DISAMBIGUATION OF JUDICIAL JUDGEMENTS
I have done a little work on disambiguating the charge misdemeanor vs felony (meaningless), but not enough on judgement restitution, personal punishment (prevention), and political punishment(prevention). These subjects are important because the current structure appears illogical to the public, because some crimes are preventable by political punishments (things that are planned) and some crimes are not preventable by political punishments (animal impulse), and some while seemingly more serious, are less likely to be repeated (impulses), while others more likely to be repeated (planned).

DISAMBIGUATION OF CAUSALITY IN RELIGIOSITY
Three axis of Causality in Religion vs Science. 1) Intelligence, 2) Empathizing vs Systematizing. 3) Degree of familial indoctrination in Religion vs Science.
So The demarcation isn’t just IQ, but IQ and the Competition between Feminine Feeling vs Masculine Thinking. I was raised very catholic it simply ‘lost’ the battle just like religion won the battle for others – and everyone else somewhere in between.
Yet among they thought leaders here, most of us have a religious background and far more people than you’d think have studied religion, or considered a religious career.
So I don’t see a difference in our objectives, just means of achieving the masculine or feminine distribution.
And the Pagan is definitely masculine – extremely and unapologetically, and some of us ‘feel’ the masculine not the feminine. Conversely Atheism is definitely a feminine cognitive expression.
So as in nearly all our differences in understanding of the world, the question of religiosity is largely genetic and less so environmental, and the genetic difference is explicable as differences in one of the only substantial variables in the human brain: gender dimorphism.

ANTI-STATISM. IS THAT CORRECT? I DON”T THINK SO.
Hmmm … This is an angle I haven’t worked on enough, which is disambiguating the state (assets and bureaucracy), government (leadership), authority (rule of law and market polity vs authority and directed polity). Because it’s not whether we have a state or government or authority but whether we have rule of law or arbitrary rule (Rule by discretion). Plato’s vision and Sparta’s vision were different only in details. Fundamentally, in both, the majority ‘unwashed’ needed rule. The church the same. The feudal fiefs the same (true). In the monarchies the people only needed order because the middle class had begun to evolve and commerce creates order by incentives thereby eliminating the need for intervention by rulers. The enlightenment sought a majority middle class where all of us were governed by incentives in the market. The industrial revolution tried to reverse it, under Marx putting labor in position of authority rather than the market, and the vast increase in the underclasses continued that expansion.
So when we say we are anti-state, or anti-governmnet this isn’t really true. it’s that we need a state and need a government, sufficient to preserve the largest middle class (market participants) possible, with the optimum common possible.
And the only way to do that is rule of law and eugenics. And eugenics requires either embodiment in law, or the unfettered consequences of the market. So embodiment in the law is preferable solution because it is a moral solution that trades non-reproduction, for subsidy.

We had no scientific answer to neo-liberalism (neo-marxism). We won against marxism simply by its demonstrated failure. We didn’t organize against immigration like we did against communism. That’s the problem first problem. We didn’t organize to achieve against islamic fundamentalism as we organized against communism. That’s the problem. Without immigration we would have won (a) Rule of law (b) economics, (c) social norms (d) religion and education. The only reason we lost so far is women voting, that suppressed the ability of men to defend against women’s voting patterns.
