    If the court is restored to common law independence (tort) then the court is just a proxy for violence between those of different physical abilities, but equal rights to property. And if the law says men denied the proxy for violence, and licenses violence where such proxy denied, then men will happily use violence rather than court or politics as proxy. The only requirement necessary to do so is to restore the militia – most probably in a reform of the regimental system – such that they always have the power to exert violence in the personal and political scale, at personal. Homeschooling puts the tools in your hands to teach to where the kids are at, rather than aggravate their disorientation trying to force them into learning styles. Check your local area for support organizations. (for example, this our local coop – https://herohomeschool.org/) We’ve had really good success with the Davis Program supporting the Aspie learning in our house. They put Dyslexia on the same spectrum and have adapted their Dyslexia tools to work with broader aspie kids audience. Their focus is putting the responsibility for learning, and the tools for learning, in the kid’s hands. (https://www.dyslexia.com/ – and – http://www.davisautism.com/) There are other systems out there as well if this one is not a good fit. The important thing is to get your child access to tools they can use.
