    1) –“This perspective acknowledges that (a) no single system of government is ideal for all times and circumstances and that (b) the ability to adapt to the needs of the age is crucial. (c) The tension between individual freedom and state control, as well as (d) the balance between opportunity-seeking and defense or development, can be seen as a continuum along which societies must navigate based on the challenges they face.”–
    2) The Baseline Law (Ideal) consists of the natural law of cooperation: mutual insurance of sovereignty, reciprocity, duty, truth, excellence, and beauty limiting us to duels and courts for the resolution of disputes, and voluntary cooperation for the satisfaction of wants in association, cooperation, reproduction, production, commons, polities, and war.
    3) The Baseline Government (Ideal) consists of rule of law by the natural law, a universal militia, a contract (constitution) between them, requiring the monarchy as a judge of last resort, and independent judiciary, and houses of the jury (congress) serving as a market for commons between the classes and sexes.
    4) The Adaptable Government (Ideal) consists of the adaptation of those organs of government dependent upon windfalls(wealth), going concern (peace), stress(crisis), and war.

    In other words, as usual, the Greeks and the Romans almost had it right. The British got it closer. The Americans got it closer still. And we can finish the journey – if we choose 😉

    No. Most of the middle east was trending or adopting christianity but when the Council of Nicea wanted to impose the religion as if it was law upon the western empire, they converted it such that it was intolerable for the arabs in particular for reasons too many to list. This was the reason for the emergence of islam as a heresy of pre-nicean christianity. The problem fo the arabs was the abusive power of tribal chieftains. Islam gave the people power to displace them. Thus the power of imams but the failure of government throughout the region. Tribalism.

    Where in the west, christianity was used as a lever to defeat tribalism, and islam in the middle east to ensure tribalism but without the despotism of tribal rulers. It’s their version of democratization so to speak, where chrstianity was a version of judaism designed to destroy the aristocracy of the western empire – and succeeded. Creating the dark ages.

    Pool most money with others into funds expertly managed. When you have enough, move to a fund for high net worth individuals with better managers.
    Keep a small aside of your money to either (a) make use of insider knowledge (for example, I am good at currencies), or (b) understand pop and fad investing by retailers ride up, get out early.
    Don’t so much as trade but identify companies you think will grow and compete, and then buy on the dips and accumulate. But greed is why retail is victimized. Be happy to take profits rather than risk them.
    The boomer era of cheap capital is over so expect more volatility and less certainty in capital markets in general, with growth depenent upon the success of US industrial repatriation. Even then a 10-20 year period of ‘eh’.
    Me, I build companies. I used to do angel investing (loans), currency speculation, and to invest as above (betting against retail investors).
    I don’t enjoy investing. I do enjoy building companies. 😉

    Estrogen has been shown to have immune-enhancing effects, by promoting the production of antibodies and activating certain immune cells, offering women better protection against certain viral infections, including the flu.

    Testosterone has been associated with a dampening effect on the immune system, which explains a higher severity of symptoms or a slower recovery rate in men.

    Genetics: The X chromosome contains a high density of immune-related genes, and because women have two X chromosomes compared to men’s one, this genetic difference could provide women with an immunological advantage in fighting off infections.
    So men have less genetic material to produce repair with, and men’s immune systems have to work harder to stop damage. Then men take on more risk and damage in life.
    So men absorb more cellular damage and more risk and die earlier because of it.

    Evolution: Women being responsible for children, where children are highly perishable IN-time at low risk, versus Men being responsible for territory, resources and war, OVER-time at high risk. Ergo women need to ‘keep going’ or children may die, while men must recover or they will die.

    Let us say that you have a system of measurement.

    That system includes say, X dimensions of measurement – just as, say, we previously did not understand the solar system, then galaxy, and then or universe at large scale, or the atomic, particle, quantum, or quantum background.

    Now, what if the system of measurement you’re using to make the assessments you do, are insufficient for the same reasons: the scale of distribution of your measurements and the number of dimensions you measure?

    Now, in addition, what if your selection bias seeks to maximize correlations, instead of maximize falsifications?
    That would cause you to include partial truths when you could exclude even those.
    And as such could see the patterns of causality that bring about consequential patterns that are destructive.

    In other words, I can make true general statements about distributions of unlimited scale (first principle) despite outliers, and you cannot either do so, nor observe the patterns that would exist if you threw out the half truths.

    Then having done so you could, as I do, make truthful statements about general rules while tolerating outliers – and even criticize those outliers given their limits and failings both directly express, implied, and metaphysically presumed.

    So no, I do not err. But then it would take you quite a bit of effort to learn my (our) work sufficiently to develop that skill and expertise.

    All I have done here is illustrate why you might want to.

    Because some of us seek thruth regardless of cost, so that we may work on problems of time and scale. And some of you seek utility and justification in-time and at personal scale.

    You must only make that choice by two criteria (a) capacity to learn more despite the painful truths and work of doing so, and (b) willingness to do the work necessary to learn that skill set and discipline.

    Aside from universalism, submission, and responsibility avoidance, the fact that Christianity teaches our people to lie, and in particular, lie using both female and male methods of lying, and then to depart reality into a socially constructed delusion is just exasperating.
    I’ll easily admit that I enjoy the company of and the familial consequences of christian religion – but only as a tradition and wisdom literature – especially for women and raising a family. That said, it is a religion for women. And when our men fall victim to fundamentalism they are advancing feminine sedition agains our civilization and are using male systematizing to lie and claim self image and the illusion of status via lying: the worst of both worlds.

    The British Monarchy are too afraid, that given parliament are sovereign, not the people, or the constitution, or the natural law, that they would not survive – yet they are fully conscious of their import.

    In other words it is up to us, the people, to save the monarchy in self defense, and to restore that power to the monarchy under the sovereignty of he people under the natural law and a constitution of natural law and NOT the parliament.

    My work does explain why monarchy is necessary under natural law (partly thanks to Hoppe) as a judge of last resort given the frequent tendency of the passions of the people or the interests of the elites seek to undermine the natural law for present gain despite future catastrophe.

    The Big Lie Of Limited Genetic Differences
    Also: claiming that statistical differences in genetic composition imply the equality of those differences is not only pseudoscientific but false and deceptive – because not all mutations, variations, and expressions produce equally selective effects.
    We know the direction of evolution favors neotenic selection (domestication syndrome) because of the extraordinary advantage of increases in cooperation by increases in agency (self regulation).
    The rest of the variations that persist are minor in comparison – usually local adaptation to food and disease sources.
    Neotenic evolution prolongs gestation, childhood (sexual maturity), and lifespan, producing increases in neural development (agency, self regulation) and adaptation (intelligence), as well cooperation by the suppression of impulsivity and aggression. The phenotypic expression that’s rather obvious is reduction of migration of stem cells from the neural tube retaining childhood features into adulthood.
    We don’t know how many changes have been necessary to produce domestication syndrome, but as we can can see from our domestication of animals, the behavioral and physical expressions are the same.
    It should not be terribly challenging to survey the most neotenous populations of the four major races (african, south eurasian, european, and east eurasian) and discover how many of those variations are encoded in the genome and how many are simply regulations of expression.
    The four races are separated by african -> south eurasian (1SD), south eurasian to european (1SD) -> European to east asian(½SD) with all other groups consisting of hybrids with almost perfect demonstration of equilibration between the gene pools.
    The four races, for this reason, differ in class sizes because class size roughly consists variation in intelligence and self regulation, and those variations expressed in capacity for scale of responsibility.
    The resulting differences in class sizes result in the visible differences in intelligence.
    And this is why group intelligence (measured by country, measured by ethnicity) is the single most important property of a population with the greatest determination of outcome of all properties of man whether genetic, developmental, cultural, institutional, or geographic.

    No more lies.
    Lies prevent us from the optimum polities with the optimum governments and the optimum policies: homogeneity produces a reduction of conflict.
