I can speak the words of natural law in the words of jesus(myths), of augustine(wisdom), of plato(ideals), and of aristotle(description). WE can obtain meaning from myth, wisdom and ideals, But I will only argue them in the language of truth: Aristotle.

in order to prevent the poverty of every other civilization, we must develop trust. In order to prevent the stagnation of every other civlization we must develop markets. In order to prevent the fall of our markets and trust we must develop market institutions. In order to prevent the failure of our institutions we must develop methods of measurement.

A civilization fails when it can no longer measure success and failure.

What must we measure? The treasury? In part. Because it is the first capital to expire. But in sum, all capital.

What have we done in the 21st century to our measurements and to our capital?

WHY DO WE NEED BULLSHIT AND LIES?

Eh. ya know. I work on natural law. Propertarianism is a just formal logic for the expression of natural law. And everything I say ties back to natural law, and so I go on religion about jesus and a few people sort of get some part of it but the point is simple: jesus was, in primitive verse, stating natural law. the rest is all bullshit and lies to get you to submit to natural law.

why do we need bullshit and lies?

We are analyzing religion via comparative religions.

You wanna tell me you can have this ‘classroom’ in any academy in America? And for free?

    Good luck finding that.

WHY DO WE NEED RELIGION: ALONENESS: MINDFULNESS.

As far as I know, aloneness, or what marx called disenfranchisement, or what I call distance from the pack, is where religion fills the hole in us.

that’s level one: eliminating aloneness thru mindfulness.

level two is a common mythos (strategy).

level three is festival, holiday, ritual. (equality) reinforcing strategy.

level four is norm and law. (limits.)

    We need these things.

But of them the one thing that defeats aloneness is what we loosely categorize as religion, but is better described as mindfulness.

Mindfulness is necessary because of consciousness.

    ON BRAGGADOCIO.

I use this technique to taunt opponents. I learned from hayek what NOT to do (be a gentleman), and I learned from Friedman what you should do (be a relentless antagonist). So what I do is basically trash talk as a means of taunting people into argument. I used this strategy to promote Propertarianism, and it made more sense to restore the manliness of sport and war to the discourse than continue the effeminate model of the academy.

So while it comes fairly natural to me, I chose this particular strategy to market to a candidate audience.

    Why?

    Don’t ask. Don’t appeal. Don’t beg. CHALLENGE.

Stand on the hill and take all comers worthy of the fight.

I use many voices when I write. I experiment. Braggadocio, Taunting, reasonableness, empathy, and analytic argument.

And I use them in response to the approach of the person or audience I’m addressing.

It’s not like we need to work hard at killing the church. She committed suicide through selfishness. The question is only whether we can reform her by cleansing her of semitic deceits as the germans have tried to repeatedly. Why is it that we cannot just include jesus as another philosopher – albeit one bound by primitive language and ideas? WHy can’t we explain the church as an institution in a time of poverty. Why can’t we correctly blame the church for failing to modernize? Why can’t we modernize the church and restore the saints and add the heroes? Why can’t we teach western civilization rather than the poverty of the middle east?

My take is that the common law of torts, the articulation of natural law from the common law of tortes, is empirical, evidentiary, and demonstrably superior to all other works of fiction. There is much good fiction. I prefer fiction that says it is fiction, not fiction that lies, and says its truth.
