    We prosecute advocacy of criminality today. We have prosecuted it in the past. We had no means of DEMARCATION in the past. Because of P, we have that means of demarcation now, so there is no problem criminalizing advocacy of falsehood and ir-reciprocity no matter the ‘Grammar’ it is written in.

    The Law doesn’t say what TO do, and what NOT to do is just what is false or ir-reciprocal. You could write Animal Farm. You couldn’t write the communist manifesto, or pretty much anything postmodern in form.

    Mindfulness (Harmony): Professional military aristocracy, a Militia of every able bodied man, creates full time military: All men in military earn respect and are given respect for doing their duty; all duty is necessary and valuable for the success of the group in a high risk venture; rank is by demonstrated ability and merit (although often of families), leadership (captains, generals, kings) are chosen by the men who choose who to follow. In other words, every man gets a share of honor, and buys the franchise. This is the source of western harmony, and it is the strongest source of harmony available to man. (And is different from all other peoples).

    Social Harmony: Corporatism, or, rather, the ability to create high trust commons, and to specialize in an activity on behalf of the village or town. Westerners didn’t need to invent the corporation – we practiced it as our default social order.

    Advantage: Continuous rapid maneuver, innovation, adaptation, of the entire polity; the suppression of the reproduction of the underclasses.

    Weakness: Rally Together Only Under Threat.

    Vulnerability: Extremely vulnerable to soft threats (immigration, conversion, undermining, commercial overextension consuming commons, military overextension under martial entrepreneurship. ie: too tolerant).

    Result: Excellent in military matters but weak in defense against religious cultural and informational harms.

    The south was more affected by the church.

    The center was more a balance of aristocracy and church.

    The North was more affected by aristocracy.

    This is why corruption increases as we move from north to south.

    I have no idea why this book has no reviews when economists recommend it so frequently. The author’s introduction alone summarizes the argument against Marx and his entire body of work: it’s based upon false premises that were exposed by the Marginalists before he died, and the reason Marx having read them, never finished his works – he just kept taking money from Engels under the promise he would. Marx was the most influential of the Jewish Pseudoscientists: Marx, Boas, Freud, Cantor, Bohr, Adorno, Fromm et al, Friedan et all, Derrida et al, Rand and Rothbard et al;. But it has taken a century to falsify each, leaving only Bohr surviving, and only Bohr (and in part Einstein) surviving past 2010, with current mathematics and physics still lost in mathematical sophistry – and few others, mostly in computer science ( Wolfram ) and molecular biology and genetics plugging away while physics spins.

    We do not dispute the obvious, only the intuitive. Men and women do not differ in task performance: the concrete – at least over time, but we differ in bias: the intuitionistic – at least in the immediate.

    When all other knowledge, reason, and experience fails, we are left with intuition, and the female herd empathic-interpersonal consumptive dysgenic of numbers will compete with the male analytic-political pack productive eugenic of quality for the simple reason that these are our reproductive strategies.

    Even as such, they are useful like most generalizations at scale, when we are discussing aggregates and biases, since men and women each contain a portfolio of traits and various masculine to feminine biases.

    This axis (protecting children regardless of males who are in charge versus protecting assets including territory, resources, women, children from other men who would deprive us of them) is pervasive and when a bias is evident and it is counter-rational, it is this bias driving it.

    1 – The completion of the scientific method and all that it entails – which is a lot and why P is such a big program: it touches everything and it converts almost all psychological, social, and political speech to economic expressions – which is counter-intuitive because it’s scientific where our current psychological social, moral, and political speech is only normative or in the case of psychology sociology and politics, both pseudoscientific and sophomoric.

    2 – The explanation for western success in ancient and modern worlds (adaptive velocity because of our individual sovereignty and resulting traditional law of property/tort.)

    3 – The explanation of the different systems of argument used in the different civilizations, and in particular the abrahamic means of deceit used in the ancient world (judaism, Christianity, islam) and in the modern world (marxism, feminism, postmodernism, denialism/political correctness).

    Do you know what a formal logic is? It’s grammar of the logic of inference using sets and binary truth or falsehood.

    Propertarianism is equivalent in scope to the revolutions of Aristotelian reason (Realism, Naturalism, Reason), the Empirical Revolution(Realism, Naturalism, Empiricism), in that it completes the scientific method by extending it from the physical to the psychological and social sciences, including that of law, politics, and group strategy.

    The best of Karl Marx is a refutation of Marx.

    The author’s Introduction summarizes the criticism that “without the labor theory of value there is no surplus value”.

    I usually start any conversation this way: 1) is the value created by the risk and rational organization of production on speculation of returns or the riskless physical act of production for the certainty of pay? 2)if labor is due a portion of the profits are they not liable for a portion of the losses? 3) if the profits from production are marginal – meaning that there are none at all for two thirds of production, then increasingly more so until over production and decline in profits, does that mean that laborers should work for free until profits begin and keep working as profits decline?

    Marx never finished because he read the Marginalists and knew he was refuted. Yet the big lie lives on.

    Even at this early date however, Marx’s solution offered little more than a foray into economic obsolescence. The study of political economy had already advanced beyond the Labor Theory of Value on which Marx’s “surplus value” explication depended. The so-called Marginal Revolution had been triggered over a decade earlier by near-simultaneous refutations of the Labor Theory by Carl Menger, William Stanley Jevons, and Leon Walras, each contesting the underlying claim that the value of a good could be obtained by aggregating the steps of its production.

    If value arose from individual subjective assessments of a good‘s utility, determined on the margin, or in situational reference to an additional unit, then the calculations that Marx offered were not only internally flummoxed but economically moot — a solution to a question that was no longer being asked and that the mainline of economic inquiry had rejected over a faulty premise.

    Without the Labor Theory of Value to undergird it, there is no “surplus value“ to calculate. And without surplus value, Marxism loses its only mechanism with which to tangibly assert and measure its claim that class stratification under capitalist productive processes functioned to separate the laborer from the fruits of his labor. By the turn of the twentieth century Marx’s academic reputation — never strong to begin with, having emerged primarily as a political movement rooted in revolutionary labor activism — had been reduced to the intellectual equivalent of Don Quixote‘s windmill.’
