    The very first, original temples, as far as I can tell, were the equivalent of ‘roadside haunted houses’ (entertainment) that evolved into ‘safe houses’ for meetings between parties that might be in conflict. It turned out that ‘Safe Places’ were a highly desirable commodity. And vacation trips to the amusement park were just as popular in prehistory as they are today.

    Then priests came along and figured out how to make money at it.

    Africa seems to have been one crucible of evolution, and the steppe another, and the peoples of the waters another.

    I haven’t given that comparison much thought, but those three axis probably explain the differences between ‘the peoples along the waters”, the people of the steppe, and the people of africa.

    I mean, those three conditions put very different selection pressures on each group. and the difficulty of travel in africa vs water and steppe explains the diversity.

    If you can follow and hold the waters you will have it easier than the steppe. if you have the steppe you have it easier than you have in africa.

    And the deserts are something to be avoided at all costs.

    Africa would lead to deeper more rapid maturity, the steppe to greater aggression and opportunism, and the waters to domestication. And that is what we see.

    CRIME AND PUNISHMENT (Sketching this still)

    The strategy of graceful and incremental failure.

    I have been working on ‘punishment’ for quite a while, and have come to the conclusion – obvious in retrospect – that imprisonment is as counter productive as is mixed mass education, and forcible social integration, and that enserfdom and enslavement in self governing work-on-commons camps, farming camps, training camps, where individuals are required to self-maintain, or self improve are better than imprisonment, which is merely expensive, destructive to the mind, and makes people worse than they were when they went in.

    In other words, I do not see punishment beneficial as much as insulating the markets from these people, and providing a society with normative regulations more suited to their abilities.

    It seems that for men in particular, isolation, submission, and repetition do not teach them how to negotiate a position in a dominance hierarchy by cooperation and merit, but the more aggressive the male the worse consequence this has for him. And as the military has shown for thousands of years, the most dangerous men can be tamed by other dangerous men and find a place in a hierarchy where they can succeed.

    It seems like simple infantry units comprised exclusively of ‘troubled males’ who do nothing more than small arms and patrols should once again be used as a method of ‘rescuing’ those men who have lacked discipline.

    It seems that there is vast work in the commons that can be conducted, and that we now possess the technology to equip our ‘serfs of the commons’ such that they either can be tagged and found, or tagged, shocked and found (without resorting to exploding collars so to speak.)

    It seems that as long as a court exists for the camp members, and that ‘video record is everywhere and everywhen’ that ‘outside intervention’ is always possible, and inside appeal to the court of their peers is always possible.

    It seems that as in all things, we can create an internal industry out of reformers out of practical market demand, rather than an external industry out of reforming – unsuccessfully.

    It means that camp-governance can be tribal (by kin). And it might mean that camp life can become voluntary: in that if a man chooses that camp ‘society’ is preferable, that he can stay in it, where he may be valued whereas outside of it he would not be.

    It means that if a ‘hanging’ is necessary, that it will be performed by their peers rather than by superiors in the external market.

    It seems that no electronic communication. No personal visits. Only written communications (on paper) should be permitted since this perpetuates prior anchors and perpetuates crimes.

    It seems that the teaching of mindfulness is probably the most important skill we should work on, since it is lack of mindfulness that leads to the majority of criminal activity.

    In other words, we should provide as much incentive to self maintain, and stay inside as possible, and to let communities form that serve the interests of either reforming or exterminating the individuals.

    I have a pre-monogamous philosophy of the family, in that I have no problem paying for and raising another man’s children – none at all, nor another man paying for and raising mine. In fact, as a man, I see the polity as my tribe and all men share responsibility of defending, growing and improving the tribe, and that all the women and children in it belonging to our men, and we divide up the defense, financing, labor, and training of women and children in exchange for the voluntary care and sex of the woman. Of course, in the end, I give greater preference to my children, but this is my form of ‘communalism’. And it requires only that I create the sovereignty that prevents the taking of the proceeds of my production, and thereby prohibiting me from exchanging those proceeds for my caretaking.

    The consequences of this reciprocal insecurity are greater defense of any marriage – the woman in the short term and the man in the longer term.

    As long as I can do this all family choices are available. If not then men are just slaves to the state with no safety in old age from the security of family care. Men mature later, adapt less easily, accumulate cellular damage on behalf of women and children, and die earlier for it, in exchange for higher productivity during their shorter working lives.

    Ok. So, attacking and falsifying my own possible desire for unnecessary monopoly, one can create a natural law nomocracy with a minority, majority, or homogenous population.

    1) An Aristocratic Minority (a Caste) – Military, Judiciary, Sheriffs

    2) A Republican Majority(a Polity) – Add Banking and Industry

    3) A Democratic Monopoly (a People) – Add labor and svcs.

    Let’s say you take a caste of people, like the spartans, and specialize in rule. If that rule is by natural law, and produces commons for both rulers and ruled, I think that’s a great arrangement. You might call this fascism, but you might actually have a population ‘hire’ you to rule them for their own good.

    Let’s say you take a set of aristocratic families and their relations constituting either a sizable minority or a majority, and rule by natural law and produce commons that the nobility and the propertied classes choose to. You might all this oligarchy, but it certainly appears to be the most successful model on earth.

    Let’s say you take a whole population set up an hereditary monarchy, a regional nobility, professional administration(private not public) and a market for the commons where all classes have virtual houses that can produce commons through trade.

    I mean, you can implement Natural Law (Nomocracy) via Aristocracy, Republic, or Democracy, with minority, majority, totality (homogenous), by starting with a monarchy, adding a senate, adding houses for the classes with levels of enfranchisement depending upon whom you do and do not want to include.

    So is that all I need to produce? And, why do we need a homogenous polity? I mean, arguably demand-for-enfranchisement is actually a bad thing?

    SOLUTION: THE TRIPARTITE MARKET FOR ARCHETYPES

    Alexander(Achilles Warrior), Faust(Blacksmith), and Jesus(Slave)

    That’s it you know. Force, Trade, and Gossip: Achilles the Warrior, The Blacksmith, Jesus the Slave. (And for those of you who don’t know, the oldest western fairy tale is the devil and the blacksmith, which you all think of in its modern construction as faust. And it is not western man who is faustian, but the people who have the agency to: the cult of the craftsmen – the middle. Whereas the aristocracy does not learn from the blacksmith, but from Achilles. Whereas the underclass and women do not learn from either but from Jesus. And where all of us can understand each other by understanding each.

    So when I tell people I am restoring markets in everything by ending monopoly in thought, including ideal truth, ideal types, ideal persons, ideal classes, Ideal political orders, and ideal myths, the solution to religion is to find those myths. The myths that we compete with between the upper aristocratic, the middle practitioner, and the lower class serfs and slaves. The myths that represent the power of each: force to push, trade to exchange, and gossip and rallying the resistance.

    So the mythology of ancient west was aristocratic: achilles and the law. The mythology of the near east was that of slaves. The works of the church are those of Jesus. And the works of literature that we call the western canon was written by the middle class and the stoics.

    So we have three class literatures: The aristocracy of force (folly/arrogance), the literature of bargain and cooperation (folly/greed), the literature of submission resistance(folly/pride).

    The only problem is, that our literature of resistance is constructed from lies using the technology of abrahamism: fictionalism.

    Yet, as Jefferson demonstrated, the life, works, and words of jesus – his ordeal – can be separated from the abrahamism that was bounded by it. Philosophy is still bound by Platonism. As is moral and political discourse in general. Which is something I think I have fixed with propertarianism.

    So starting with three archetypes, I’m going to try to produce the same literary analysis that I have produced with the tripartite methods of coercion and the resulting class structures.

    So think more of the various ‘polyhedrons’, where the number of dimensions equals the number of sides, and that each side relates to both it’s own sides and some other polyhedron’s sides.

    So there is a difference between spatial relations (limited to 3/4d) physical relations (like the branches of a tree and its roots), and informational relations (like the internet nodes, or brain structures).
