

To any that may find themselves teaching Propertarianism (or any other form of truth):
When you are teaching/counseling you are taking/walking someone through the following learning process:
1. a measurement is sensed,
2. evaluated to a perception,
3. then recorded into memory,
4. to establish understanding and the ability to forecast,
5. to decide to act.
1. Without senses/measurements you will find nothing but failure, so if you find someone refusing to listen your best action is to ignore them and hope they return to their senses on their own. You should also do your best to prevent this…
To prevent this you should listen to them and address their concerns before you lose them (reciprocity). If you do lose you could shout (be louder than them) a simple statement “no more lies” “I am not Racist” (shock Therapy). The trauma may regain their attention.
2. The hardest step is to perceive. There will be many false perceptions based on the little information they receive. As they receive more information their perception will correct. To find the false perception use the Socratic method. You will find their false perceptions…
through their assumptions which can be fixed with information. This may take patience but as long as their senses are open, they will find the truth eventually.
3. Without memory, there can be no understanding/forecasting. This stage will likely remember the perceptions automatically. To prepare someone to teach they will also need the necessary information to create the perception for others as well. (use the P websites)
4. Without understanding/forecasting, there is no way to decide/act on future actions. This level of development develops agency and leadership.
This teaching process is made to be step by step because often we are doing the wrong thing for the wrong process.
The most likely cause for impatience or frustration is a false perception. This means the Socratic method was not followed to completion, because they still lack the necessary information. The learning process described above works in a pyramid…
The mind works to finish this pyramid even without the necessary information. They will act like they know what they don’t until they recognize the hole in knowledge/understanding exists. Once this hole is found, you will both realize how simple the misunderstanding was…
So as a final statement, when you start to lose patience, realize it is probably something very simple but amplified through emotions.

Reality by Chanting Ltd will be acquired by Runcible Inc, and we will finish converting Oversing and Releasing it as the Runcible Platform.
WHY: Our product is visionary – we predicted and sought to provide a solution for the emerging world of work – replacing the paradigm of the 1980’s that we have today. We were very much ahead of the curve.
But with the COVID experience, the ability to run virtual organizations around the world and greatly reduce facilities, infrastructure, software, administration, and training costs, we no longer face the question of generating demand until the market matured.
So we don’t have to start by selling the enterprise, and instead, we can go directly to the consumer, hobbyist, activist, gig-worker, contractor, small business, medium business markets, as well as the enterprise.
Runcible breaks the barrier between application, sets of applications, and operating system, and creates a simple, integrated interface across every aspect of work, activism, and play. And it can be ‘automated’ by power users rather than configured by software developers. Even such software developers can develop plugins and services that integrate into the platform.
This is a marathon.

⌠this is THE dismal state of media affairs. Scrapping the entire system would be the move if it werenât for the infrastructure and loss baked into that course of action. So, a hostile take-over by means of embarrassing out-performance will have to suffice.
Media companies should have a positive affect and effect in the world; in order to ensure that is the case they must speak truth. What follows is a taste of something new, something lacking; the written word focused on appeals to truth not appeals to emotion; we want our writing to push you to do something, not get you to feel something. Weâre here to lead; not manipulate.
We are in a bad spot: the proceeding are at an all-time low in America: getting married, having children (a kid), starting a business, and moving for a job. On the flip side; depression, anxiety, obesity, and suicide are at all-time highs.
What precedes is the dismal truth. Something no one wants to hear; but everyone should know [actual news]. Itâs high time we learn to keep our eyes on the ball as a nation (we need a culture). We must end the extension of childhood, the infantilization of generations, and the hedonistic economies of the present; NOT because our pursuits are immoral (they ARE, but put that on the back-burner) but because they are destroying our peoples, objectively. Happiness canât be at the expense of future flourishing; we must account for longer time horizons.
Traditional media companies are looking for attention; we want action. Evidence of our viewership is to manifest in betterment in the world. Our measure isnât âeyes onâ but âhands on.â

I have spent some time now diving into what I have found to be the only cogent and evolutionarily stable plan for moving American culture forward into the 21st century. The solution comes in the form of Propertarianism: the natural law of reciprocity, the sovereign human, and markets in everything. Propertarianism is a system of measurement (a methodology) to be applied to any and all human interaction. Itâs a test of ethical and moral behavior. Passing the test (reciprocal) denotes a lawful action; failure marks actions as prosecutable by law.

Propertariansim solves for the law (via negativa; what you are prohibited from doing) and for cooperation (via permutatio; what permutations of action are reciprocal); or a test of reciprocity {Solves for 2 of the three means of influence [#1 and #3}}. This leaves one facet of influence left. One hole to fill in the area of human influence as to not allow for bad ideas (lies) to seep in.
Via negativa and via permutatio set the limits and the mode of measure, respectively. Whatâs missing is what you ought to do, how you ought to act, and what you ought to pay attention to. And while the options are limitless [despite there being very clear limits; itâs a beautiful paradox (a set of limits that allows for infinite cooperative action)] there are clear boundaries on behavior and interaction.
This is the area Truth Spasm Media plans to operate in. Currently (like our other means of influence) our via positiva (propaganda; persuasion) arm of society is corrupt through and through; not only that but there isnât any plan to cut out the cancer. The moral relativism permeates the academy (university, college, high and elementary schools), the church, the public intellectual sphere (products of the academy and fame [media exposure]), and the media.

What is required now (present) due to the emergence of technologies curating news content for its users AND/OR the solidification of temperament via feedback loops and echo chambers is a decentralization of media coverage. Not by geography (although that must continue) but more importantly by perspective (viewpoint). And by perspective I donât mean opinion; I mean devoid of an over arching narrative. The idea is to remove the story that drives news; as that story IS what distorts the individual stories or keeps them from airing in the first place.
All news that doesnât fit with-in a preconceived narrative is forewent by news companies as it would hurt their image or interrupt the trajectory of their story. But, their story is NOT yours; itâs not even the story you need to hear; in fact hearing someone fabricate a reality so that it fits neatly into their overarching framework is damaging to your perception of this place, especially when the story is low key fiction (cherry-picked truth).
We ought to be decentralizing media (news) to allow for high variance journalism with a knack for getting at the truth. And thatâs what weâre up to.
There are a new set of sense-makers emerging from the information laden media landscape because it is becoming harder and harder to decipher what is true, half true, fake news, and/or outright fabrication (lies) by taking in only the typical (traditional) media sources [mostly because they are lying liars with a story to push]. We plan on amplifying and contributing in a large way to these new sense-makers and their sense making apparatusâ.
Truth Spasm Media {TSM} will focus on dissemination of value-added information whilst concentrating on actionable items for its listenership. We believe you ought to be better (be able to DO better) for listening [reading, watching]; this means we have to fulfill what it means to facilitate learning. QUESTIONS ON BRAIN AND BIG 5 ETC – FOR PSYCHOLOGY FOLK

I’ve answered your questions but I think there is something else you’re trying to get at and I don’t see it yet.
1) —“Would you say that the Big 5 personality metric (OCEAN) is valid in a sense that it “consistently models reality” because it corresponds across 5 dimensions? (or 6 if you include IQ)

it’s valid in the sense that if you want to pick out a subset of demonstrated behaviors that can be tied back to brain regions and functions yes.
It is not the final word though. It’s just the best paradigm we have. And it works because people don’t need an understanding of the brain at a low level to make use of it in order to describe the behavior of people in life.
I use it to talk about biases in behavior. I think of the brain at the circuit level, and how it generates those biases in behavior.
Missing from Big 5:
(a) Sex: Male(longitudianl – over time) vs Female (lateral – in time)
(b) Population: Systematizing(analytic/many – longitudinal) vs Experiencing (empathy/1 – Lateral)
(c) Intelligence: Spatial (narrow – longitudinal) vs Verbal (wide – lateral)

(d) Openness (might just be intelligence, or novelty-seeking)

Well, in so far as the brain has a physical three-dimensional structure that somewhat determines the bias in its ‘calculations’, then yes, there is a geometric correspondence.
In so far as our ‘consciousness’ consists of generating a ‘sixth sense’ of space around us, and we know the geometry of that space (hexagonal from triangles) and we know why evolution gave us that (t’s the cheapest way to do it) yes that’ absolutely geometric. And that geometry its probably the most important insight after the discovery of the neuron. We know hat consciousness consists of now.
I am not sure what else you might mean by geometric correspondence.
As for the Big 5:
The psychological community focuses on statistical similarities in self-reported experiences across many many people in many cultures. Think of this as outside in-or top down.
The medical community focuses on brain functions or regions for obvious reasons – it’s a medical community. Think of this as the mechanical model of the brain. it operates by discovering the consequences of damage to an area of the nervous system.
I use the information-processing paradigm of the brain given the organization of the brain and it’s major ‘circuits’. It’s incredibly simple really.
(a) Male longitudinal spatial, vs female lateral experiential
(b) Male left-predatory bias, vs female right-prey bias
(c) male longitudiaal territorial allies in offense vs female lateral interpersonal allies in defense
(d) The development of the brain from back sense to front agency and therefore conscientiousness (or lack of it).
(e) The general quality of the brain structure itself (connectivity) and therefore intelligence (or lack of it).
(f) The rewards system that simply compels us to acquire anything of possible use by drawing our attention to it.
(g) The hormonal amplification of those developmental differences.
(h) resulting in a competition for attention; the capture of our attention by the above factors; attention generating new relations if novel, and reinforcing circuits if not; and our continuous, iterative reinforcement of whatever captures our attention.

Natural law is just an extension of physics. The universe can’t remember, predict from those memories, or choose among those predictions. We can. So in order to maintain our defeat of entropy (stay alive) we must make sure our net result of cooperation is still advantageous rather than parasitic. It’s very simple. We can get into debt and credit with one another but the end result has to be positive. The universe can’t do that. It just has to take the first opportunity that comes along.
So yes, I see the brain as constantly calculating how to acquire and our ‘consciousness’ is just there so that we can imagine other people’s thoughts and decide whether it’s fruitful to negotiate and cooperate. Hence sleepwalkers etc can do all sorts of things just fine until they have to interact with someone.
