Americans need to get out of the business of military vehicles, stay in the business of blue-water navies, making missiles, and warriors. The germans always produce superior armaments. We are only vaguely ahead of russians and chinese in electronics. And we are certain to be surpassed. You cannot however make warriors like americans and brits by other than cultural means. (And we are losing the brits to french effeminacy)

Life is only suffering for those with no (low and developing) agency. It’s the only frame that motivates them to face it (life; the suffering). One must have (develop) the capacity for heroism to withstand tragedy as a plausible noble outcome.
The world “just happens” to those that lack real consciousness. Thus they can’t perceive the responsibility they must bear.

Heroism bred Tragedy. And it is Tragedy vs Suffering that separates the west from the rest.
