    Without accommodating for agency, nomocracy would be limited to either timocracy (rule by property owners) or stratocracy (rule by military rank) or academics (technocracy) exclusively (monopoly).

    Natural Law Nomocracy, as stated above, combines stratocracy (militia), timocracy (property owners), and technocracy (academia) as three paths to demonstrate excellence (meritocracy), three competing Houses for commons creation and management.

    The result is aristocracy (rule by the best of all three houses) and could result in cartel management (houses team up to impose upon the other)

    By grounding in demonstrated agency, Propertarianism allows for ANY meritocratic “house” or path to manifest and thus creates a market for rule.

    Membership into the ruling class via demonstration opposed to permission allows ANYONE who can demonstrate they live by their own will access to rule. This opens up enfranchisement, increasing the vertical size of the ruling class and ensures anyone in the ruling class has skin-in-the-game and proven ability. No Vote, No induction, No invitation – you simply show up with your demonstration in hand – eliminating any monopoly power.

Not meaning, not sufficiency for individual action, or interpersonal action, but for the provision of agency(limitation of choice), and dispute resolution (reduction of choice), or punishment (elimination of choice).

    “Agency” refers to the condition under which an individual acts having eliminated ignorance, error, bias, wishful thinking, suggestion, obscurantism, and deceit, so that individuals may act in perfect concert with the universe. Perfect Agency exists in a condition of perfect Truth, and Perfect Truth exists only so far as it is created by science.

    “Sovereignty” refers to a condition of agency when acting in reality amidst the limits of physical and cooperative reality. PerfectSovereignty exists in the condition of perfect agency.

    I think it is very important that propertarianism (Natural Law) continues to evolve as a movement of ‘us’ not me. And this is why I try to find well constructed statements ‘you’ make and share them – even if imperfect. Becaude we are looking for (a) use of our terminology, (b) our particular grammar, (c) fairly complete arguments, and (d) parsimony conveyed by definitions, sequences, and aphorisms.

    I’m starting to get a bit overwhelmed. So please tell me if you have or you notice candidates. I keep FB running next to me no matter what else I”m working on. But I don’t catch everything.

    Since 2009 I have hardly banned anyone. And in the past few months it’s become are regular occurrence. I am not sure why, other than (a) I will not buy into the nazi thing, and (b) the libertards are desperate.

    Stuff I think I should ban for:

    (a) trolling, (b) disingenuousness, (c) memes, (d) name calling, (e) non-arguments, (f) serious IQ vs Dunning Kruger issues.

    Now my position is that I never back down from a fight. But you know, these retards are not really fighting. They’re just imposing a cost upon me. Raiders aren’t warriors so to speak.

    And I usually find ‘talking to the underclass’ improves my (our) argumentative ability. And it does function as a means of marketing to the friends of idiots who are not necessarily such idiots.

    (And honestly I find humiliating morons cathartic.)

    But time is time – yours and mine. So I’m going to take your advice and get more aggressive for no other reason than saving myself some time.
