A judge may exercise introspection and discretion in the ascertainment of the credibility (honestly and truthfulness) of the individuals and the evidence. This is a form of sympathetic testing.

What he may not do is exercise introspection and discretion in the decidability of the law.

Rule of law = the elimination of discretion in matters of decidability.

  • Moscow’s Indirect Education Of Europeans

Moscow’s conquest of south-eastern ukraine broke not only the postwar consensus on borders, but the peace of Westphalia that made states accountable for the factions inside their borders. To some degree this may help Europeans, and westerners, understand that their definition of war includes the assumption that wars are conducted by states against states rather than by factions within states against states or factions within other states – and that like the high trust society they live in, and the rule of law they live under, or the democracy that they practice, is just another European idiosyncrasy – an artifact of history that like trust, law, democracy, can readily convert to human norms of low trust, corruption, and totalitariansm.

  • More On Spain

I have learned this mostly from my friends in south america. And we now have the genetic data, testing data, and economic data to confirm it. But the problem facing south america is that there are just toooooo many people at the bottom for the people at the top to provide sufficient incentives to the middle class, who in turn will provide sufficient incenties to the lower class, so that it’s possible to productively organize society. It’s not as bad as islamic countrires, where people are highly illiterate and where Islam teaches people that they can be emotionally expressive and emotionally impulsive. At least south american s are still christian. But it’s just almost impossible to create a window within which the people can be organized, and a sufficient middle class developed, to raise the population out of poverty.

  • The Origins of the Left’s Effeminate R-Selection Bias

I think what is abhorrent to leftists is that business and productivity are innately competitive and consist of attempting to outwit other tribes of males for market territory. This is antithetical to the r-selection instincts of females and their effeminate offspring and the sexually inverted ((( tribes ))).

In their world they cannot compete and seek consensus and non-conflict and reciprocality. They do not see competition as calculation by trial and error of efficiencies in the interest of all. They sense only the short term experience rather than judge long term consequences. Hence why we must never take the feminine or effeminate opinion seriously. It is a temporal blindness and a moral blindness just like Color blindness. Curt Doolittle The Propertarian Institute Kiev Ukraine
