General knowledge (by reading) and practical knowledge (by doing) are the only known ways of improving your demonstrated intelligence. In this sense conscientiousness will increase your demonstrated intelligence if not your physical intelligence How do you improve conscientiousness? Slow down, Focus, Stay in the moment, Don’t stop even when you feel the frustration building, look around, breathe, return to the subject. In other words, you develop “MINDFULNESS”. Mindfulness produces agency.

The New Constitution Disambiguates Rights, Obligations, and In-Alienabilities
May 8, 2020, 10:22 AM ARTICLE III – Rights and Obligations Under the Law
- Rights and Obligations Under The Natural Law of Reciprocity
Rights and Obligations Under Contracts of The Commons (note that all legislation is now correctly disambiguated as a contract adjudicable under the natural law, rather than peer to the natural law)
Rights and Obligations Under Military Order
(executives cannot issue orders, only the military)Rights and Obligations Under Monarchical Command
(if there is a monarch)
This is important to the ‘scalable’ model of government

We Must Bear the Cost of Sovereignty and Liberty
May 9, 2020, 11:01 AM
It takes a *small number of people* willing to pay the price of rule, to obtain and hold rule. It takes having something to offer. And we have a great deal to offer.
Truth is costly. Solutions are costly. Leadership is costly. But what we are purchasing the survival of our civilization. So I choose to pay the cost. An I understand that not all can fight this war because they cannot bear that cost.
