    WELCOME TO THE NEXT AMERICAN REVOLUTION

    As students of the empirical revolution, the agrarian revolution, the commercial revolution, and the enlightenment, our american civilization was architected and designed upon the natural law and rule of law. It was an experiment in the third way: one without the parasitism and corruption of the aristocracy or the church, and burden of those of low character and ability.

    They saw the federation of states as a continuation of the european civilization and in particular the British: an alliance of states under government, but this time a middle class -producer – government.

    Now, Natural Law means unlimited “Tort” or “Trespass”.

    Tort or Trespass requires individual sovereignty in his property. Sovereignty requires rule of law, adversarial competition before a jury of peers. And this leaves nothing possible but market competition for individual survival. And this market competition preserves natural selection. And the continuation of natural selection, is just as responsible for western exceptionalism as is our testimonial truth, evidentiary, adversarial law, sovereignty, markets, and perhaps even more importantly, our market for different elites: tri-funcitonalism (military, judicial, and faith).

    THE PROBLEMS

    1. Unfortunately the founders assumed those that followed would also have knowledge of natural law, and the common law, and didn’t include those specifications in the constitution. They only specified the organization of government, and as an afterthought, some basic rights that they thought needed defending.

    So the FOUNDATION of western civlization, of anglo civilization, and of the american civilization as the natural law evolved under the common law and those natural rights under that natural law were never stated.

    This is why it has been possible to undermine natural law (rule of law), and to gradually impose positive law (rule by man) -eroding our civilization from within.

    2. The common law did evolved prior to the development of mass media, and while it contained libel and slander, and fraud, they had no concept of the use of social construction to use false promise of the impossible -freedom from physical, natural, and evolutionary laws – and therefore baiting people into hazard. They had no idea of the political scams that were possible, and despite Gibbon’s Rise and Fall being published, they could not envision that the christian destruction of the ancient world could be repeated in pseudoscientific terms in the modern world.

    3. They also -although it was a subject of great debate – used free speech instead of free truthful speech because they didn’t know how to specific truthful speech as we do now. And they did not specifically prohibit seditious speech because they didn’t know how to write it into law as we do now.

    4. They also used freedom of religion rather than freedom of Christian religion, because they could not envision a world in which Darwin and the physical sciences had eviscerated the church’s ability to use false promise to bait people into the religion. And even if they did they had no conception of mindfulness and how to use stoicism in stead to replace it.

    5. They also failed to require judicial review PRIOR to ascent of legislation, and failed to provide the return of legislative undecidability to the congress, thereby putting the court in the position of legislating from the bench – which is how the left undermined the constitution.

    6. They failed perhaps most subtly, by not ‘persuading’ (even blackmailing) Washington (or one of the others) into taking the role of monarch – who, like present Elizabeth – is a judge of last resort, and limits the fashions of the government the way the senate was designed to limit the fashions of the population. This is the hardest ‘pill’ of truth to swallow: that of prime ministers, presidents and monarchies, the optimum is monarchy, cabinet and parliament – and the presidency is the worst of all possible models. Whether Americans will tolerate a search for a weak monarch is an open question. The fact that the ant-monarchical propaganda is obviously false, and merely allows for alien people to conquer a nation and convert it to a corporation that can be exploited is not obvious through the fog of enlightenment deceits.

    That was the initial set of six great errors in the constitution

    Assuming we’ve functionally had five constitutions already:

    1- articles of confederation, 2-first constitution, 3-post civil war southern conquest, 4-depression experiment with socialism, 5 – 1960’s experimentation with cosmopolitanism.

    Then, we have, I have, in our Amendments, producing what is in effect the sixth constitution of the united states, which restores the original design as yet ANOTHER european continent of loosely federated states, under the natural law, unified only for the purposes of defense, debt capacity, dispute resolution, and trade.

    And in these, our amendments, we have repaired the six errors of the first constitution, as well as all those errors that have crept in since.

    And we have done so primarily because:

    1 – the 20th century experiments in integrating non-european peoples, even non-protestant peoples, has been a failure. Just as the experiment in extending our rule of law, democracy, and markets in everything has been a failure. With the only exports being our administrative, technological and scientific innovations.

    2 – the european era of expansion, and our accumulated intellectual, institutional, and technological advantage, other than our genetic and cultural advantage, has been distributed to the world in order to drag them out of primitivism: superstition, ignorance, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, early death, endemic warfare, and frequent victimization by nature.

    3 – And so we can no longer afford to absorb the costs of not only policing the world patterns of finance and trade, but we cannot afford to absorb the unfit into our civilization without following the roman empire into collapse for the same reason. The only thing that distinguishes the invasions of Rome because of the great migrations Rome made possible, is that the barbarians among us fight with political weaponry of Democracy, Pseudoscience, and the ideology of the left, rather than bronze and iron weaponry. Even though, like the barbarians, it is the benefits of the civilization they destroy that they seek.

    So, welcome to the next declaration, the next reconstruction, and the restoration of western civlization.

    It will provide renaissance benefits to the middle, to our own bottom, and It will come at high cost to the elites and their mercenaries (immigrants), who war against us by demographic, ideological, political and financial means.

    Those all before us, and those all yet to be, beg us to defend them. And this time we shall not let Rome fall nor let the enemy, with it’s plan to undermine our people yet again, survive to commit yet another crime, another day.

    The roman emperors were promoted as gods since gods were all group’s (peoples) proxies for the group, and devotion to the gods was a devotion to the anthropomorphization of the people: it was the expression of loyalty. The roman demand was for loyalty to the empire, and teh roman way of life, that so man wished to join – just as people wish to join the european way of life yet again today. But at some point lesser peoples want the benefits of roman-european way of life without the demand for loyalty in exchange.     I find it interesting how few people ever bring up say Dworkin, Hart, Rawls, and the Natural Law (Rule of Law) vs Positive Law (Rule by Man) debate, or even Hayek and Epstein, or Milsom (or Black) or how many know the constitution, the magna carta, germanic law, roman law, and instead fuss with philosophers and essayists who are mostly the people too ridiculous to practice law and government. And so, instead, all of this history was so obvious to me, because I’ve been so deep in programming, law, cognitive science, and economics, for so long, that it’s sort of unimaginable to me that no one goes anywhere near the law at all. But no one does. Instead we learn shallow moralizing, opinion, sophistry, and philosophy.

    AND THAT”S THE PROBLEM.

    Why is that? Well, that’s because the Natural Law (bottom up) and Political Law (top down) are spoken in even WORSE sophistry than philosophy. Seriously. I mean, the law is argued as rules, general rules (principles) and sets of cases. And law is taughta nd practiced as an apprentichship trade over generations, where procedure and these rules like social norms and traditions, don’t require a comprehension of the underlying logic of the law (jurisprudence, legal philsophy, juridical science), just imitation of those legal norms.

    If you study the great legal debates from our present position of knowlege, the geat thinkers are worse excuse makers and fantasists than the philosophers and theologians. Why? They’re trying to make excuses for political law (rule by man) to circumvent the high cost of moral law (natural law, rule of law), and it’s gotten far, far worse in the democratic age, and even worse in the postmodern age.

    And that’s what p solves. It produces the formal logic of natural law, and says ‘well, you can do whatever you want, but this is the law, and if you want to do something pragmatic or expedient, then you’re violating that law, regardless of your political or judicial function. The purpose of natural law is to force you (individuals, social groups, business, political groups, goernemtns) to find solutions that aren’t irreciprocal regardless of how hard it may be to do that.

    And what’s the problem?? There is only one problem. WE’re all trying to circumvent selection pressure: evolutionary law. And the lft is additionally trying to circumvent physical law (scarcity) as well as natural law (human incentives and resulting behavior).

    I am too.. stressed by the rate of acceleration of therevolution so hopefuly I make it through it to reform our civilization so that the law is taught as just another tool next to reading, and math, and physics, and we restore our ‘european sense making’ by restoring our fairy tales, myths, legends, of aryan heroism and achivement, and teach aurelius’s philosophy as our secualr personal philosophy (religion), and teach aristotle restated in p-prose as our method of reason.

    Well, first, the reason you do it is (a) it’s participatory, (b) it attracts interest, (c) people will respond with what they really intuit, believe, feel. (d) so you (my case) get to do research on the different positions people hold. people can’t treport truthfully. it’s impossible. They can’t NOT defend their moral and cognitive biases. This is why the technique works for research. It’s very hard to lie (mislead) in KOTH games. It’s your genes talking.

    Second, You’re trying to start a fight. There is a sort of art to it. You have to frame it so that it could be interpreted either way, and it’s going to antagonize the audience no matter what position they hold. After that you try to just ask questions that keep the fight going. In other words, you have to pick a position (flag) that someone wants to defend.

    So, you’re setting up game. A sport. A competition. In this way you teach the audience by the the audience teaching each other without you really doing much ‘teaching’ at all. The hard part is trying to make sure the audience isn’t sure of which position you hold, so that they aregue the idea or each other and not you. I use all three methods: neutral question, positive position, opposite position. And I try to frame the ‘game’ (question) differently each time. Even though I only use like two or three dozen themes.

    I think of it like running plays in football, running scenarios in paintball, running skirmishes in military training, running mock trials in court, or debating scenarios in mba courses.

    Players learn. The Spectators Learn.

    So again, joyce meyer goes through all sorts of therapy to get over a horrific childhood, becomes a preacher, and I listen to her preach now and then, and it’s just cognitive behavioral therapy using christian prose and god’s love, and it’s fking brilliant. IMO that’s perfect. most people I listen to are appealing to authority. They’re either mindless parrots, shallow pretenders, seeking attention. status, power. They’re horrible or even evil. Listening to this woman I never have the ‘cringe’ feeling that my people are being lied to or made ignorant – they’re being encouraged, educated, and emotionally empowered, in the very simple language of jesus in modern theraputic mode.

    Now, talking to a friend the other day who is working on a reformed stoicism-epicureanism with aurelius as teh figure head, and I hope it works. Because that’s what the mainstream need.

    Those of us able and willing to take on the world, and bend it to our will in the aryan tradition – we don’t need anything other than knowledge. We already have agency.

    I’m making the SINGLE POINT that the fundamental purpose of rligion is mindfulness and mindfulness is produced by cognitive behavioral therapy, and that we have discovered a range of CBT, and that submissive religion is ONLY one of them. The differnce is that the jesus character was revolutionary and provided the submissive and the underclasss a means of heroic virtue which as a consquence increased trust. The problem was the jews converted a perfect underclass religion to a political weapon to undermine the empires, and church converted that wapong to an institution that destroyed empirical european sense making, and greek and roman thought. The question I have is how to presereve the good and eliminate the bad, and what I see in this kind of ‘preacher’ is that. If you have enough agency to go without a submissive religion then the natural religions of teh euopean peoples are vastly superior – particularly stoicism-epicureanism, and aristotalianism-aryanism.

One cannot specialize in undermining cooperation within a people, fomenting rebellion by those lacking agency, with sophisticated deceits that promise freedom from physical, natural, and evolutionary laws, by personalizing those that follow physical, natural, and evolutionary laws, and fail to reform without genetic interests, cultural habituation, of intentional strategy any more than europeans can do so with their adherence to physical, natural, and evolutionary laws. We have a choice: to continue to be the only civilization that discovers and adheres to physical, natural, and evolutionary laws, and raises mankind out of superstition, ignorance, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, child mortality, and early death, or to fail like all other peoples, stagnate, and decline, because our men lacked the will to save our people, and by consequence our race, and by consequence mankind, and by consequence, our opportunity to evolve into the gods we imagined.
