    We started with Babbage’s gears, and arithmetic. We moved to switches and numeric codes and formulae. We moved to vacuum tubes and assembly language and programs.

    We moved to transistors and short code language and operating systems, and hierarchical databases. We moved to chips of transistors and human readable language, and networks, and binary communication, and relational databases. We moved to networks of systems, human-readable documents, distributed networks and string communication. We move to browser-as-operating system, and virtualization, and the storage of documents as databases. Then to the browser-as-operating system on both client and server, using documents to transfer information. And we have begun experimenting with human language commands. We have slowly replaced the mechanical, with the binary, with the string, and finally the document. And we have taken the browser’s string-operating system, And we have transferred the browser’s string operating system to the server. We are slowly approaching where a command consists of the evolution of a ‘document’ (context), iteratively constructed from human language, then submitted as a query to a network of documents, in search of an answer stored as similar documents and indexed as relations. The original authors of Lisp should be proud because while more expensive, it was they who were on the right track. But like many competitors, a superior technology (lisp/betamax) could not compete with a less costly one(c/vhs). And when that happens a generational leap of significant value is required to correct the prior ‘error’ made by ‘rational’ market choice. You see, google is actually inhibiting the evolution of artificial intelligence. Honestly. Why? Because their monetary incentive is to provide you with inaccurate results that you must humanly parse – or they would have no opportunity to advertise, except by interrupting you. So google will be put out of business by document-context searches the same way that view-ad-to-access video has failed. What we need is to construct a document (query) with enough context to return the question that we’re asking. When that happens there will no longer be an opportunity to advertise. Why? Because someone will come along and offer access to ad-free searches for a few dollars a year, leaving google as the search engine of those without money.     Working theory:

    PROBLEM

    Constant regression toward the mean creates the need for persistent pressures to maintain a genetic advantage in the group. Meaning that groups can regress easily at any point through admixture, or shifting of rates of reproduction within the group.

    VALUE

    Man can adapt to any circumstance without requiring evolutionary mutation, but due simply to the frequency of expression of traits in a population as they are needed. This produces an extremely adaptive organism. We adapt by learning, by social norms, and by rates of reproduction between the classes. Because classes are, and always have been, superior and inferior genetic expressions.

    SPECIATION

    Yes, it appears that we have been in the process of first eradicating all competitors to homo sapiens sapiens, then through our races beginning to speciate. There are four major races: negroid, mongoloid, Caucasoid: European (northern/forest/plain) Caucasoid, Iranian (southern/desert/steppe) Caucasoid, and many sub-races within them such as Semitic(african/iranian-caucusoid), all of which had begun to speciate. But these differences are explicable as endocrinal, since humans are ‘grown’ and modifying endocrinal expressions produces the differences in the behavior (and look) of the races.

    THEREFORE

    1) Most evolutionary differences in the races of homo sapiens are endocrinal.

    a) Greater or less sexual dimorphism

    b) Greater or less sexual maturity (aggression / impulsivity)

    c) Faster or slower sexual maturity (aggression / impulsivity)

    (Asians low sexual maturity, longer lifespans, low testosterone, followed by whites in the middle, and people of color much higher))

    (jewish sexual reversal, African exaggerated masculinity, Asian sexual immaturity, white high sexual dimorphism and delayed maturity)

    d) Bigger(more expensive/hotter) or smaller(less expensive/cooler) bodies and brains.

    e) Female verbal/empathic and male spatial/operational tendencies are ‘grown’ and largely the result of in-utero development. A male brain is essentially ‘damaged’ by testosterone, and then the remaining brain ‘grows’ by exaggerating a minority of characteristics. Egro endocrinal differences in utero in families can produce wide variations in human traits)

    2) Next, some groups have used upward redistribution of reproduction by the upward distribution of food, care, and shelter, and the downward distribution of stresses.

    a) Assortative (voluntary) mate selection (good) vs arranged marriages (bad)

    b) the prohibition (good) on close cousin marriage (very bad).

    c) late marriage (good) vs early marriage (bad)

    d) property requirement before marriage (good) or not (bad)

    e) ‘taxing’ the underclass so that they bear the brunt of starvation, illness, hard physical labor, and accumulated cellular damage.

    f) Manorialism – particularly in Europe and china/japan. (or anywhere there was slavery or serfdom) combines all these features.

    g) (and underrated:) high rates of child and infant mortality dependent largely on caloric intake and stresses.

    3) The remaining differences are in culling the bottom of the distribution.

    a) cold climates where long time preference is required are unforgiving to the impulsive.

    b) exposure (killing) of unwanted children

    a) Sacrificing the undesirable.

    b) Hanging/burning/strangling, the undesirable, criminal.

    c) Ostracizing the undesirable under agrarianism (a death sentence)

    b) War in all its historical versions.

    This is a pretty simple set of rules that does not require any material genetic experimentation (mutation) in order to evolve differences between groups other than by the expression of traits.

    THE SECRET OF WESTERN MAN?

    We’re the most eugenic peoples ever. We aren’t better per se. We’ve just successfully killed off all the worst for so long that far more good families, clans, and tribes survive than bad families.

    THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION CHANGED ALL THAT

    because we could now profit from organizing production and selling to the underclasses, rather than profiting from upward redistribution away from the underclasses.

    UNIVERSAL DEMOCRACY CHANGED ALL THAT

    Democracy changed this ancient culture strategy because we changed from one productive family (not one man) one vote, to equal votes for all – and since women are reproductively irresponsible (dysgenic), and the lower classes reproductively damaging(dysgenic), and together are more numerous, they implemented policies that reversed western genetic exceptionalism.

    We have experienced a temporary ‘burst’ (Flynn effect) which appears to me (statistically) to be an artifact of improving the nutrition of the bottom, and the distribution of scientific (a few general rules) rather than recipes (many specific rules). But this effect will be neutralized (reversed), as the rates of reproduction of the underclasses continue to expand. (There is some promise that all the underclasses will slow reproduction, but this appears to be an artifact of the right-distribution of prior generations, and it’s going to disappear also).

    In my work, I assume that very little genetic ‘evolution’ occurs at all. And that instead, humans possess an extraordinary ability to express multiple evolutionary strategies in response to changes, pressures, and shocks. We can call upon an amazing wealth of genetic expression of ability if we need to. And it can occur rapidly by institutional and status shifts, or slowly over centuries. So I see our genes as an inventory of expressible biases that in combinations produce very different divisions of perception, cognition, knowledge and labor. From the effeminate Ashkenazi gender reversal, to the physical immaturity of Asians, to the masculine African and Muslim, and to everything in between. It’s not clear that we haven’t already passed ‘peak human’ and that once we stopped speciation with the development of large populations, long range trade, and cities. In other words, it’s adaptively preferable to have a large dumb aggressive, highly reproductive, consumptive, expansionary society rather than the benevolent and advanced worlds of star trek we imagine. If anything history shows that civilizations grow to the point where they have funded the evolution of competitors who then conquer them.     The search for truthfulness matters sure. The criticism of the century of lies an institutionalized lying matters, sure. The understanding of the causes of our vulnerability to the second great system of lies, matters.

    But what has occurred over this past year, is that we can see light at the end of the tunnel, because the massive Muslim immigration has provided a threat that poverty, disease, war, ideology have not provided since the fall of the rise of Bolshevism and world communism as false promises of alternatives to consumer capitalism.

    But the light we see at the end of the tunnel is provided by nothing more than a single candidate who, while possibly generating a landslide, can likely generate a loss. Europa still fails because of female voting patterns. The Anglosphere still fails because of female voting patterns. Southern Christendom still fails because of female voting patterns.

    We have been ruined by our own women and the men who pander to and profit from them. And that has not changed.

    So while we must fight for incremental political improvement with which to stem the tide, we must also pursue meaningful long term reforms that are not dependent upon majoritarian decisions.

    The only method of change that appears existentially possible is constitutional: restating the terms by which we tolerate the production of commons: that organization we call government.

    But this strategy backfired, as it was used by protestants and women first, and jews on the behalf of feminists and minorities second.

    So when we blame the socialists and postmodernists for their lies, we might take care to blame the libertarians and the entire Enlightenment historical narrative.

    Because man was aggressively domesticated by his Aryan and Teutonic masters, and western ascension was due as much to its aggressive eugenic policies under manorialism and drastic criminal punishment as to the rediscovery of greek learning, and the healthy competition between states.

    I don’t really understand the difference between:

    A comforting lie that there exists a supernatural being that grants us paradise after death if we obey priests in life.

    A comforting lie that we were and are oppressed and able to achieve whatever we wish in life, rather than that our ancestors were domesticated by the same process as our livestock and for the same reasons.

    The comforting lie that democratic majoritarianism produces prosperity rather than discipline, hard work, nuclear families, and suppression of reproduction by the lower classes produces such prosperity that the luxury of democratic production of commons is an affordable and peaceful way of distributing the spoils.

    A comforting lie that if we pay for papers our sins will be forgiven and we can still gain entrance to paradise after death.

    The comforting lie that representative agents will act in the interests of people whose disparate interests they cannot understand rather than in the interests of rose who helped them obtain a position where they can choose to act in whomever’s interest he chooses.

    A comforting lie that if we pay for a parchment and memorize postmodern scripture that we will socially and economically join the middle or upper middle class.

    The comforting lie that women and men are even vaguely equal in perception ability and interest rather than compatible in a reproductive, productive and perceptive division of labor.

    History is replete with comforting lies.

    All of these lies serve a single purpose: to obtain by fraud that which could be obtained by fully informed productive, warrantied, voluntary exchange, free of negative externality at much higher cost.

    The head of your PMO (Project Management Office) should be someone who loves to shut things down. To make them clear. To get things done.

    Your Legal staff, your accountants, and your project management office have a lot in common. Their creativity is applied to what we commonly call ‘efficiency’.

    Your CTO, Your CCO (Creative Director), your CMO, and your CSO (head of sales, business development, and strategic partnerships) should be searching for recombinative opportunities that can be seized on behalf of your revenue stream and your customers. and the retention of your customers. These functions serve the purpose of creating opportunities. We call this ‘creativity’.

    But to claim the search for efficiency is not a creative act is not quite correct, and can be both disincentivizing and demoralizing for those people who must find creative means of efficiently producing outputs at the lowest cost.

    And the same applies to the ‘creative’ side of the house, whose job it is to identify, create, and seize opportunities at the lower cost, producing potential that can be efficiently converted into asset, product, service, and revenue.

    And within your technology team, it is actually a lot better to limit the number of inspiring creatives and increase the number of guys ‘who get things done’. The superstar model actually doesn’t work unless you have google levels of money to throw around, because it’s not clear that those people are actually better at production – at all. They just are good to have in the queue as a rapidly growing company. And moreover, if you’re large, it’s better that they’re working for you than for a potential competitor.

    So why do I want to get this across? WEll, because a lot of entrepreneurs are looking for entrepreneurial peers. But that’s actually not so good an idea. ideas are cheap and expensive. Execution is what separates men from boys – survival from suicide.
