There is no authority in religious wisdom, only advice – despite the demand of clerics and devotees. The use of religious, moral, historical and empirical argument is always the same:

The Place For Religious Argument
In the absence of clear choices, if the empirical fails, the historical fails, then the moral and religious are the best-tested experience that we can rely upon. The meek will not inherit the earth. But for the meek it is good wisdom that they should act in their long term interests anyway, as it will always, as a group, advance their interests against the strong. There is no authority other than consequence. Consequence in the now, soon, later, and long term. -

Intellectuals Are Wrong More Than The Common Man For A Reason
When we combine anchoring, with intellectual investment, with the status benefits, and with the high cost of changing frames, it’s not rational to expect intellectuals to act otherwise. What we find is this: intellectuals who specialize in very narrow domains and are current with the data tend to be very good. Whenever intellectuals try to work on generalizations it at least appears that we do better asking people on the street. this is why economists supposedly disagree: most economic knowledge of any discreet topic is almost always counter-intuitive. So if you ask a thousand economists a question you will get terrible results, but if you as the top 12 in any niche you will get awesome results.

Like All Things, The Cost Of Teaching Lies Includes The Unseen As Well As The Seen.
I wonder what would happen to boy’s performance in school if we stopped forcing them to memorize, and telling them lies, and instead forced them to repeatedly solve model-problems, and taught them the truth? Sure, girls mature faster than we do, are more interested in pleasing others, are more verbally inclined, and more comfortable sitting still. Sure, boys mature more slowly, are less interested in pleasing as they are discovering limits, are more spatio-physically inclined and it appears that they are brain damaged by sitting still so much. In other words, *boys are more expensive to teach*. But, when we account for outcomes, what is the cost of teaching obeyance, lies, memorization, and sitting still, compared to the cost of teaching how to form hunting parties, the truth of the word, learning by doing, and engaging in action. We all know the answer intuitively – that we have made our western aristocracy into scribes and water-carriers for a deceitful priesthood conducting a genetic, cultural, and territorial war under the ruse of ‘care’ – when it’s just dysgenics warfare.

Current Topic: Clarity On Metaphysics Of Time, Rather Than Just Action
Metaphysics: Time The most effective conservation of energy is to save time. We expend energy to alter events in new state we would not have in current state. In this sense we’d not produce but we save. And inventory what we save. We can understand that as farmers we would adapt our thinking to production an d inventory rather than as hunters to capture and save. But it is the mental concept of hunters that is correct. We act to reorganize and save. We capture this difference between expenditure of energy and capture of energy We expend some of that energy as heat and the rest as action, and attempt against nature to inventory the rest, and invest it in more of the same actions as possible. And the reason we have been so insanely good at everything we do is that cooperation (Organizing) is so disproportionately rewarding because the concentration of energy is so rewarding. And because the use of information via cooperation, trade, and money and now post-money substitutes has assisted us in ever larger concentrations of energy/effort. Man transcends to god hood by outwitting the universe’s course of events Our ultimate expression of this strategy is to effectively stop time for all but the energy we consume. ***So just as truth exists in the greatest informational parsimony short of tautology, perfect transcendence exists in perfect energy parsimony short of the stopping of time***. We are no longer farmers and no longer need be subject to the metaphysics of farmers. Savers of time. And as such the savers of energy. For humans, time and energy and mass are synonyms.

Its Time To Do Something Noble…
(worth repeating) I think many of us were attracted to libertarianism under the assumption that we could do something noble with what we found there. But we were wrong. We can still do something noble, however. But we must do it at the Point of a Knife, The End of a Spear, The Blade of a Sword, The Barrel of a Gun, and under the Gavel of the Natural Law. We gave the world a chance to join the aristocracy. And they failed. The experiment is over. It’s time to rule again. So pick up your knife, spear, sword, rifle and gavel. It’s time for us to make Law.
