  • THE FINAL WORD ON OATHS, CHRISTIANITY IN PARTICULAR, AND RELIGION IN GENERAL Rit

THE FINAL WORD ON OATHS, CHRISTIANITY IN PARTICULAR, AND RELIGION IN GENERAL

Rituals that accompany oaths do not require belief in the ritual, only promise to adhere to the oath lest one be punished for violation of that which the community demands is inviolate (sacred) and therefore unforgivable.

The Construction of Religion: Myth, Ritual, Oath, Feast (Festival).

Political religion (for governing) in addition requires dogma and ‘law’.

European pagan religion divided the law (real) from the mythic (ideal), from the cult (supernatural). It was the monotheists who sought a political religion by which to rule others that created a monopoly political dogma, from what had been a market of myths and rituals.

    ATHEISM

The problem with atheism is that while there are dedicated atheists – often people of questionable character, some of us are atheists in that we practice Christanity as a wisdom literature, and many are agnostics in that they go along without knowing one way or the other, and the vast majority only deists who go along because they believe it’s a familial good, – all of us would still (and do) claim we are Christians.

And it is why Evangelicals have used that term to distinguish themselves from the rest of us: they practice faith not reason.

All that is required to claim one is a Christian is to have adopted the teachings of Christianity:

    1. A Respect for private property and that no law may precede private property (the ten commandments) because private property creates harmony.

    2. The eradication of hatred from the human heart.

    3. The extension of kinship love to non-kin.

    4. The extension of exhaustive forgiveness before punishment, enserfment, enslavement, death, or war,

    5. The commitment to personal acts of charity for those who are in need.

Now, ‘believers’ seem to think that the dogma has some basis in reality, but this is simply untrue (unscientific). The purpose of the dogma was to train illiterate unskilled slaves, peasants, and subsistence farmers in those four principles.

The reason for the success of this dogma is that it creates an addiction response in believers for reasons we understand very clearly now.

However, many of us do not need cerebral chemistry addiction to follow those five rules. And we understand the value of ritual (the combination of lesson, oath, feast of the church ritual) regardless of how greatly its demand for obedience differs from the five principles of Christianity.

Western civilization has always been poly disciplinary and polytheistic. Those of us from germanic northern European families were just as familiar with the pagan myths and fairy tales, if not far more so than those of the ‘alien’ semitic religion.

The Germanicization of Christianity was nearly immediate, and the origins in judaism, and non-european Byzantium was quickly and forcibly adapted to european (germanic and latin ) civilization, just as was the orthodox in the slavic lands.

Today a person of minimal learning can undrestand quite easily that community rituals and oaths and feasts are necessary for the construction of civic trust. That aspirational myths are somewhat necessary for the intergenerational preservation of group evolutionary and competitive strategy through imitation. And that the mythos of western civilization is merely our history from the ancient greco-roman, germanic continental, and Atlantic periods.

The reason we can worship our ancestors and use our history as mythos is because we have ancestors and history worth remembering. Those people who need falsehoods and fictions do so because they have either few or no ancestors or achievements worth remembering.

    A PAGAN

    I am a pagan if

    1) I accept the laws of nature as binding on all of existence; and;

    2) if I treat nature as sacred and to be contemplated, protected and improved; and;

    3) I treat the world as something to transform closer to an Eden in whatever ways I can before I die; and

    4) if I deny the existence of a supreme being with dominion over the physical laws, and treat all gods, demigods, heroes, saints, figures of history, and ancestors as characters with whom I may speak to in private contemplation in the hope of gaining wisdom and synchronicity from having done so. And

    5) if I participate with others of my society in repetition of oaths, repetition of myths, repetition of festivals, repetition of holidays, and the perpetuation of all of the above to my offspring. And 6) if I leave open that synchronicity appears to exist now and then, and that it may be possible that there is a scientific explanation for it, other than just humans subject to similar stimuli producing similar intuitions and therefore similar ends.

    AN ARYAN

    I am an Aryan if:

    1) I proudly display my excellences so that others seek to achieve or exceed them;

    2) I seek competition to constantly test and improve myself so I do not weaken;

    3) I swear to speak no insult and demand it;

    4) I speak the truth and demand it; 5) I take nothing not paid for and demand it;

    6) I grant sovereignty to my kin and demand it;

    7) I insure my people regardless of condition, and demand it; and in doing so leave nothing but voluntary markets of cooperation between sovereign men; and to discipline, enserf, enslave, ostracize or kill those who do otherwise;

    8) to not show fear or cowardice, abandon my brothers, or retreat, and 9) to die a good death in the service of my kin, my clan, my tribe and my people.

    A WARRIOR

I am a warrior in that:

    1) we will prepare for war so perfectly that none dare enter it against us.

    2) Once we go to war, we do so with *joy*, with eagerness, and with passion, and without mercy, without constraint, and without remorse; And

    3) before ending war, we shall defeat an enemy completely such that no other dares a condition of our enemy, and the memory of the slaughter lives a hundred generations.

THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A SON OF ERUOPA

    Sovereign. A Man Transcendent.

When you say we need a ‘complete religion’ we have one.

This and the natural law of sovereignty.

And the history of the european peoples.

    Curt Doolittle updated his status.

IT’S BETTER TO BE CAUGHT BY A WOMAN THAN CATCH
Some men are very good at catching women and moving on. But just like women who sleep around, they have a harder time with long term relations (yes they do.) However when they settle they seem to catch very good catches.

I have zero fear. I am also, as are most aspies, about as friendly and confident as drunk people. It’s not at all difficult to talk to women. But my experience is that most women think I’m hitting on them when I’m just being conversational, friendly, or playful (i’m not. it’s just my demeanor). The problem is that the market for smart geeky chicks that are reasonably fit and attractive, and not four inches taller than I am is relatively narrow.;)

But a lot of men either have fear or fail a lot. And my explanation for this most of the time is too much self interest because of insufficient team socialization – and or a mistaken self cognizance of market value.

(… We seriously need to put together a class for how women judge men ’cause it’s pretty simple and has nothing to do with how women judge men – at all. )

I was surrounded by women. My father was a very evil very brutal nightmare and gone a lot thankfully. I had great male friends. My grandfather was a bit of a role model. But I grew up surrounded by women and women who are strong and fairly stoic by comparison.

(… Having brothers and sisters matters. I have an easier time understanding women because I had them. and am less tolerant of men because i didn’t have brothers – although my cousins did help quite a bit, and I had good male friends.)

I don’t get the whole ‘sell’ women on you thing. I get the ‘be valuable to a woman thing’. If you spent as much time thinking about and getting valuable, then you would attract a woman.

One of the problems with selling women is getting into the ‘project’ mentality and then you simply drop off attention after you hunt down some female. This blows up in your face every time.

Another of the problems is that you still want a mommy who takes care of you rather than a partner with whom you multiply one another’s fulfillments. Unfortunately women are suckers for this kind of thing when they are young and this is the reason for most failed marriages: foolish untrained women, and lazy undisciplined men.

Most of catching a woman has to do with team and group participation wether hobby, social, sport, business, or political. It is very hard for a woman to test you other than shit-testing you without a herd of other men and women demonstrating your sexual, social, economic, and political merit. Women can’t and don’t trust their feelings as much as they do the feelings of those around them – especially their girlfriends and family members. Women generally intuit Status, Friends, Family, Self in that order.

The best investment most men can make is in playing any team sport once or twice a week no matter what sport it is, and no matter how terrible the team. The next best is politics. The next business. The next music. The next hobbies. The problem is that since competition and dominance play are suppressed in vast portions of society, you can’t display that dominance and ‘catch’ a woman without some environment to demonstrate it in.

(… My thing is the arts. I am 100% guaranteed to find dates in art classes. Executive leadership was a thing for obvious reasons. Speaking at conferences a thing. This online thing is a draw for some reason I don’t understand – but it’s a persona, not me. Playing music is the most obvious and easiest.)

Women do the catching. All you can do is be where women are trying catch, and in a condition where they can see you’re worth catching. Individually that takes money. As a members of a team it takes being worthy of your team.

(…. Women always catch me. I never have knowingly caught a woman. This is partly attributable to my aspiness. Partly do my lack of awareness. And partly attributed to my natural monogamy.)

The vast majority of women want to feel safe in the sense that they want to feel safe expressing their intuitions (feelings). They want to feel socially and economically safe. They want to feel they are competing successfully with other women (reaching their full female potential). Most want ‘friendship’. And just like a good number of men, a good number of women are lazy and socially undesirable.

(… After I have been caught, I work by trying to find how to make a woman feel safe, understood, and how to maximize her fulfillment in life. I will build her confidence. I will sacrifice for her. I will not engage in the gift game, symbolism game, consumer signaling game, or the help with woman’s work game. Those are all traps.)

Unfortunately, for evolutionarily necessary reasons, men vastly overestimate their sexual, social market value and so play to the economic and other values. Unfortunately about a third of men are reproductively, socially, and economically undesirable. This is more undesirability than women. The difference is that men can easily fix their undesirability with work, and women, other than staying fit and not fat, cannot do much other than dress well, makeup and preen.

(… I don’t stay on the market long. I don’t do much. At present I am too far outside of civilization to ‘get caught’. Which is good for my work btw.)

Unfortunately the data is in that about 1/3 of women are literally crazy – made crazy by puberty and lacking sufficient social framework around them to control it. A lot of women will think they have talents or magic or some other crazy nonsense, rather than understand that they cannot explain the origins of their intuitions, but that they have much higher sensory processing than men, and less insulation from it than men, so their intuition especially in social matters is on the same level as dogs versus humans in sense of smell. As such some women are overwhelmed by this sensory stimuli, and some are able to distance themselves from it with exposure to strong males, and some minor training.

(… I cannot tell you how much the easy cost of crazy sex is a death trap. And how much being the submissive in a relationship is a long term death trap. It is very important that a woman think you are a good catch for her. More important than the reverse. This is because men are far, far, far, more loyal than women are (really). Women will work harder at preserving a relationship but they do so out of desire not to fail. Men do not work so hard because they have less they can do, but are more sentimental and loyal.)

Unfortunately our middle class has genetically shrunk and so the number of desirable women and men are diluted in relation to the underclasses and immigrant expansion. This is why separation is necessary.

I’d write on humor and dress and a few other things but I’m done with this subject for today… lol

  • An Open Letter to The Jacobins

    http://www.juliusevola.net/excerpts/Tyranny_of_the_Economy_%26_Pseudo-Antithesis_between_Capitalism_%26_Marxism.html
AN OPEN LETTER TO THE JACOBINS (from An Open Letter to the JacobinsThere are many smart people within your ranks, passionate about changing the world for the better. I understand that you are lovers of art and literature, with a great interest in psychology, physics, mathematics, philosophy and history. Reason is your guiding principle. It is with the greatest respect that I address you here. What I wish to discuss is the Alt-Right. Let me first summarize what I think is the essence of the Alt-Right. I believe this accurately reflects the views that many people in this movement have.
    (MORE: VERY LONG)
The Alt-Right is first and foremost about the concerns White people have in a world that’s becoming increasingly hostile towards them, due to the changing demographics and all the perceived historic wrongs. The core of the Alt-Right is not primarily concerned with “brown people”, as you put it, but rather with the racial tensions that exist between all of these various ethnic groups. Very influential within the Alt-Right are the writings of Kevin MacDonald (a retired professor of psychology), particularly his Culture of Critique series. These books compare the evolutionary strategies of a notorious Diaspora, the Jews, with that of the native Europeans. Without going into too much detail here, suffice it to say that the Jewish Question, rather than “brown people”, is at the heart of the Alt-Right. The Jewish Question has several aspects. You discuss many of them in your writings. The most obvious is of course the insanity of Abrahamism in general, and the notion of Jews being God’s “Chosen People”. But there is also Jewish Marxism, Soviet-Communism, the Frankfurt School & Cultural Marxism, Freudian psychoanalysis and “Public Relations” (Propaganda), Jewish control of the mass media of news and entertainment (including Hollywood), Holocaust remembrance & reparations, AIPAC/Israel/Zionism, the Anti-Defamation League, “hate speech” legislation, Open Borders activism, George Soros (funding Black Bloc rioters, BLM and “Welcome refugees” activists), the Federal Reserve, Wall Street, the kidnapping and exploitation of Slavic women, snuff movie and child pornography rings, and many other problems which are rightly perceived as a threat to White Europeans everywhere. Discussing any of the above subjects is generally considered anti-Semitic. Some of the topics cannot even be discussed in public, because that’s now against the law (particularly in places like Germany, the UK and Canada). It is acknowledged that there are many White traitors, actively collaborating with the Jews for personal enrichment. For example Bill and Hillary Clinton, the Bush family, and yes, even Donald Trump. The Alt-Right supported Trump during the elections, but remain skeptical, for all the obvious reasons you have also listed on your own website. The memes about “God Emperor Trump” should be taken with a grain of salt. The Alt-Right is extremely suspicious of Jewish individuals, including Jews who don’t have financial or media power. There are people with Jewish ancestry in the Alt-Right though. These people have not only rejected Abrahamism, but also ditched Cultural Marxism and the most widespread and influential Jewish religion of them all, Holocaustianity. These are people who no longer identify strongly with anything Jewish, and so are not part of the “Jewish Problem”. In fact they could play a key role in the “Final Solution”. And with that I don’t mean any genocide but rather a total separation of Jew and gentile, and the end of Talmudic Jewish Supremacy. People arrive at the Jewish Question from different backgrounds. And so in the Alt-Right you’ll find very different groups. Here are some that you’re guaranteed to encounter: 1) Former Libertarians and fans of the Jewess Ayn Rand. This is especially common among Americans. 2) Former Liberals, having become more conservative as they got a little older, with family responsibilities and concerns. 3) Christians. These may be Protestants from South-Africa or America, they may be Catholics, or they may be Mormons etc. Some of them are heavily into theories about the “true Israelites”, and of course the Khazar theory. Their obsession with abortion is in conflict with the eugenic ideas of the rest of the Alt-Right. 4) Pagans. Most Europeans identify with being Pagan, though not necessarily in any ritualistic, LARPy fasion. 5) Traditionalists. People who like the writings of Julius Evola. Other authors that are popular in Alt-Right circles are Oswald Spengler, Francis Parker Yockey, and Friedrich Nietzsche. Of course, Hitler’s Mein Kampf is universally appreciated as well, although many Traditionalists (especially Catholics) prefer a reformed type of Monarchy rather than Hitler’s National-Socialism. 6) Skinheads/neo-nazis. Working class people rebelling against the darkening of their neighborhoods and work places. Also, “They took ‘r jobs!” May be members of the KKK, with lots of provocative tattoos, and they tend to get into physical (and sometimes deadly) altercations with Antifa. 7) 4chan, The Right Stuff, The Daily Stormer etc. These people express the various Alt-Right concerns with a heavy dose of satire. Outrageous jokes about taboo subjects like the Holocaust and racial mixing. Memes. Pepe. Shitposting. Trolling. Influential authors to all of the above (except the Christians, generally) are David Duke, William Luther Pierce, Ben Klassen and George Lincoln Rockwell. So there are many different currents within the Alt-Right. The academic types are embarrassed about the skinheads, and the Pagans are embarrassed about the Christians. Because of this, many people claim to not belong to the Alt-Right at all, but instead refer to themselves as, say, National-Socialists. For the sake of ridicule one could lump all these groups together, but they are in fact quite distinct. Aside from the Alt-Right there is the Alt-Lite. This is basically anyone who is sympathetic towards the protection of Western civilization, but who claims there is no Jewish Problem (or simply doesn’t want to talk about it). Most of the people you lump in with the Alt-Right, like Alex Jones and Milo Yiannopoulos, are part of the Alt-LITE. The Alt-Lite tends to focus on Social Justice Warriors like college feminists and fat acceptance activists, and of course the threat of Islam. Regarding Islam, the Alt-RIGHT sees this first and foremost as a racial issue, NOT as a religious issue. The Alt-Right does not believe the mass of Arabs is ever going to abandon Islam because of rational arguments. Arabs and West-Asians embrace Islam because it fits their nature (low average IQ etc.). Even if it would be possible for Arabs to abandon Islam, we don’t see it happening and we’re tired of waiting. Therefore the Alt-Right wants to see a complete separation of Whites and Arabs, as well as Whites and Blacks, Whites and Asians etc. Some of these separations are more urgent than others. The most urgent is obviously the removal of all radical Muslims. But most important (and difficult!) will be the separation of Whites and Jews. Once this has been accomplished though, the rest is peanuts. Jacobins, I do not represent the entire Alt-Right. I’m not a Christian. I’m not a skinhead. I’m not even a former libertarian. But I did observe the Alt-Right from the inside out for a couple of years now. I wish no harm to any individual person who happens to have Jewish or Negroid ancestry. Ideally there will be meritocratic states for all the different ethnic groups, living side by side as good neighbors rather than all mixed up. If all these different meritocracies apply eugenic principles (selective breeding) TO THEMSELVES, all racial groups can be preserved AND IMPROVED. Racial diversity on the global level is to everyone’s benefit. The more racial groups are preserved (some very light skin, some very dark skin), the greater the chances of at least some humans surviving future catastrophies. But to preserve this global diversity we will need to separate on the local level. Perhaps not absolute separation, but certainly a lot more separation than we have now. It seems to me that there are many shared concerns between the Jacobins and Alt-Right, but that you insist on mixing all the races together, even if that means Whites, Ashkenazi Jews and East-Asians become the ruling class, because their higher IQ allows them to become more “meritorious” within the political hierarchy, and Arabs, Blacks and West-Asians continue being the lower and criminal classes. You indirectly favor White Supremacy, while the Alt-Right favors White Separatism. Not half-hearted segregation (Jim Crow, Apartheid), but complete physical separation. The Alt-Right favors equal opportunities, but WITHIN each racial group. Otherwise you’ll be forced to take unmeritocratic measures like Affirmative Action and racial quotas. To have a functioning egalitarian society, you need a more or less equal population to begin with. The bulk of the population should have an IQ above 105, not below 85. The Alt-Right does not wish to lord it over Blacks. The Alt-Right does not wish to police and imprison non-Whites. They want non-Whites to govern, educate, police and judge themselves, within their own states, preferably within their native homelands and within a climate suitable to their pigmentation (vitamin D!). And yes, if certain non-Whites cannot make it on their own (as we see in many overpopulated African countries, now heavily dependent on continued Western aid), then let them wither on the vine. Same for the Jews in Israel. The Alt-Right is not about “White pride” (feeling proud about things one did not do oneself), but rather about celebrating the rich cultural history of Europe and the beauty of Nordic people, particularly its fair maidens, and wishing to preserve them. This is natural, not evil. It’s a fact that Whites and East-Asians have, on average (!), a much higher IQ (100 and above) than Arabs (85), African-Americans (80) and sub-Saharan Africans (70 and below). Of course, IQ isn’t everything, but it IS something to be taken into consideration if one wishes to create a HyperHumanity, a Community of Gods capable of reaching the stars. I understand you want to remain inclusive. After all, we’re all mathematics on the inside! Illuminism CAN be grasped by exceptional individuals of all racial backgrounds. Your secret society is not a country or a continent, and so within your limited and pre-selected circle, multiracialism will likely not be a problem. It’s unlikely however that you’ll be able to establish a multiracial meritocracy of any significant size. I have nothing against it though, provided you do not demand that the entire planet is subjected to racial mixing. If you want to establish a multiracial meritocracy in South-America, which is already very mixed, then go right ahead. But don’t force this ideology on the European homeland of the Nordic and Alpine phenotypes. Trying to breed these phenotypes out of existence by encouraging racial mixing and population replacement (White flight) is genocide according to the Geneva Convention, Article 2C: “Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.” Not to mention Article 2B: “Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group.” Regardless, the Alt-Right i.e. Whites awakening to racial consciousness, is only going to increase in numbers. No amount of ridicule or violence is going to curb this natural urge to be free, safe and prosperous. Whites have had enough of the “multicultural” experiment, with its interracial rape and murder disproportionately targeting Whites. They want at least one sufficiently large state where they can fully govern themselves again, free from Jewish manipulation, Black-on-White violence, and Islamic terrorism. I cannot imagine you are truly opposed to such a very reasonable demand. Jews (religious or secular) are VERY aware that they are Jewish. Blacks are VERY aware that they are Black. Arabs are VERY aware that they are Arab (and Muslim). Today’s educated Whites are LEAST concerned with their ethnicity, and those who DO become concerned are immediately branded as racists and nazis. Sadly you (or at least some members in your facebook group) are going along with this cheap rhetoric. I hope this letter will help sharpen your message, for the benefit of all. The economic factor exercises a hypnosis and a tyranny over modern man. And, as often occurs in hypnosis, what the mind focuses on eventually becomes real. Modern man is making possible what every normal and complete civilization has always regarded as an aberration or as a bad joke—namely, that the economy and the social problem in terms of the economy are his destiny. Thus, in order to posit a new principle, what is needed is not to oppose one economic formula with another, but instead to radically change attitudes, to reject without compromise the materialistic premises from which the economic factor has been perceived as absolute. What must be questioned is not the value of this or that economic system, but the value of the economy itself. Thus, despite the fact that the antithesis between capitalism and Marxism dominates the background of recent times, it must be regarded as a pseudo-antithesis. In free-market economies, as well as in Marxist societies, the myth of production and its corollaries (e.g., standardization, monopolies, cartels, technocracy) are subject to the “hegemony” of the economy, becoming the primary factor on which the material conditions of existence are based. Both systems regard as “backward” or as “underdeveloped” those civilizations that do not amount to “civilizations based on labor and production”—namely, those civilizations that, luckily for themselves, have not yet been caught up in the feverish industrial exploitation of every natural resource, the social and productive enslavement of all human possibilities, and the exaltation of technical and industrial standards; in other words, those civilizations that still enjoy a certain space and a relative freedom. Thus, the true antithesis is not between capitalism and Marxism, but between a system in which the economy rules supreme (no matter in what form) and a system in which the economy is subordinated to extra-economic factors, within a wider and more complete order, such as to bestow a deep meaning upon human life and foster the development of its highest possibilities. This is the premise for a true restorative reaction, beyond “Left” and “Right,” beyond capitalism’s abuses and Marxist subversion. The necessary conditions are an inner detoxification, a becoming “normal” again (“normal” in the higher meaning of the term), and a renewed capability to differentiate between base and noble interests. No intervention from the outside can help; any external action at best might accompany this process. In order to resolve the problem, it is necessary, first of all, to reject the “neutral” interpretation of the economic phenomenon proper to a deviated sociology. The very economic life has a body and soul of its own, and inner moral factors have always determined its meaning and spirit. Such spirit, as Sombart has clearly shown, should be distinguished from the various forms of production, distribution, and organization of economic goods; it may vary depending on individual instances and it bestows a very different scope and meaning on the economic factor. The pure homo oeconomicus is a fiction or the by-product of an evidently degenerated specialization. Thus, in every normal civilization a purely economic man—that is, the one who sees the economy not as an order of means but rather as an order of ends to which he dedicates his main activities—was always rightly regarded as a man of lower social extraction: lower in a spiritual sense, and furthermore in a social or political one. In essence, it is necessary to return to normalcy, to restore the natural dependency of the economic factor on inner, moral factors and to act upon them. Once this is acknowledged, it will be easy to recognize the inner causes in the actual world (which have the economy as their common denominator) that preclude any solution that does not translate into a steeper fall to a lower level. I have previously suggested that the uprising of the masses has mainly been caused by the fact that every social difference has been reduced to those that exist between mere economic classes and by the fact that under the aegis of antitraditional liberalism, property and wealth, once free from any bond or higher value, have become the only criteria of social differences. However, beyond the strict limitations that were established within the overall hierarchical system prior to the ascent of the economy, the superiority and the right of a class as a merely economic class may rightly be contested in the name of elementary human values. And it was precisely here that the subversive ideology introduced itself, by making an anomalous and degenerative situation into an absolute one and acting as if nothing else had previously existed or could exist outside economic classes, or besides external and unfair social conditions that are determined by wealth alone. However, all this is false, since such conditions could develop only within a truncated society: only in such a society may the concepts of “capitalist” and “proletarian” be defined. These terms lack any foundation in a normal civilization, because in such a civilization the counterpart constituted by extra-economic values portrays the corresponding human types as something radically different from what today is categorized as “capitalist” or “proletarian.” Even in the domain of the economy, a normal civilization provides specific justification for certain differences in condition, dignity, and function. Moreover, in the contemporary chaos it is also necessary to acknowledge what is caused by an ideological infection. It is not entirely correct to say that Marxism arose and took hold because there was a real social question that needed to be addressed (at best this may have been the case during the early stages of the industrial revolution); the opposite is true—to wit, that for the most part the social question gains precedence in today’s world only as a result of the presence of Marxism. The social question artificially arises through the concerted effort of agitators, those who are engaged in “rekindling class consciousness.” Lenin did not assign to the Communist Party only the task of supporting “workers’ movements” where they arose spontaneously, but rather the task of creating and organizing them everywhere and by every means. Marxism gives rise to the proletarian and class mentality where it previously did not exist, stirring excitement and creating resentment and dissatisfaction in those societies where the individuals still lived in the station allotted to them by life. In those societies an individual contained his need and aspirations within natural limits; he did not yearn to become different from what he was, and thus he was innocent of that Entfremdung (“alienation”) decried by Marxism. Incidentally, we should recall that Marxism proposes to overcome this alienation through something worse—namely, the “integration (or, we should say, disintegration) of the person into a collective entity (i.e., the ‘people,’ or ‘the party’).” I am not espousing an “obscurantism” for the benefit of the “ruling classes”; as I have stated previously, I dispute the superiority and the rights of a merely economic class living in a materialistic fashion. Nevertheless, we need to side against the idea or myth of so-called social progress, which is another of the many pathological fixations of the economic era in general, and not the legacy of leftist movements alone. To this effect, the eschatological views of Marxism do not differ very much from the “Western” views of prosperity: both Weltanschauungen [worldviews] essentially coincide, as do their practical applications. In both Marxism and free-market economies we find the same materialistic, antipolitical, and social view detaching the social order and people from any higher order and higher goal, positing what is “useful” as the only purpose (understood in a physical, vegetative, and earthly sense); by turning the “useful” into a criterion of progress, the values proper to every traditional structure are inverted. In fact, we should not forget that the law, meaning, and sufficient reason for these structures have always consisted in references for man to something beyond himself and beyond the economy, wealth, or material poverty, all these things having only a secondary importance. Thus, it can legitimately be claimed that the so-called improvement of social conditions should be regarded not as good but as evil, when its price consists of the enslavement of the single individual to the productive mechanism and to the social conglomerate; or in the degradation of the State to the “State based on work,” and the degradation of society to “consumer society”; or in the elimination of every qualitative hierarchy; or in the atrophy of every spiritual sensibility and every “heroic” attitude. Hegel wrote, “Happiness is not to be found in the history of the world [in the sense of material comfort and social prosperity]; even the few happy periods found here and there are like white pages.” But even at an individual level, the qualities that matter the most in a man and make him who he is often arise in harsh circumstances and even in conditions of indigence and injustice, since they represent a challenge to him, testing his spirit; what a sad contrast it is when the human animal is granted a maximum of comfort, an equal share in a mindless and “bovine” happiness, an easy and comfortable life filled with gadgets, radio and TV programs, planes, Hollywood, sports arenas, and popular culture at the level of Reader’s Digest. Again, spiritual values and the higher degrees of human perfection have nothing to do with either the presence or the absence of socioeconomic prosperity. The notion that indigence is always a source of abjection and vice—and that “advanced” social conditions represent its opposite—is the fairy tale told by materialistic ideologies, which contradict themselves when they uphold the other myth, according to which the “good guys” are on the side of the people and the oppressed workers and all the “bad guys” are to be found on the side of the wealthy classes, which are corrupt and exploitative. Both of these are fairy tales. In reality, true values bear no necessary relation to better or worse socioeconomic conditions; only when these values are put at the forefront is it possible to approximate an order of effective justice, even on the material plane. Among these values are: being oneself; the style of an active impersonality; love of discipline; and a generally heroic attitude toward life. Against all forms of resentment and social competition, every person should acknowledge and love his station in life, which best corresponds to his own nature, thus acknowledging the limits within which he can develop his potential; and should give an organic sense to his life and achieve its perfection, since an artisan who perfectly fulfills his function is certainly superior to a king who does not live up to his dignity. Only when such considerations have weight will this or that reform carried out on the socioeconomic plane be conceived and implemented without any negative consequence, according to true justice, without mistaking the essential for the accessory. Unless an ideological detoxification and a rectification of attitudes are carried out, every reform will be only superficial and fail to tackle the deeper roots of the crisis of contemporary society, to the advantage of subversive forces.” ~ Julius Evola http://www.juliusevola.net/excerpts/Tyranny_of_the_Economy_%26_Pseudo-Antithesis_between_Capitalism_%26_Marxism.html’ Curt Doolittle Like Show more reactions Comment Share See More Andrea Royall Chat Conversation Start WED 6:05PM There can be no light without the darkness Wish I was that optimistic. ‘”All this is proof of the true pathology of our civilization.

Incidentally, we should recall that Marxism proposes to overcome this alienation through something worse—namely, the “integration (or, we should say, disintegration) of the person into a collective entity (i.e., the ‘people,’ or ‘the party’).”

I am not espousing an “obscurantism” for the benefit of the “ruling classes”; as I have stated previously, I dispute the superiority and the rights of a merely economic class living in a materialistic fashion.

Unless an ideological detoxification and a rectification of attitudes are carried out, every reform will be only superficial and fail to tackle the deeper roots of the crisis of contemporary society, to the advantage of subversive forces.”

There can be no light without the darkness
Wish I was that optimistic. I just work on “how do I get myself mentally and physically healthy, fit and competitive, and consistently look back and say “where am I now” and “what can I learn” and “what shouldn’t I do again”.

Not that it stops me from overworking – ever. lol
So, how is everything else in your life?

Everything else is on cruise control… the grandson is doing well.. the child I take care of is doing well also…

An Open Letter to the Jacobins

There are many smart people within your ranks, passionate about changing the world for the better.

Here are some that you’re guaranteed to encounter:

    1) Former Libertarians and fans of the Jewess Ayn Rand.

Trying to breed these phenotypes out of existence by encouraging racial mixing and population replacement (White flight) is genocide according to the Geneva Convention, Article 2C: “Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.” Not to mention Article 2B: “Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group.”

Regardless, the Alt-Right i.e.

    Ad astra!

A COMPARISON OF WESTERN AND EASTERN THOUGHT

    by Daniel Gurpide

    GREEK “ARETÉ” : ARYAN EXCELLENCE

The tragic urge to self-overcoming (transcendence) may be identified as the only way man and his presence in the world may be ennobled, and this was the primary element of traditional Aryan ethics. It is what the ancient Greeks called areté, the quest for excellence: the act of living up to one’s full potential.

For Aristotle, the doctrine of areté included the following virtues: andreia (courage), dikaiosyne (justice), and sophrosyne (self-restraint). In Greek mythology, Sophrosyne was a Greek goddess. She was the spirit of moderation, self-control, temperance, restraint, and discretion. She was considered to be one of the good spirits that escaped from Pandora’s box and fled to Olympus after Pandora opened the lid. The complex meaning of sophrosyne, so important to the ancients, is very difficult to convey in English. It is perhaps best expressed by the two most famous sayings of the Oracle of Delphi: ‘nothing in excess’ and ‘know thyself.’

Since Propertarianism recovers and transfigures the founding myths of Indo-European culture, when it comes to specifying its particular tenets such features as the following might be listed: an eminently aristocratic conception of the human individual; the importance of honour (‘shame’ rather than ‘sin’); a heroic attitude towards life’s challenges; the exaltation and sacralisation of the world, beauty, the body, strength, and health; the rejection of any ‘worlds beyond’; and the inseparability of morality and aesthetics.

The highest value for an Aryan ethics undoubtedly lies not in a form of ‘justice’ whose purpose is essentially interpreted as flattening the social order in the name of equality, but in all that may allow man to surpass himself. Since to consider the implications of life’s basic framework as unjust would be palpably absurd, such classic antitheses as noble vs. base, courageous vs. cowardly, honourable vs. dishonourable, beautiful vs. deformed, sick vs. healthy come to replace the antitheses operative in a morality based on the concept of sin: good vs. evil, humble vs. vainglorious, submissive vs. proud, weak vs. arrogant, modest vs. boastful.

    EASTERN WISDOM (I)

The habit of contrasting the crude materialism of the West with the spiritualism of the East needs to be revised. The great Asiatic civilizations developed in a pre-logical era; the mind groped for truth through intuition, symbol, magic and mysticism. It was irrational. It refused to see the external world as an autonomous reality capable of being shaped and adapted through an understanding of its laws.

The West, thanks to the Greek genius, succeeded in rising to the level of rational thought, founded on respect for a principle of no concern to the Oriental mind, the principle of contradiction. By associating the Hellenic Logos with the Roman Law, Europe realized a synthesis which, despite many tribulations, is still the most miraculous accomplishment of the human adventure.

    EASTERN WISDOM (II): CONFUCIANISM

The Chinese were an industrious and practical people. They excelled in map-making and meteorology; they created the science of seismography and were pioneers in civil and hydraulic engineering. To their ingenuity the world owes the first mechanical clocks with escapements and balance wheels; powder, which they used for fireworks long before making hand grenades; the compass; paper; silk; and printing with movable letters. Nevertheless, they did not apply this inventiveness to their industry, which remained essentially unchanged over the two thousand years between the accession of the Han and the fall of the Manchu dynasty.

Why not? Because the Chinese were interested in a different set of values from those which preoccupied the West. Instead of trying to dominate nature, the Chinese sought to adjust themselves to a cosmic environment, natural and human. The two essential problems of concern to the Chinese were the search for good government and the art of finding contentment in the midst of poverty and adversity.

The first problem concerned Confucius. He regarded man as essentially social, and he took as his personal mission the saving of a world which seemed to him to be in full decadence. His solution involved the restoration of five essential virtues: good manners, distributive justice, kindness, filial piety and wisdom.

Confucianism, at once a theory of government and a theory of ethics, produced strong patterns of social ritualism, and the written language of China helped maintain this conformity. The immobility of words, formed of monosyllables, tended to stereotype thought and to freeze social life.

Confucius and his school recognized this when they insisted that the remedy for the disorders of the times was to be found in the “rectification of words”. To assure good government, everything had to be identified by its true name, and everyone had to conduct himself in accordance with the correct designation of his function. The incorrect use of words was a semantic sin leading to social disorder.

It was important, therefore, that public functionaries be recruited by examinations based on their knowledge of classical books, named and written in an ancient language very different from that in contemporary use, and requiring the mastery of tens of thousands of characters. For two thousand years the institution of the Mandarins attracted the best minds into the services of an administration whose primary concern was to maintain a static social order, in harmony with and dependent upon an unchanging cosmic order.

    EASTERN WISDOM (III): TAOISM

Taoism, anterior to Confucianism, stands in sharp contrast to it. However, its results were even worse, for Taoism negated logic and encouraged evasion.

Lao-Tse attributed all misfortunes to man’s departures from the state of nature when he tried to control his destiny.

The social virtues praised by Confucius – justice, good manners, wisdom and kindness – were regarded as conventions and obstacles to the natural order of things and deserving only of contempt. Laws merely multiplied the number of thieves and bandits.

For Confucius, the good sovereign was one who did everything possible for his people; for Lao-Tse, the best sovereign was one who saw that he could do nothing and let matters take a natural course. Man must return to his original state of innocence.

Through asceticism, life could be prolonged; immortality itself was possible for him who could absorb himself in the ecstasy of Tao, an indescribable reality which was everywhere, which had no definite limits and was the origin and supreme law of things.

    EASTERN WISDOM (IV): CHINA (conclusion)

Such mentalities (Confucianism, Taoism) made progress of the Western sort a theoretical as well as a practical impossibility. Prior to the arrival of Westerners, China was a closed society which regarded itself as perfect, as having nothing to learn from foreigners.

Withdrawn behind an intellectual and moral “Chinese Wall,” the Middle Empire could not develop until the arrival of the barbarians, the European and American “devils.”

Chinese mathematical thought was profoundly arithmetic and algebraic, but unlike the Greek mind it never developed an axiomatic and deductive geometry.

Failing to conceive the idea of natural law, the Chinese did not develop the fundamental sciences until after the arrival of the missionaries from the West. Nature was a symbolism to be deciphered, and for this purpose a number of pseudosciences were constructed – numerology, astrology and physiognomy – all of which were incompatible with the discovery of physical laws.

The Chinese never rose to the abstract idea of a homogeneous and isotropic space such as Euclid conceived and could express in geometric terms. Their physics remained caught in the metaphysics of Yin and Yang, the five elements, and their symbolic affinities. Hence their science never got beyond the pre-Galileo level.

Joseph Needham, perhaps the greatest authority on Chinese science, observes:

“When we say that modern science developed only in Europe and only in the time of Galileo at the end of the Renaissance, we are trying to say that then and then only were laid the foundations of the structure of the natural sciences as we know them today; that is to say, the application to nature of mathematical hypotheses, the full understanding and systematic use of the experimental method, the distinction between primary and secondary qualities, the geometrization of space and the acceptance of a mechanical model of reality.”

    EASTERN WISDOM (& VII): ZEN

Zen was introduced in Japan at the end of the 12th century, five hundred years after Confucianism and Buddhism. It acknowledges neither God nor life beyond death, does not emphasize the distinction between good and evil and does not have a fixed doctrine or holy scripture.

The teachings of Zen, which “do not stand upon words,” are transmitted through provoking paradoxes and extravagant questions (koans):

“Two hands clap and there is a sound, what is the sound of one hand?”

“Two sisters are crossing the street, which one is the older sister?”

“What is Zen? Three pounds of flax.”

Koans are described by Zen masters as pointers to an unmediated “pure Consciousness, devoid of cognitive activity.” The one unforgivable sin in a Zen monastery is to be too logical. The demon to be exorcised is rational thinking: classifying and categorizing, conceptual definitions, coherent reasoning. Abstract thinking prevents instant enlightenment (satori). The idea is to suppress the verbal restrictions imposed by tradition and consequently destroy the inhibitions caused by paralyzing timidity.

Reflecting kills action, therefore “If you walk, just walk. If you sit, just sit. Don’t wobble!” and to the terrorized victim of traditional Japanese education, it is even recommended: “If you meet the Buddha on the road, kill him!”

As Taoism in China, Zen must be seen as a counterbalance to the rigidly conservative Confucianism. The traditional dread of unforeseen situations is neutralized by springing surprises and shocks on the disciple and encouraging him to reciprocate in equally eccentric fashion. The koan technique is designed to bring out that side of a person which the social code condemns: “the unexpected man”.

Zen influence on Japanese arts was at one time (16th and 17th centuries) quite profound: on painting, landscape gardening, flower arranging, the tea ceremony, fireflies chasing, swordsmanship, archery, judo. It created a unique lifestyle.

However, although originally Japanese Zen emphasized a kind of spontaneity which was creative in nature, this spontaneity quickly became an automatic and mechanistic spontaneity which in turn drained Japanese culture of its vitality. It degenerated into a mere routine, dealing only with stereotypical subjects in a petrified style. Koans ended up becoming at best a hilarious leg-pull, an existentialist hoax, and at worst, a web of solemn absurdities: “Ugly is beautiful, false is true and also conversely”. This is not Orwell, it was written in all seriousness by Suzuki, the foremost propounder of modern Zen.

Zen, originally a cure for de-conditioning, ended up becoming a new type of social conditioning.

    EASTERN WISDOM (V): INDIA

After an honorable start, India failed to attain through its own efforts the level of technical and scientific competence of the West. As with China, the failure was traceable to a different way of looking at the world.

East and West started with the same pessimistic assumptions: the human condition is precarious, painful and fleeting. Theoris of Megara, Simonides of Chios and the Greek tragedies all passed judgments on existence fully as bleak as Buddha´s. But the responses were different. In the West, they suggested actions to improve the situation; in India, evasion.

Western man sought to remedy the misery of his condition by mastery of the world; the Hindu sought to escape the world by mastery of self, of the internal life of the spirit. The Western mind believed in the reality of the external world and undertook to impose upon it the power of man‘s will; the Hindu regarded the external world and the idea of Ego as illusory, and sought to submerged personality in the quietude of the impersonal and timeless „Self.“

The highest wisdom was to escape from the wheel of rebirths by the technique of depersonalization, to be had through the mastery of knowledge of Samkhya or the psychosomatic methods of deliverance of Yoga. The purpose in both cases was to enter in an ecstatic fusion with the Absolute (Brahma), who in his positive form is Being itself, and in his negative form is Nothingness, the Nirvana.

To this metaphysics, with its denial of the wish to live, must be added a compartmentalization of Hindu society which prevented the invigorating circulation of elites that alone can keep a society healthy. There was no possibility of rising from one caste to another; there was no „social ladder“ to climb. Nothing was done prior to 1950 to change this situation.

EASTERN WISDOM (VI): ISLAM, ARABIC CIVILIZATION

From the 8th to the 12th century the Islamic Empire, made up of many peoples, extending from the Pyrenees to the limits of China, preserved Hellenic science, enriched it with borrowings from Persia, India and even China, and finally transmitted it to the Latin West.

Expelled from Europe by the Christians, driven from Asia by the Mongols, subjected to the Turks in Egypt, the Arabs lost contact with the Persians, the Syrians, the Christians and the Jews whose presence had played a vitalizing role in Arab culture. Thrown back upon themselves, they sank into a long torpor from which they were not aroused until the 19th century and the coming of the peoples of the West.

How is this sleep of Islam to be explained?

It was due to the fact that the Parsees, the Christians, the Jews and the Pagans who accepted the religion of Islam had done so more to be free from various onerous taxes than from any real conversion. The scholars who constituted the “Arab Miracle” were for the most part Syrians, Persians and Spaniards, peoples who were not Arab by blood, and had nothing of the Arab spirit. Once these alien elements were eliminated, the Islamic masses again fell under the yoke of their fanatical imams.

From 1200 on, a theological reaction swept through Islam. There were no longer philosophers – the word itself became synonymous with ‘infidel’ – and only occasionally was there a scholar like the historian Ibn-Khaldun. The Turks, devoid of any critical and probing spirit, imposed their heavy yoke on Islam; and Islam, returning to its sources, paralyzed inquiry into a formula which brooked no answer: “Allah aalam” (God knows best what is).

The traditionalism of Islam is incompatible with the spirit of inquiry and the idea of progress. For the Muslim, all truth worth knowing is contained in the Koran, at once a dogma and a code of faith, whose prescriptions regulate the smallest details of life. Whatever happens is the will of Allah. All is preordained; the only thing to do is to submit without complaint.

This fatalism is destructive of effort, of any manifestation of personal will. It expresses the atavistic resignation of the nomad before the emptiness of the desert. Belief in another life, full of sensuous delights, of houris and fresh meadows, consoles the faithful for present tribulations. This mentality rules out restlessness, dissatisfaction with self, that constant drive to improve which is the ethical mainspring of the internal life of Western man.

    3. The Law
    4. Rule of Law
    5. Our Current Condition

    1. THE EVOLUTION OF COOPERATION

    [T]he Evolution of Cooperation:

    1) Acquisitiveness: To survive and reproduce, humans must acquire and inventory many categories of resources, and evolved to demonstrate constant acquisitiveness of those resources.

    2) Demonstrated Interests: The scope of those things they act upon, or choose not to act upon, in anticipation of obtaining as inventory (a store of value), constitute their demonstrated definition of property-en-toto.* (See Butler Schaeffer) “That which and organism defends.”

    3) Value: Human emotions evolved to reflect changes in state of property-en-toto.* As such nearly all emotions can be expressed in terms of reactions to property. (imposed costs here, pre-moral, but also pre-cooperation, and only defense and retaliation, not cooperation)

    4) Non-Conflict: That which humans act to obtain without imposition upon in-group members they evolved to intuit as their property, and demonstrate this intuition by defense of their inventory, and by their punishment of transgressors.

    5) Cooperative Production: That which humans act in concert with one another to produce. (Important take-away is that the purpose of cooperation is material and reproductive production.)

    6) Moral (cooperative) Intuitions(instincts): Moral intuitions reflect prohibitions on free riding by members with whom one cooperates in production and reproduction. (This is where free riding enters.)

    7) Distribution of Intuitions by Reproductive Strategy: Moral intuitions vary in intensity to suit one’s reproductive strategy. This intensity and distribution of moral intuition varies between males and females, as well as between classes and between groups.

    8) Variation By Family Structure: Moral rules reflect prohibitions on free riding given the structure of the family in relation to the necessary and available structure of production.

    9) Resolution of Disputes: Property rights were developed in law as the positive enumeration in contractual form, of those moral rules which any polity (corporation) agrees to enforce with the promise of violence for the purpose of restitution or punishment. Conversely, any possible property rights not expressed, the community (corporation) is unwilling to adjudicate, restore or punish, or has not yet discovered the need to construct.

    10) Instrumentation: Property rights are necessary for the instrumental measurement of moral prohibitions because of the unobservability of changes in human emotional states, and our inability to determine truth from falsehood. And as such we require an observable proxy for evidence of changes in state.

    11) Family: As a general rule, as the division of knowledge and labor increases, so must the atomicity of property rights, and as a consequence, the size of the family must decline {Consanguineous, Punaluan, Pairing (Serial Marriage), Hetaeristic, Traditional, Stem, Nuclear, Absolute Nuclear}.

    12) Transaction Costs: As the division of labor increases, relationships increase in distance from kin, increase in anonymity, decrease common interest, and the incentive to seize opportunities rather than adhere to agreements increases. This decrease creates the problem of trust, which increases costs of insuring any agreement is fulfilled, and decreases the overall number of possible agreements and the number of participants in any structure of production.

    13) Trust (ethics in production): As a general rule, for the size of the family to decrease, and division of labor to increase in multi-part *complexity* then trust must increase, and trust can only increase with expansion of property rights to include prohibitions on unethical actions. Mere ostracization, boycotting and reputation are insufficient to preserve agreements (contracts).

    14) Moral Competition (ethics in political production): (morals property rights, cheating) As a general rule, the scope of moral prohibitions expressed as property rights, must increase to limit demand for authority.

    15) Demand for Authority: As a general rule, if a delay in the production of property rights evolves, then demand for authority will fill the vacuum with some form of authority to either suppress retaliation (conflict) or to prevent circumstances leading to conflict, or both. The Reasons for The Evolution of Cooperation

    Ingroup vs Outgroup Cooperation

    I) Ingroup Cooperation

    1) The disproportionately high return on cooperation. 2) The differences in abilities at different ages. 3) The difference in reproductive role and strategy between the genders. 4) The differences in abilities among men. 5) The local structure of production: the division of knowledge and labor. 6) The local structure of the reproduction: family and inheritance rights. 7) The distribution of property rights between the individual, family, group and the commons. 8) The degree of suppression of, and intolerance for, free riding both in and out of family. 9) calculative, cooperative technology available for economic signaling and coordination. (objective truth, numbers, money, prices, interest, writing, contract, and accounting). 10) The use of formal institutions to perpetuate these constraints. 11) The competition from groups with alternate structures of production, family, inheritance, property rights, free riding, cooperative technologies, and formal institutions.

    Ii) Outgroup Cooperation

    12) The geographical distribution of nature-given factors of production. (note that this is last.)

    2. TIME: THE FIRST RESOURCE, COMMODITY, AND WEALTH IS TIME

    [T]ime;

1 – The only commodity we are born with is time. If we were not short of time, then we would need nothing. we have needs and wants because we lack the time to obtain them ourselves.

2 – Through cooperation in a division of labor we save time. A division of labor is so disproportionately productie that no other human ability can compensate for it. The problem is, people need a coincidence of wants in order to cooperate.

3 – Although we only know we have saved time if others will trade something with us for it. Until then we have spent and possibly wasted time.

4 – When people voluntarily trade, they only do so if they have more after doing so than they did before. People do not trade at a loss because it only encourages those who parasitically deprive others.

5 – Ergo, all value is created during exchange, at which time, time is saved.

6 – And All value consists of saved time.

7 – All goods obtained in trade therefore save time, and demonstrate a creation of value or they would not have been traded.

8 – Any goods obtained by trade therefore serve as a store of value (no matter how small).

9 – Money (commodity money) not only stores value but is in universal demand for the simple reason that it is in universal demand.

10 – Money reduces the cost of opportunities because it is both light, divisible, commensurable, and because of the formation of prices ‘production is calculable’, and as a consequence ‘plannable’. And risks can be taken to produce for the market.

The reason we err, is that we do not grasp that until we have consumed or traded for something we do not know if we have wasted time and the world’s resources – or not.Rights to Time

Obverse: A prohibition on the imposition of costs against those categories of demonstrated interests that in-group members are willing to enforce by means of organized violence.

Reverse: a warranty by peers (right) that they will either enforce restitution for impositions of costs upon certain categories of your demonstrated interests, and/or that they will not retaliate against you for your acts of retaliation or restitution for such impositions.Result?

    (i) Demonstrated Interests (Property): that which we demonstrate that we have born costs to acquire without imposing costs upon others with whom we cooperate.

(ii) Cooperation: constructing an asymmetry of incentives such that we choose to concentrate efforts by dividing labor in order to obtain the disproportionate rewards of doing so versus the alternatives.

(iii) Morality: that which we require in order to rationally cooperate.

(iv) Right: Sanction of retaliation in case of abridgment. OBLIGATION: Requirement of performance.

    (v) Law (Property Right): that which we promise to one another to insure.

    3. THE LAW

    [T]he Law; Reciprocity

The Natural Law of Reciprocity: Thou shalt not, by display, word, or deed, or absence of display, word or deed, impose or allow the the imposition of, costs upon the demonstrated Interests of others (property-in-toto), either directly or indirectly, where those Interests were obtained by Settlement (conversion, or first use) or productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary exchange in the absence of such imposition of costs upon the demonstrated interests of others. Therefore thou shalt limit thy display, words and deeds, and the display, words and deeds of others, to the productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary exchange of demonstrated Interests (property in toto), free of imposition of costs upon the demonstrated Interests of others, either directly or indirectly. The Proof

    1. The first question of philosophy is and always will be ‘Why do I not commit suicide?’

The answer is: “Life – To Acquire Time.”

    2. The first question of ethics is and always will be, “Why do I not kill you and take your things?”

The Answer is: “Cooperation in the Production, Acquisition and Trade of goods(things), services(actions), and information(knowledge)”

    3. The first question of politics is ‘Why do I and mine not kill, enslave, or enserf, you and yours and take your things?”

The answer is: “Cooperation in the Production of Commons: association, cooperation, production, reproduction, commons, polities, and war.”

Answer those three questions. Doing so explains all that there is to explain.

    To Acquire Time.The Answer

    1. Life; 2. Life’s Cost in Time; 3. Cooperation and its Returns of Time on Time; 4. Truth, Oath, Trust, Knowledge, Proximity, and Density increase the velocity of the Production of Time. 5. Reciprocity and its Enforcement Insures Cooperation in the Velocity and Production of Time;Unless we are family or kin: You are not me. You are not mine. We are not family. We are not kin. We are not friends. We are not Partners. We are merely Citizens or Denizens extant in the same place and time. There is no common good other than the reciprocal benefit of cooperation on a coincidence of wants. As such we can cooperate on shared means if not on shared ends, and go our separate ways otherwise.

    4. RULE OF LAW

[A]mong modern legal theorists, we will find that at least four common definitions of the rule of law.

1 – Rule of Law by Natural Law: a “Formal”  (Logical) or “scientific” definition that must preserve reciprocity.  All rights therefore derive from positive claims against negative impositions. As such all ‘rights’ are those violations of reciprocity that the court will specifically enforce, and do so only because they are violations of reciprocity.

1 – Rule of Law: a “Substantive” (Skeptical) or “thick” definition that must preserve certain rights – without stating the origin of those rights.

    2 – Rule by Law: a “Formalist“: (Optimistic) or “thin” definition, that must not preserve any such rights, and;

3 – Rule of Man: a “Functional” (Fictional) or “ultra-thin” definition that requires neither formal process nor substantial rights be respected, and allows government officials great leeway. The ancient concept of rule OF law can be distinguished from rule BY law, in that, under the rule OF law, the law serves as a check against the abuse of power.  However, it protects against discretionary rule in general. Under rule BY law, the law is a mere tool for a government, that oppresses the population a using legislation as justification for arbitrary commands – a means of violating rights. Under Rule of Man, there are no checks on power to violate rights.

Rule of Law (By Rights) 1- Substantive (Skeptical) conceptions of the rule of law go beyond this and include certain substantive rights that are said to be based on, or derived from, the rule of law. The substantive interpretation holds that the rule of law intrinsically must protect some or all individual rights.

Rule By Law (Rule by Legislation) 2 – Formalist (Optimistic) definitions of the rule of law do not make a judgment about the “justness” of law itself, but define specific procedural attributes that a legal framework must have in order to be in compliance with the rule of law. The formalist interpretation holds that the rule of law has purely formal characteristics, meaning that the law must be publicly declared, with prospective application, and possess the characteristics of generality, equality, and certainty, but there are no requirements with regard to the content of the law.

In addition, some theorists hold that democracy(majority) can circumvent both procedure and rights, or construct new rights (rather than privileges).

Why Formalism? Formalism allows laws the pretense of claiming rule of law when rights are not protected by including countries that do not necessarily have such laws protecting democracy or individual rights in the scope of the definition of “rule of law”.

The “formal” interpretation is more widespread than the “substantive” interpretation. Formalists hold that the law must be prospective, well-known, and have characteristics of generality, equality, and certainty. Other than that, the formal view contains no requirements as to the content of the law.

Rule of Man (By Arbitrary Discretion) 3 – The functional (Fictional) interpretation of the term “rule of law”, consistent with the traditional English meaning, contrasts the “rule of law” with the “rule of man.” According to the functional view, a society in which government officers have a great deal of discretion has a low degree of “rule of law”, whereas a society in which government officers have little discretion has a high degree of “rule of law”.

Closing (Summary) In other words, there is only one form of rule of law under which no one can override natural rights (life, liberty, property, reciprocity, truth, and duty). Rule by legislation allows either the state, or the body politic to override those rules. And rule by man allows arbitrary discretion on the part of officials (members of the monopoly bureaucracy).

    5. OUR CURRENT CONDITION

    1) Judges are forced to adjudicate between customary law, regulation, and legislation during a period of rapid social, economic, and political upheaval. In science for example, there is no temporal pressure to decide. In conflict there is temporal pressure to decide. The state has taken on the monopoly of the application of violence, and created a monopoly method of dispute resolution (courts), and created a monopoly body by which to adjudicate such conflicts (law, legislation, and regulation.)

    2) There exists only one universal law of human cooperation. We call that law ‘natural law’. That natural law consists in reciprocity. Reciprocity requires satisfaction of the criteria (a) fully informed, (b) productive, (c) warrantied, (d) voluntary transfer, (d) free of imposition of costs upon the interests of others by externality. One can obtain an interest by bearing a cost (performing an improvement) for the purpose of obtaining an interest; and one can have no interest until one has born a cost to obtain such an interest.

    3) This one law (reciprocity) provides decidability independent of opinion, preference, custom, or presumption of good, and is the reason international law is governed by reciprocity it is the only rule that provides reciprocal (equal) incentive against retaliation for the imposition of costs upon one another. Law evolved, from the first record, to the present, for the purpose of preserving the volume, velocity, and returns on cooperation, and preventing cooperation’s opposite: retaliation cycles that throughout history have produced the deleterious effects of feuds.

    4) Customary Law (especially germanic, if not all european) consists of the discovery and accumulation of applications of this law of reciprocity that we call Tort law. Legislation (command) and regulation (prior constraint) have been given the FORCE of LAW by those whose profit interest – either the population (preservation of returns on cooperation) or the territorial rulers (returns from taxation).

    5) The primary function of RULE has been the preservation of cooperation by use of organized violence to suppress impositions of costs upon the investments of others. This is the role of insurer of last resort of Personal Interests.

    6) The primary function of GOVERNMENT has been the construction of commons and the extraordinary returns produced by commons, while insuring those commons from privatization of commons, socialization of losses into the commons, by the organized use of violence. This is the role of insurer of last resort of the Commons.

    7) The primary function of the STATE, particularly with the advent of paper currency, and now fiat (unbacked) currency (our money consists of nothing but shares in the economy) has increasingly evolved to function as the insurer of last resort against the Hazards of the vicissitudes of nature (disasters, tragedies, accidents, disability, health, old age, and even war).

    8) RIGHTS can only exist (a) by reciprocal exchange of the same obligation, and (b) when insured by a third party with sufficient organized violence to insure and reinforce them. Otherwise they are not rights but impositions by means of command. It is correct to say we create a market ‘demand’ natural rights, and we create a market demand for human rights, but those rights do not exist until we organize sufficient violence into roles and institutions to insure those rights: police, sheriffs, soldiery, and judges.

    9) Human rights consist of AMBITIONS that we demand from the Governments of States in order to tolerate their retention of a monopoly of control over a territory. They exist as a postwar attempt to constraint governments to improving their territory, people, and assets by market means, without imposition upon their neighbors. Such rights, likewise, do not exist. But are merely an ambition.

    10) The universal declaration of human rights contains a few provisions that were necessary to obtain the signatures of the then-communist states, that asserted positive rights (obligations to provide for one another without constraint on the reproduction that exhausts the ability to provide for others, and therefore results in the gradual dysgenic decline as we reverse thousands of years of upward redistribution of reproduction back down to the underclasses who are not able to produce sufficient market goods and services to exist without harming the reproduction of the middle and upper classes.) [note: we have reversed the flynn effect and have, even in china, been losing a third of a point of intelligence over a fairly short number of years. The productivity of a people is reducible to the median of the population’s cost of education and training, such that every point below what is today’s 105 and tomorrow’s 110 places an intolerable burden upon the rest of the polity.]

    8) Our American constitution persisted the anglo saxon, germanic, proto-germanic (and possibly proto-indo-european) law of sovereign men limited to acts of reciprocity, and licensed the government to act in their interests to preserve their sovereignty (the original text being ‘life, liberty, property’). Unfortunately at the time the techniques of formal logic, strict constriction from first principles, were not known. We are no longer limited, and there is no reason any and every law cannot be constructed formally from the natural law of reciprocity, producing a complete, consistent, and easily falsifiable body of adjudicatable law. There is no reason any and every act of legislation, and any and every act of regulation, cannot be so constructed. The principle difference under such formal construction is that the one law, discovered application of the one law, regulation to limit hazards of those actions not open to restitution, and CONTRACTS for the production of commons would be consistent, and as such the government could only issue contracts under law, not edicts above that law. (This would destroy the left’s ability to usurp power by democratic means).

    9) The uniqueness of western civilization is reducible to (a) a militia that constitutes the shareholders, (b) individual sovereignty of shareholders, (c) the demand for truth, duty, and reciprocity from one another in mutual insurance of our sovereignty. (d) And sovereignty results in the necessity of markets for association, cooperation, reproduction, production, commons, and polities. (e) such markets, adjudicated by the law of tort, adapt to change faster than all other methods of human organization. (f) it is this rapidity of adaptation and resulting insulation from corruption and rent seeking that made the west develop faster than the rest in both the ancient world and the modern, with the Abrahamic Dark Age of the Jewish, Christian, and Muslim attacks on the great civilizations, providing the only hindrance.

Once north sea trade was reestablished, the saxon commercial order constructed in europe, and the atlantic opened to the age of sail, the west was finally, by the age of napoleon, able to return to Roman levels of institutional sophistication, and universal imposition of law. [note that the west had fertile lands and forests but no flood river valleys to concentrate production, concentrate people, and develop taxation.

So while the ancient world could form armies by taxation, western people had to form militias that relied on advanced (at the time) technology that required whole families to pay for. These militias (cattle raiders, sea peoples, vikings, pirates, european explorers ) organized expeditions (raids) but did so voluntarily. There was no other means of organizing other than contract. It was this order that led to our law, our debate, our reason, and from there our science and technology. Western excellence is due to our law – which elsewhere is not contract but command.

    10) The progressives lie to mask what is merely theft – they rely on postmodernism (lying by sophistry), and they rely on marxism (pseudoscience) as well as freudian and boazian pseudoscience. So yes, the Progressives (socialists) lie, but the Conservatives (Aristocratics) cannot tell the truth: The truth is quite simple: the reason for the success of western and eastern civilization, and most obviously the ashkenazim, is the upward redistribution of reproduction, and the use of manorialism, taxation, and the vicissitudes of nature to limit the reproduction of the underclass until such point that surpluses are sufficient to continually increase the standard of living through continuous market competition and innovation. Man was not oppressed. The man self domesticated through the same process he used for plants and animals: breeding the best and culling the rest. This is the dirty secret of civilizations.

    11) Sovereignty, Truth, Duty, and Reciprocity produce markets, and markets are eugenic. They are just a peaceful form of eugenics – meaning *evolution* – rather than war, enslavement, enserfment. By use of Sovereignty, Truth, Duty, Reciprocity, and Markets western man in the ancient world, and in the modern, dragged humanity kicking and screaming out of ignorance, superstition, hard labor, poverty, starvation, infant mortality, early death,

    6.  THE PROPER METHOD FOR THE SUPREME COURT’S DECISIONS

—” the constitutional doctrine of separation of powers mandates that judges anchor their analysis to the text as reasonably understood by the people of the time. If that leads to a violation of Reciprocity (Natural Law), then the proper avenue for redress is to amend the constitution so the text better and better codifies Reciprocity (Natural Law).”—

[I] assume, and the minority of strict jurists assume that the founding documents consist of The Declaration, The Constitution, and The Bill of Rights. And if clarity of original intent is required then we resort to The Federalist Papers, or notes on the proceeds of the debate. Once the bill of rights was ratified, then the founding documents were complete.

1 – The Declaration contains the appeal to Natural Law as justification for secession(independence).

2 – The Bill of Rights codifies the natural law as they enumerated those rights at the time.

3 – The Constitution describes the organization and processes of the government. I tell people to read them in that order: Declaration, Bill of Rights, and Constitution: from the reason for the secession: violation of natural law, to the articulation of the specific defenses of it, to the institutions that protect it yet still allow for the production of commons. Unfortunately, first, reciprocity is not specifically stated as the first rule of natural law. Second, there is no requirement that the judiciary certify the constitutionality of legislation, and instead, all legislation ascends until falsified by the court. In other words, the market tests the legislation, and if conflicts arise the court corrects legislation. This approach continues the no-prior-restraint of the Anglo Saxon (Germanic) law versus the prior-restraint of continental (french and roman) law. And this is yet another example of ‘markets in everything’. Worse, without specifying Reciprocity, there is no means by which the initial rights can be limited, and therefore no means by which the court can limit the grant of rights rather than permissions and obligations. Worse, there are no means by which the court can return the legislation to the legislature and demand correction. Nor are there means by which the court can suggest corrections or amendments to rectify the deficiency, and return to the legislature. As such the court must, as the president must, choose ‘line item veto’ so to speak, or to veto the entire piece of legislation. So that is what the court does. And the court members use different criteria for determining the power of the legislature:

    1 – Rule of Law by Natural Law (Scientific) in which the legislature and the people may only act in concert with natural law (reciprocity), or ;

    2- Rule of Law (Substantive) in which the legislature and the people may only act in concert with arbitrarily determined Rights, or ;

    3-Rule by Law (Formalist) in which the legislature can do what it wants;

4-Rule by Law (Majoritarian), in which the majority of the people can do whatever they want. In other words, there are always at least THREE parties to a matter before the court: Plaintiff, Defendant, and Legislature. And the court cannot demand remedy of the legislature. And that is the oversight. Curt Doolittle The Propertarian Institute

    [T]ime;

    2 – Rule by Law: a “Formalist“: (Optimistic) or “thin” definition, that must not preserve any such rights, and;

    1 – Rule of Law by Natural Law (Scientific) in which the legislature and the people may only act in concert with natural law (reciprocity), or ;

    2- Rule of Law (Substantive) in which the legislature and the people may only act in concert with arbitrarily determined Rights, or ;

    3-Rule by Law (Formalist) in which the legislature can do what it wants;

    (Stoicism in Scientific Terms)

Self Authoring and Journaling are the best training you can give yourself – other than basic physical fitness. I promise you.

Why? Because we evolved our minds to search for possibilities optimistically. So its very easy to say stupid things to yourself in the madness of the moment; and much harder to write down stupid things in organized prose; and much, much harder to read stupid things you’ve written in organized prose even a day later. So journaling rapidly teaches you the frailty of human contemplation and forecasting. It teaches you intellectual honesty. This is why, prior to the leftist destruction of education, we were all taught to keep a diary (journal) of our thoughts – once we have any to journal that is. 😉

Self authoring is simply setting goals for yourself for life, the year, and the day. And reviewing them. And revising them. That’s it.

If you add two checklists to your life goals (“seven habits”) so that you satisfy your full self’s needs. And a set of “virtues” (you must select from the virtues you want, not assume all virtues will help you), then this is effectively a project plan for your life, that provides you with mindfulness.

If you read Marcus Aurelius, do so with the intent of learning how to write to yourself. His book is the best living example of an exceptional man’s use of thinking about his thoughts of the day, by writing them down.

You must write honestly. Most of us will write very simple things. We are not Marcus Aurelius, Emperor. We are mere Warriors for the Working Day.

And you must not worry about the structure of your prose – punctuation or sentence structure or spelling even. That will come with practice.

All plans are created only to assist you in thinking and measuring yourself, as well as insulating you from the opinions and coercions of others.

However, the best strategic plan is opportunism in pursuit of your goals, and searching for and creating opportunities for the achievement of your goals. And so any plan is merely the default opportunity you plan to seize unless a better opportunity for a different plan surprises you.

I work (like Napoleon) by doing an exhaustive amount of research then making a dozen or two plans, and then doing whatever will advance the majority of those plans, so that by accident of iteration, one of the twelve plans (or more) will work out. This is too computationally difficult for many people so keeping it simple is better for them. You have to discover your own equilibrium plan, revision, and opportunity – by trial and error.

Now, I find that fb and my web site, and emails to myself work as a good journal for me and I just mark private stuff private (for me only). The reason is that when I write in public I am even more honest with myself than when I write to myself in private. This is a trick of personal psychology. All of us are different. I have a lot of confidence and so I don’t mind being public. Others won’t be.

And the only way to ensure that you are not talking madness to yourself (letting the elephant run away with the rider), is to write it down and review your progress.

You wouldn’t believe how much your mind will lie to you on behalf of the Elephant if you do not keep a journal on the directions of the Rider.

But the fact remains – you are able to master yourself (agency) by practice if you are willing to spend 90 days practicing.

After a year you will find you are dependent upon using the writing to feel you are thinking clearly and organizing your thoughts.

When you have an idea and immediately feel the draw to ‘write it out’ and organize your thoughts then you are engaged in Self Authoring, and the training is complete. It’s only application after that.

If you do this you will need no self-help books, no great philosophies, no religions, no teachers, other than to read a book that expands your knowledge now and then.

There is no secret to the Ritual of Self Authoring, and questioning information as to whether it improves your goals or not.

No one else’s opinions or attitudes matter. Events do not matter. All that matters is your gradual progress to your virtues and goals.

    -THE VIRTUES-

    EXCELLENCE

Excellence is striving is to be better than the day before, never giving in to the voice that says, “That’s good enough.” Instead, listen for the voice that says, “Now that’s awesome!”

    ASSERTIVENESS

Unapologetically go after what you want in life. Be assertive and let the world feel the full weight of who you are. Live with passion … without being a jackass.

    COMPETITIVENESS

    ( … )

    COMMITMENT

Do what you say you’re going to do without excuse. Suit up, show up everyday, and give your best effort.

    TENACITY

Tenacity is the ability to stick it out and never give up, to keep going when things are tough and there is no end in sight. This is the only way to live a life of contentedness because regret only happens when we give up.

    FITNESS

    ( … )

    VIOLENCE

    ( … )

    COURAGE

Courage isn’t the absence of fear, it’s the strength to move forward in the face of fear. Courage is perhaps the most vital virtue to develop. When we feel the fear and do it anyway we develop courage.

    MINDFULNESS

    ( … )

    LOYALTY

Staying true to yourself and standing by someone else’s side when they face adversity is mastery of loyalty. Never giving up on someone, no matter how hard it gets, for as long as it takes: that is the true measure of any great relationship.

    RESPECT

The respect you show to others is a reflection of your self respect. For this reason, respect is something you do for yourself. That doesn’t mean you have to agree with others, but you simply value yourself enough to give others respect.

    HONOR

Honor is respecting those over you and acting in a way that is deserving of respect from those under you. Honor is the reputation and alliance that you earn from those you serve and those who serve you.

    AUTHENTICY

Being true to yourself isn’t easy. Pulling off the mask that hides your flaws and living in the fullness of who your are creates a contagion that gives others the courage to do the same.

    COOPERATION

The most important virtue for success is the ability to cooperate. If you can’t play well with others you’re going to get kicked out of the sandbox. Learn to cooperate and you’ll be successful.

    TEAMWORK

    ( … )

    HONESTY

You are only as good as your word. If your word isn’t worth anything, then you have lost a piece of your soul. Being honest is difficult, but it is the bedrock of character. A house is only as strong as its foundation.

    INTEGRITY

Integrity is the solidarity of our virtues; it is the quality by which we live out our values and prioritize our principles. It is the culmination of character in action. To act with integrity is to be a good man.

    HUMILITY

Humility is the leadership quality of taking the brunt of the blame when things go south and giving away the majority of the credit when things go well. The leader who practices humility will never ask anyone to do what they themselves cannot do. Humility is leading from a position of service.

    PRUDENCE

Prudence is the capacity to face reality squarely in the eye, without allowing emotion or ego to get in the way, and do what is best for the team.

    TACT

Be honest, but be tactful. Remember there is another human being on the other end of your words. Strive to live by the golden rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

    EMPATHY

Empathy is the ability to put aside your ego, step into someone else’s shoes and experience their emotions. When we do this, we create connection. The number one emotional need we all have is for connection.

    COMPASSION

The ability to step outside of yourself and perform an act of selflessness: this is the foundation of compassion. To be compassionate is to value others above yourself for the sole purpose of contributing to the greater good.

    GRACE

Grace is giving something to someone who hasn’t earned it, doesn’t deserve it and yet we give it anyway. Simply put, grace is giving someone dessert even though they didn’t eat their vegetables.

    FORGIVENESS

When we forgive we are giving up our right to collect on a debt. “An eye for an eye will only make the whole world blind,” said Gandhi. When I no longer have the need for revenge, then I have forgiven.

    KINDNESS

There is strength in kindness. A simple smile, a kind word or even an arm on a shoulder can change someone’s life for the better and thereby change the world … Kindness is your super-power.

    GENEROSITY

Maya Angelou said, “People won’t remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel.” Be generous with how you treat everyone … they will feel amazing and so will you.

    GRATITUDE

Did you know you can’t be resentful and grateful at the same time? Try it. To be truly grateful is to consider all the gifts you have been given and to understand that no matter what, there is always something for which to be grateful.

    PATIENCE

There is no truer act of love than patience … just ask anyone who has raised a two-year-old.

    ADAPTABILITY

“Improvise, Adapt and Overcome” is the mantra of the United States Marine Corps. Adaptability is the ability to be flexible to change and gain the advantage in any situation. Things that aren’t adaptable break … things that aren’t adaptable don’t survive.

Ralph Waldo Emerson

The warrior is a nonconformist. He refuses to lower his standards or his code of ethics to please others. The fact that other men may consider this action or that action to be acceptable, means nothing to the warrior. He is not interested in conforming to the opinions of others. He is only interested in living up to his own standards which he sets for himself.

If the warrior was the type of man that simply went along with the crowd, he would not be so rare. Anyone can bend their standards to conform to the standards of the day, but it takes a real man to stand firm concerning his ethics when all other men are trying to convince him to conform to their way of thinking. The warrior has to not only have confidence in his own code of honor, but also has to have confidence in his ability to walk alone against the tide of public opinion.

This attitude of independence is what makes the warrior a rare man of honor. He does what he knows in his heart to be right, independent of what anyone else says or does. He refuses to play the game of situational ethics. His ethics are set in stone.

Others may not be able to decipher his code or understand his way of thinking, but they know that the warrior is a man of principle. He is not a man that can be manipulated by popular opinion or moral fads. The true warrior is a true nonconformist and always has been.

    CONTENTMENT

Dissatisfaction is the misconception that you need more than what you already have. Contentment is a mind-set: it’s choosing not to look at lack but see the abundance that already exists.

I had a shot at violence..

    VIOLENCE:

Be polite. Keep your word. Threats without action are lies. Avoid ultimatums unless you are prepared to follow up on your end of the bargain.. Protect you and yours. Self Defence is a responsibility, not merely a right. Violence will solve most problems. Order and Justice are simply synonyms for violence.Jul 13, 2018 4:06amCurt Doolittleexcellent!!!Jul 13, 2018 7:57amCurt Doolittlewhat’s that from?Jul 13, 2018 7:57amJames Santagata@[741197263:2048:Curt Doolittle] Great paper — “RETHINKING OUR COMPOSING, RECOMPOSING OUR THINKING: COMPOSITION STUDIES AND COGNITIVE PSYCHOLOGY CONSIDER WRITING” from page 4 (the abstract down) https://libres.uncg.edu/ir/wcu/f/FergusonOles2011.pdfJul 13, 2018 8:04amPatrick HabetsWhoso would be a man must be a nonconformist.

    CONTENTMENT

Dissatisfaction is the misconception that you need more than what you already have. Contentment is a mind-set: it’s choosing not to look at lack but see the abundance that already exists.
