(FB 1548019968 Timestamp) Did you msg me about the Ottomans? Someone wrote to me about the Fall of the Ottomans the other day. Could you comment below? I want to put together a course that consists of a bunch of videos by individual instructors rather than just one, on the general message in both that book and Buchanan’s book on churchill, and maybe the german and russian perspectives. Thanks

(FB 1548695061 Timestamp) BUT WHAT ABOUT NEPOTISM???? —“If you have the time can anyone explain to me how you deal/curtail with nepotism in your hierarchy ? A link to read perhaps? Worthy men aren’t always from the same family e.g. the son is not always the father by far. I’m curious.”–David England What ended nepotism in european peoples? In what industries did nepotism persist until today? Why did those instances of nepotism persist and why did the other instances not persist? What could be done to end the kind of nepotism that survives? What kind of nepotism can (should) continue to survive? (why is nepotism always a bad thing, or why is it indicative of a bad thing since it is hard to make the case that nepotism is a universal bad?) The answer will be obvious once you work thru it.

So ‘fitting’ is simply error. And any talk of “metaphysics’ is fitting. We can instead ask, given his ignorance, what categories of phenomenon was he seeking to explain? He could not explain the function of the brain, and the relationship between that lower function, and the means of calculation and communication we call language. (serial, continuous, recursive, disambiguation, resulting in sufficiency for a contract for meaning.) I know the following. 1 – the natural world exists (reality) and persists independent of our thought and action, and follows simple deterministic rules from which complexity arises, including the complexity of near chaos due to the hierarchy of possible operations and near-infinite scale. I know this because I am unwilling to act contrary to that condition in any manner that would test that condition; and I observe this in everyone else; Beyond that is meaningless because only action determines outcomes. 2 – to be able to act in this world and capture calories we have evolved a great deal of memory with which to convert high information density experience into fragmentary (distributed fractional memory) but reconstructable experiences, of lower information density. 3 – to be able to plan a sequence of actions we have evolved categories of constant contingent relations in memory by the addition of more layers of memory. 4 – to be able to communicate we evolved language to communicate stories in serial, continuous, recursive, disambiguation until a contract for meaning has been achieved.) 5 – this language required rules of continuous disambiguation, and so we evolved the natural grammar. 6 – once we had the grammar we could engage in reason, calculation, and eventually computation. 7 – increases in opportunity for exploitation of the natura world (and the human) cause increase scope of communication. T 8 – the greater the correspondence with reality, and the greater the scope, and the more consistent the relations in those categories and grammar, the greater the ability to act to seize calories by which to insulate the mind, emotions, and body from stress and cellular damage (wear and tear). 9 – at some point a competitive advantage in non-correspondence evolved (frauds and deceits) in order for those lacking agency to compete with those possessing agency. 10- this ‘resistance movement’ creates many fictions (non correspondences) to improve political resistance in opposition to economic and military agency Ergo my only interest is not in the correspondence per se but in the use of non-correspondence for the purpose of parasitism and predation.

(FB 1549394084 Timestamp) —“Hello Curt, I have a question: Do you agree with this definition of ‘government’ : “An entity that has a monopoly over legitimate use of violence.” ? If not, then how do you define a government, and how EXACTLY do you think law should be enforced?”— Ayham Nedal You asked me this before, or someone else did, and I was sick so I forgot to answer it…. I have to answer it in two parts?: Part 1: Government A government consist of a body of administrators under protection of an army, wherein the army prohibits other armies and other administrators from imposing different means and rules of administration in exchange for funding the military. This definition exposes the underlying deception of the definition of the government as a monopoly on violence. Governments almost alway struggle to produce sufficient prohibition on violence such that they obtain the highest returns and lowest costs from the most market activity. Prior to the treaty of westphalia government did NOT have a monopoly on violence, and that a government has a monopoly on violence is a european invention. That governments can fund greater more organized violence because they have the most income is common, but during most of history, all sorts of organizations engaged in warfare. The government applies violence in order to extract income for itself and the army. Governance is the most profitable industry other than successful military conquest. Rule of law and markets are simply the lowest cost highest return means of supplying administration and army with the resources to maintain their income stream internally and externally. Armies(warriors) and their Governments(financiers) are just a business like any other with intern processes and procedures those that are necessary for organization and profiting from production in competition with contending businesses (states). The liberator of men was gunpowder, which equalized the killing capacity of professional warriors, footsoldiers, and the ordinary citizenry. hence why states want to disarm you. Part II: Law A government almost always has an internal monopoly on the resolution of disputes and this monopoly evolved because of the human tendency – particularly among brothers in families – to engage in retaliation cycles (feuds) that didn’t end, and that produced externalities that destroyed ‘the king’s peace’ meaning, ’caused uprisings, costs of suppressing them, and interference in the production of taxation (income). So, while governments may seek to create a monopoly on the use of violence both internally and externally they are only marginally as successful as they are in developing markets that provide sufficient opportunity to absorb the population, and sufficient insulation from outside violence ,and sufficient resources to oppress internal and external violence, theft, immigration, and conversion. Monopoly: the reason for a monopoly is simply the undecidability of competing laws. The jews for example kept their laws in the ghettos but had to obey the kings law outside. However they engaged in lending into hazard, slavery and other unacceptable businesses, and were almost always kicked out (or worse) for it, just like the gypsies.

(FB 1549826567 Timestamp) QUESTION. (SERIOUS) In the choice of the names: “The White Law” –or– “The Natural Law of European Peoples” –or– “Propertarianism” What are the costs and benefits of using each? Thoughtful rather than emotional answers please. Not what you think, but what will people think as we scale?
