THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MATH, SET LOGIC, P-LOGIC

    (important)(core)(learning opportunity)

—“So, [propertarianism uses] a fixed grammar which diagrams or “measures,” as you say, how far a use of a particular word is from the precise meaning of the term in propertarian parlance. I’m guessing there has to be a reason to do this rather than give a straightforward definition like all non-initial words in a good math textbook. I’m guessing it has to do with the fact the same term takes on slightly different meaning, in essence less proximity to the initial described point on the grammar number line, as it ventures through different layers of the analytical process of operationalization. Rather than outright avoid some multiplicity of meaning, this schema just keeps track of it. To me, in my set theoretic way of thinking, this makes a word a set of definitions, and context indexes on it to determines the cardinality of the set, with each element being mapped to the number line used.”— Duke Newcomb

We have a set of common P-definitions, all in series, and a glossary of individual terms as well as series – and there aren’t that many of the core definitions. (i was surprised) But that doesn’t mean we don’t need to explain how to do it to ANY term in order to FALSIFY others errors, biases, and deceits.

So in keeping with the migration from verbalisms (associations), to mathematics (sets), to operations (actions), P is written like a PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE not like mathematics (sets). And so we produce functions in operational prose, not scale independent logic in symbolic prose – and I do it for a very good reason: the catastrophic failure of mathematics in economics, and in particular the divergence of mathematics and economics, rather than convergence. And that is because economics of consumption has replace morality in politics, and because it is possible to restore consumption with tests of changes in the state of capital vs consumption, thereby ending hyperconsumption, including of genetic, social, institutional, cultural and civilizational capital.

I think you are trying to generalize into symbolics (sets) and I’m trying to reverse that ‘error’ by return to geometry similarly to how descartes restored aristotelian thought to europe by restoring mathematics to ‘geometry’ from ‘sets’ and scriptural and textual interpretation. For example, in cantor(sets) there are multiple infinities (impossible). However under babbage(gears) there are only different rates of production of positional names (operations). Why did mathematicians choose cantor over babbage? Why do we call the square root of two a number, when it is but the name of a function?

And to take that forward, I think you are still trying prove (construct, justify) an argument under law, and my emphasis is falsification of the platonic sophisms in all fields, including mathematics, as well as more importantly, the abrahamic deceits of judaism, christianity, islam, Boasian, Freudian, Marxism, feminism, postmodernism, and the general feminine and semitic technique of disempowerment of those with agency by the continuous toppling of apple carts for no other reason than undermining the production of order (meaning any form of judgement by measurement) that would deny them the use of interpersonal persuasion and sexual temptation, and false promise to obtain good, services, information, opportunity, and status, without engaging in reciprocity.

As such I know you’re deep into these subjects and you’re (omg thank you) smart, but it is far harder to move from construction with clay to make an argument, to sculpting of stone to reveal what’s inside it than you’d think. It is very hard. If it wasn’t very hard – because justification using appeal to moral intuition and habit, norm, tradition, and metaphysical presumption is natural, ancient, and saturated in the environment – someone would have done it earlier. I just spend a lot of time on both programming, artificial intelligence, economics, and law. And I (correctly as did Minsky) saw programming as an evolutionary leap in logics for that reason, moving logics out of language and restoring them to actions.

The reality is that justification is cheap. Falsification is expensive. And not only have we only had a few centuries to adapt to our development of instrumentation and record keeping that is beyond human scale,

So P Isn’t just an improved means of doing what we do today in more strictly constructed form, it allows us to take the common law system and to extended it to ALL false and irreciprocal speech made in public, to the public, in matters public.

In other words, P allows us to outlaw every single aspect of leftism because it is all dependent upon fraud in order to obscure their thefts, necessitated by their moral envy, of higher status (sexual, social, economic, political military market value), and the cost of suppressing their impulses in order to develop agency in order to raise those market values that can be raised by one’s development of agency thru training.

In other words, they must engage in fraud to obscure thefts, and prevent order, which creates measurement and accountability, so that they can compensate for their bad luck in the genetic lottery whose possibilities were created by the rather poor judgement of their ancestors – at least over no less than the past six generations.

P allows us to convert from free speech to free truthful and reciprocal speech, where truthful means ‘what I can testify to’. This cuts the industrialization of lying made possible by the industrial revolution’s discount on production of information, and the mass distribution of false promise, undermining, and deceit by sophistry and pseudoscience by the marxists, postmodernists, and feminists.

So while you are correct that there is temporally complete vocabulary available it is only temporally complete. And while we can adhere to that, we cannot operationalize and expose the thefts of the enemy, without the tools of doing so.

So it’s more like mathematics, in that we continuously evolve new means of proof (tests of the possibility of measurement given scale independence (generalization of rules of measurement), limits (to compensate for undecidability of precision in scale independence) and the ‘presumption’ of the excluded middle necessary under scale independence – yet we keep discovering patterns and new means of deduction, so that we can never state mathematics is ‘complete’ (other than at some primitive dimensional scale).

Math is just a very simple language of only one constant relation (position). All other languages from the first order logic on up contain more than one constant relation. But all languages are the same – the construction of a set of constant relations that another understands (agrees to, contracts to) and due diligence removing the possible associations, inferences, and deductions that the contracting party might be misled by.

I mean in similar vernacular, we contract with our intuition which must, like another person, be trained by our reason.

(God I hope people can learn from this discussion because I haven’t found anyone else knowledgeable enough to have it with, where I have the opportunity to discuss it in discursive terms. You are making it possible to discuss the big ideas rather than how to lay individual bricks. Thank you. )

    DEVELOPMENT OF RELEVANT GRAMMARS

Platonic Mathematics = Sets and Ideals independent of time and cost. Written in balanced symbols.

Operational Mathematics = Demonstrable Operations in time at cost. Written in programmatic language, where the verbs are some variation of addition.

Operational Prose = writing programmatic algorithms where the verbs are human actions (additions to reality).

  • NO YOU DON”T HAVE WRITER’S BLOCK – HOW TO WRITE You can’t write from a feeling –

NO YOU DON”T HAVE WRITER’S BLOCK – HOW TO WRITE

You can’t write from a feeling – you can’t maintain it. You can’t write from inspiration – it will dissipate.

    OR….

You can identify a question or a problem, or an argument (persuasion), and write a record of your exploration of it. You can identify a theory, and write your character’s investigation of it. You can identify a strategy given the history of “the technology of storytelling using archetypes, fundamental invariant human experiences, plot combinations, points of view (narrator, first, second), and past present and future contexts, to create a novelty, or an adaptation, revisiting the human experience to make an observation relevant to the day or era.” You can maintain your interests and attention mentally and emotionally.

If you’re just writing from feeling or inspiration, thats why you’re failing yourself and your audience, because since you aren’t learning anything – neither are they. You have have something interesting in your head to write something interesting. The propensity to imagine is a talent, but writing is a craft like any other.

Never confuse writing with therapy, nor work with avoidance, nor art with entertainment, nor sex with masturbation.

Unless you’re being taught writing by the upper .01% you’re wasting your time. Writing is another form of engineering raised to an art. You can’t create an art without learning the science (engineering), the craft (practice) and the art (innovation).

It’s not worth talented people’s time to help you find therapy, entertainment, or self gratification.

My first ‘tough love’ review in art school was the question ‘why are you making art?’ I foolishly said “because it is fun” (meaning therapeutic). The response was “let me know when it’s work. bEcause then you’re learning, then you might have something to say. Until you’re working and working hard, you’re wasting our time, your time, and the audience’s time.”

You can’t get a good education in the arts today. It’s just not possible. Even at Yale. Maybe CCAC. It’s almost impossible to get a good education today. You are a customer whose satisfaction is to be earned with the least conflict, not a student who the teachers and professors bear the burden to transforming into an innovator or aesthete.

So you have to educate yourself, or find a group of mentors for whom your potential is worth their investment.

    Writers block doesn’t exist.

A head empty of ideas because it’s not full of opportunities for free association exists.

Creativity is not magic. It’s a discipline.

Fill the shelves of your mind with related material.

Go do something playful that doesn’t require you refill those shelves with something else.

Take a shower. Go for a drive. Go for a walk. Go shopping. Anything that’s pleasingly stimulating for your senses but doesn’t occupy your brain.

The answer will come to you when your bundles of neurons are done with their process of auto association.

    The brain accumulates novelties.

So go research something somehow related to the characters or context or plot – and fill the shelves of your mind so it can use free association (auto-association) to identify and create novelties.

If you’re sitting in a chair you’re just wasting your time.

If you’re out and about and engaged in social activities, or any form of entertainment you’re wasting your time.

Gather, observe people (what I do), Listen to people, play, exercise, relax, contemplate, and then try.

If not, then repeat until it works.

If you are exhausted by the topic start another one on a different topic. Doing so will cause you to auto-associate with your last topic or tory.

There is nothing magic to this process.

It’s just training yourself to insulate your five faculties from one another: senses, emotions, intuitions, reason, and actions, so that you use only use the one you need in the moment.

For creativity you need your intuition: free association.

Most memories are time and location dependent. Memories are saved by replaying three or more sequential episodes. When they are replaying (below your conscious threshold) they are auto-associating, and with every replay the breadth of auto association increases because neural connections increase. you are trying to let auto association not THINKING do the work for you until you find an idea. Then you think how to move your character or plot or argument from here to there.

Creativity is just a discipline like meditation or stoicism or studying – a means of training your brain to delivery what your mind wants from it. Creative people just want novelty more than those less creative. They’re novelty junkies. But novelty requires new material to cause auto association. When I teach people anything from storytelling, to argument, to engineering, to web design to system architecture I say the same thing: go do some research on what others have done. you aren’t smarter or more creative than anyone else. You’re either identifying an opportunity to attract audience attention, and filling your mind with tools of auto-association, or you’re living under the illusion that you have some magic talent. You don’t ARt is just the generation of novelty in the craft you are experimenting upon by narrative, composition (aesthetics), materials, or technique. It doesn’t matter what art we talk about.

A brain is a very big but very simple thing that does just one thing: It performs free (auto) associations until something is interesting enough to raise to your attention.

You just have to train your mind to let your brain do its work.

And then think (work) at getting from where you are to where you want to be given that interesting idea.

    Cheers

    Curt Doolittle

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BEWEEN YARVIN’S NRX AND PROPERTARIANISM?

    (notes from an interview)

    1) WHAT IS PROPERTARIANISM

We tend to think in terms of ideological “-isms” which are loose proposals for political orders.

Propertarianism is on the scale of aristotelianism, empiricism and the empirical revolution, science and the scientific revolution, in that it’s a system of measurement for the human sciences.

So if I ask you to describe what we achieved with the Aristotelian, empirical, and scientific revolutions, you would have to cover a host of topics. Aristotle applied his system of thought to all the philosophical categories. Well, propertarianism is just like that. It’s a very big thing. So we have to break it down into parts to understand it.

    1. Propertarianism consists of the completion of the Scientific Method, by extending it to language(metaphysics), the psychological and social sciences(ethics and politics).

That scientific method is then applied to the totality of human knowledge – meaning every discipline.

    2. The result is a universally commensurable, value neutral, vocabulary and logic of language and the psychological and social sciences that at least most of the time, is most similar to the language of economics.

    3. Then we restate the natural common law of tort in that logic and vocabulary.

    4. Then we use that law to write Constitutions of strictly constructed Natural Law, closed to interpretation.

The principle extensions are to (a) close constitutions to circumvention by ‘interpretation’, and (b) extend involuntary warranty of due diligence and subsequent liability from commercial to political speech. (c) solve the common problems of the day through policy.

You’d think this isn’t possible but it is. We can test whether speech is truthful and reciprocal. Really. We can. (Seriously).

The purpose of these increases in precision of the constitution is reversal the second conquest of civilization – first by the abrahamic religions and now by their pseudoscientific and sophomoric modern versions in boaz, marx, freud, the frankfurt school, feminism, and postmodernism – by the eradication of superstition, pseudoscience, sophism, fraud, and deceit from the commercial, financial, economic, political, and informational commons.

That constitution contains a basic structure for the uniqueness of western civilization’s member polities, reversing the tribalism being brought back into our civilization by the enemy, but with increasingly severe terms if our demands are not met. In other words, the initial conditions eradicate leftism forever and reform every aspect of our lives by eradicating all parasitism in all forms – especially financial, political, economic, and academic.

So we begin with an acceptable settlement for all and end with an imposition, punishment, and forced relocation if it isn’t met.

    2) WHAT COMMONALITIES DOES PROPERTARIANISM SHARE WITH NRX & WHAT ARE THE KEY DIFFERENCES?

We are all libertarians of one stripe or another resisting denial of our ability to creatively improve or experience our lives.

But all of us bring our group morals, our group strategy, and the means of arguing our group morals and strategy.

Rothbard speaks Jewish middle class ambitions in Jewish Pilpul(sophism) and Yarvin in jewish middle class ambitions using critique (criticism) in continental prose, Hoppe in middle class ambitions and his free cities in silly Kantian rationalism, and Doolittle middle class ambitions in science law and the British empire.

Likewise we all take something from christian and jewish branches of Austrian economics. I’m anglo so I treat it as the economics of rule of law – which is where hayek ended up as well.

This is partly because the three extremes of economic analysis are

    1. The Jewish Ukrainian/Russian of the pale, previously called jewish economics, but which we now call Austrian or at least Misesian and their amoral ethics. of separatists. As with all separatist strategy it ignores common property necessary for land holding people.

    2. The Christian Austrian which is just rule of law – meaning social science, of aristocratic governance of many disparate polities, where commons are produced locally.

    3. The classical liberal hayekian, we call classical liberalism of the aristocracy of an homogenous people that minimize the production of commons and maximize the private.

    4. and the keynesian continental democratic socialist interpretation of marx, the maximize commons and minimize the private.

So, no commons(Jewish), local commons(Austrian empire), limited commons(British empire) and majority commons(socialist majority of europe).

So it’s perhaps more useful to use a descriptive name for austrian economics and call it rule of law economics or just the logic of – ‘social science’. To call classical liberal, hayekian, and Friedman (chicago) economics as fiat currency economics under rule of law; and to call keyesian economics as insured fiat currenty, and neo-keynsian social democratic as discretionary economics.

And economics simply the relationship between private property and common. Or in other words, the difference between rule of law that allows parasitism (jewish), and rule of law that prohibits parasitism, and rule of law that redistributes parasitically.

I think that’s what all of us share. Rule of law. Empirical law. Not discretionary rule.

We just were suckered yet again by the marxists into the false dichotomy of unfettered capitalism – monopoly of the middle class, or unfettered socialism – the monopoly of the underclass, rather than the successful european invention of rule of law, an unfettered monopoly of the upper, aristocratic, or martial class that derives its income from suppression of parasitism resulting in commission we call taxation.

    3) HOW IS YOUR PLAN MORE ACTIONABLE/SCIENTIFIC THAN CURTIS YARVIN’S PLAN?

I’m not sure Yarvin has a plan – just an idea. If you can’t write a constitution you’re just talking smack. I’m not sure how much of Aristotle’s thought was formed by his authoring of the athenian constitution, or the founding fathers by theirs, but I know how much of mine has been. Writing a constitution in operational language under sovereignty and reciprocity is quite difficult because you must operationalize what you’re saying.

Now to say a government must run like a business is rather daft because in fact, governments all do, and always have run as a business. That’s why governments invented writing and numbers – so that they could manage inventory, revenue- and expenses. What occurred since the 1500’s was an improvement in accounting and literacy that made empirical government possible. What occurred with every instance of fiat money was un-empirical government. What occurred in all civilizations that entered periods of stagnation was a conversion from empirical and to moral because they failed to produce institutional means of maintaining empirical measurements. Well we have radically increased our ability to conduct empirical measurements, but we are still treating fiat money like a physical resource, and distributing it through the financial system making that accounting impossible. So while we need professional bureaucracy, and we need to staff it with our best people, it really doesn’t matter if they’re using intuition rather than measurement. the I-pencil problem is much easier to solve in the late monarchical age, and far harder to solve

The same is true for law. Treating everyone as sovereign is in law is just like creating an account for a person. Strictly constructed law of tort is a purely empirical system of rule.

Civilizations that scale beyond the means of empirical – meaning measurable – administration are simply governed by intuition, rumor, speculation, and habit rather than reason and measurement, and so are not able to resist rents and corruption, nor adapt to shocks.

One of the means of scaling beyond the empirical is through reproduction of the underclasses, which violates the demand that as the complexity of the division of labor increases, the demand for a genetically middle class population increases.

So one can run a eugenic polity like the northern europeans, one can run one like the Chinese Koreans and Japanese. Or one can NOT run a eugenic polity like the Muslim, Indian, african, and now south American worlds. And instead of increasing genetic, skilled, Knowledge, and Institutional capital, spend it down by underclass population expansion.

In any polity we struggle to create a Pareto distribution of property in order to make possible the voluntary market organization of production. But we also struggle to prevent defection and anti-market sentiments by …. proportionality – meaning a Nash equilibrium of outcomes – meaning any one of us might do better but all of us do as best as we can in the group.

Now, one can run a corporation (heterogeneous state) or one can run a family (homogenous state) or one can run a familial state (homogenous access to power, heterogeneous access to markets). Homogenous states run as families have less competition for status and power and tolerate greater asymmetry of wealth, yet produce relatively greater homogeneity of wealth.

So in the twentieth century we destroyed (a) rule of law of tort, destroyed (b) the limits on reproduction of the underclasses, (c) destroyed the monetary and accounting system, (d) destroyed homogeneity of the population, and (e eliminated the monarchy and created a conflict for access to power to circumvent the market and obtain privileges and rents by the state, and (f) ended the prohibition on libel, slander, duel, hanging, fighting, civic defense and policing – all in order to accommodate those peoples not majority middle class (g) ended the family as a system of measurement by which resource consumption was measured.

We did what the Chinese did when they stagnated, then we allowed underclass immigration that they did not.

The twentieth century ended the age of empirical social organization and we see the results.

Yarvin is just saying what everyone else says “I give up – I can’t solve the problem of government, and I trust a bureaucracy more than I trust the majority”, whereas the lesson of history is that “you can trust the middle class to govern and only the middle class, because only the middle class has interests in common with all people, practices middle class ethics of customer service, and governs their lives empirically.”

There is no difference between cameralism and the Chinese method, and german method of a professional bureaucracy – and this is Fukuyama’s position. And he was wrong. Because the ability of people to produce a government of limited corruption begins before the government. It begins with their customary law, and the organization of their military.

The west evolved from cattle raiders that fought on land like vikings and pirates – entrepreneurially. And defended collectively. So like the economics of pirates we developed sovereignty reciprocity and meritocracy (male proportionality) governed by rule of law of tort (property). And the jury and the law rather than authority as the means of dispute resolution. Add to this that unlike the fertile crescent, it took vast lands to feed horses and cattle, and bronze armor and chariots were expensive and funded by whole families, and you have western contractualism we still practice today. (Unfortunately the french – at least Parisians – were romanized and feminized and they are the sponsors of authoritarianism and socialism in Europe.)

In other words, people think in terms of government like they do religion – conflationary terms. Religion only seems complicated until you operationally construct its constituent parts. The same for government. If instead of conflating we disambiguate the term government into the functions or institutions it must create, then we can more precisely analyze what we’re talking about, and in face, talk abut the same things.

At the highest level we can disambiguate government into Rule (decisions), Government (production and administration of commons), Treasury (revenue and expenses), and insurer of last resort (both negative like military and positive like care taking).

So, let’s separate rule from government. Rule of law means rule without human discretion (choice).

The romans knew there was a limit to rule of law during war. And that rule of law must be restored after the war. That’s because in war all assets must be put to collective single uses whereas in daily functioning all assets must be put to self interested uses, from which the body collects revenue in the form of a commission we call taxes.

So there is no one static form of government producing the commons necessary for the current conditions, but one rule of law under which the production of commons varies according to the demand for commons.

With P-law. we can produce any system of rule, production of commons, treasurer, and insurer of last resort.

My understanding is that if we fix the conflict between the feminine consumptive and the masculine conservative by devolving the production of commons, particularly normative commons, out of the federal government, and if we fix the financial system, and end the lying, that it’s possible to settle this problem relatively peacefully.

Western civilization’s uniqueness was in developing rule of law by sovereignty and reciprocity adjudicated by jury to prevent the most possible corruptions, and thereby forcing everyone into different markets whether military, commercial, philosophical, literary,, or supernatural. This is the fastest system of adaptation to change that is possible – it’s why the anglos adapt faster than continentals, but why continental rule is more stable.

So I proposed a strictly constructed rule of law, with a monarchy as judge of last resort, a cabinet of professionals, subcontracted bureaucracies, houses for the classes and genders randomly selected like juries, requiring property and service, that have right of veto over taxes, fees.

In this system no one is insulated from the law, and we create a market for the suppression of parasitism.

There is more to it but that’s most of it.

This system scales up and down from authoritarian to redistributive as circumstances permit.

it also allows us to include and exclude groups arbitrarily.

So that’s really my argument: government doesn’t matter, it’s rule of law that matters, and rule of law by sovereignty and reciprocity that matters.

A government must satisfy market demand for governments by authority when needing to make leaps or defend; profitably operate a going concern; and redistribute windfalls when they occur.

How this is accomplished is largely determined by the demographics with majority middle class the optimum participatory, majority working class some authority, majority underclass more authority

The difference is that under my proposals the whether at the top or bottom is mostly via-negativa (veto). This is because the production of commons for excellences( upper), practicalities (middle), and insurance (bottom) are best left to those with understanding of them – and produced by trade rather than by consensus.

    4) WHAT IS YOUR POSTURE TOWARDS REACTIONARIES? ARE THEY USEFUL ALLIES, OR PEOPLE WHO MUST ULTIMATELY BE CONVERTED TO YOUR CAUSE?

I’m a reactionary right? I’m just scientific one that solved the problem of restoring measurement to government rather than throwing my hands up and giving up.

Children need parables, teens need heroic stories, adults need security stories, and those who rule need only the truth and history, and those who govern need to engineer a solution with incentives that doesn’t not require people to act against their incentives in order to operate an organization of vast scale.

    Which one are you?

I deal with engineering by that system of measurement we call law. I let other people tell stories.

  • WHY PATRIARCHY WAS AN EVOLUTIONARY NECESSITY AND OUT-COMPETED ALL OTHER FORMS OF

WHY PATRIARCHY WAS AN EVOLUTIONARY NECESSITY AND OUT-COMPETED ALL OTHER FORMS OF ORDER -AND ALWAYS WILL

    0. In any competitive primate order, largely related males capture females and territory by competing with, and killing off, competing largely related males. Females often defect mate and return. Humans demonstrate this same behaviors. Males create commons – meaning territories – that contain women and their children, and at maturity genders split into their roles as warriors and mothers. This is not to state a naturalistic fallacy, only that we are not unique, and all great apes demonstrate some variation on this basic set of behaviors, and these behaviors are evolutionarily beneficial – and possibly necessary. Bonobos for example are geographically isolated from competition and could extend the feminine method of genetic expression rather than the masculine.

    1. As demand for the division of labor increased, individual productivity increased, and the atomization of property increased, so the organization of the family has increased in atomization in parallel – from the consanguineous, to matrilineal serial monogamy with frequent defection, to the paternal serial with less frequent defection and frequent polygamy, to paternal monogamous, to traditional extended less defection, to the nuclear with much less defection, absolute nuclear with little defection, and now to the single female parent – returning us to serial monogamy.

    2. Property (a system of measurement) is necessary for organizing increasingly complex polities in a division of labor, and for providing incentive to specialize and rewarding people to take initiative in that division of labor. We assume today what adam smith first documented, and that other than in purely intellectual innovation, which happens only at the extremes, the returns on cooperation are not linear but between geometric and logarithmic: depending upon the complexity of the task, ten men can be a thousand times more productive than one, not ten times.

3.Patriarchy (Government) in a relatively consanguineous band is irrelevant. Patriarchy in a tribe with assets where reproductive anonymity is possible is necessary to prevent caloric parasitism (dysgenia). Patriarchy evolved because only men can defend property, and only men have the reproductive and status interest in defending property – women have the opposing interests. (This is the traditional complaint of marxists and feminists).

    4. A man and a woman are the most parsimonious tribe possible, where each man is a headman over a tribe of one woman (or more) and their children. This puts males and females in the optimum nash equilibrium competition insuring the least free riding, most cooperation, with the least defection. In other words, it’s the optimum return on investment under marginal rates of production (agrarianism).

    5. A pareto distribution is a power law, where the top 20% use control over 80% of the assets to provide incentives necessary to organize a society by positive incentives (opportunity) rather than forced labor. To successfully compete a population must produce a pareto distribution sufficient to organize the production of private consumption and public investment that the group can survive competition from other groups. This is an evolutionary necessity and where reversed, results in decline and dysgenia, which eventually undermine the pareto distribution. A Nash equilibrium is a condition under which everyone gets the best everyone can as a group even if some get less and some get more. Pairing off mating (serial relationships) is an example where the best get the best, the worst get the words, but everyone gets something, whereas in a disequilibrium some get most and most get none. All orders that maintain a pareto distribution of power (order), but a nash equilibrium of returns (benefits) eliminates the maximum disincentive to cooperation and minimum incentive to defect, thereby producing the optimum velocity of production, providing the least work load for every member of the polity. Elites seek rents for maintaining this, and within reason they are earned. However, rents tend to accumulate and cause calcification leading to inability to adjust to shocks, that cause collapse because not enough free capital exists to reorganize the polity during the period of stress.

    6. The principle differences between extant human groups consists of a) adaptations (Speciation) to geographic conditions consisting largely neoteny necessary for the climate, disease gradient, and population density, b) different degrees of neoteny c) producing different rates and depths of maturity, d) resulting in variations in physical and cognitive development e) different degrees of dimorphism (masculine feminine) and the greater advantage of verbal skill as complexity of social, reproductive, economic, political, and military complexity increases. As such the principle difference between human groups is the size of the underclass, lowering the possibility of a competitive pareto distribution sufficient to create a nash equilibrium under which groups can compete. This is offset by the tendency of complex groups to use anonymity, procedure, and complexity to seek rents on heretofore nash equilibria, until there is insufficient free capital whether genetic, cultural, institutional, human, or material to adjust to shocks, changes in trade routes, or warfare.

    7. In conclusion non-patriarchal groups cannot utilize maximum returns of cooperation because they lack the ability to produce a division of labor by pareto distribution of power, and nash equilibrium of benefits. This is why all paternal, monogamous, sky worshipping, metal-smithing, military, expansionist, pastoralists were able to conquer peoples who had developed earlier agriculture and failed to create equally competitive orders.

    9. Controversial Warning: men cheat but women defect, just like our ape cousins and our ancestors. This is the primary reason for a) differences in compensation, b) lack of women in headman (senior) positions outside of female consumer goods. c) preference for male managers regardless of gender at least in the competitive roles. A woman in a headman capacity whether business, political, or military is a luxury good, or a signal good. Or putting a woman in charge to manage a decline, and women rarely amass their own fortunes outside of entertainment because of it. This is the other side of why the patriarchy exists: women are devoted to their children but they are not loyal to the tribe. This is why men only tolerate female leadership in management of a decline, or inability to resolve conflict between factions. Or when there is so little risk that the symbolic value is of some value such as when a brand has been burned in the market. This is why companies prefer to hire women as CEO’s for companies that cannot recover (xerox, hp,etc) – the privilege of the role even in decline does not harm a woman’s career but destroys a man’s, and the public demonstrate genetility of women under hardship.

    10. If you can internalize this understanding, then you will avoid the naturalistic fallacy on one hand, and avoid the blank slate of possibility on the other. Human groups succeed by adapting to what is competitive despite human wants and biases, not because of them.

    11. Human beings always and everywhere are bound by the same physical laws as the rest of the universe, and while memory, consciousness, and reason give us pause to outwit the forces of time and ignorance, we can only violate those physical laws as long as our reserve genetic capital holds out.

It’s been spending down since the mid 1800s.

97 is a limit, and 95 is a cliff and 93 is unrecoverable without political interference in reproduction.

  • Propertarianism: Cooperation

PROPERTARIANISM: COOPERATION The Evolution of Cooperation: 1) Acquisitiveness: To survive and reproduce, humans must acquire and inventory many categories of resources, and evolved to demonstrate constant acquisitiveness of those resources. 2) Property: The scope of those things they act upon, or choose not to act upon, in anticipation of obtaining as inventory (a store of value), constitute their demonstrated definition of property-en-toto.* (See Butler Schaeffer) “That which and organism defends.” 3) Value: Human emotions evolved to reflect changes in state of property-en-toto.* As such nearly all emotions can be expressed in terms of reactions to property. (imposed costs here, pre-moral, but also pre-cooperation, and only defense and retaliation, not cooperation) 4) Non-Conflict: That which humans act to obtain without imposition upon in-group members they evolved to intuit as their property, and demonstrate this intuition by defense of their inventory, and by their punishment of transgressors. 5) Cooperative Production: That which humans act in concert with one another to produce. (Important take-away is that the purpose of cooperation is material and reproductive production.) 6) Moral (cooperative) Intuitions(instincts): Moral intuitions reflect prohibitions on free riding by members with whom one cooperates in production and reproduction. (This is where free riding enters.) 7) Distribution of Intuitions by Reproductive Strategy: Moral intuitions vary in intensity to suit one’s reproductive strategy. This intensity and distribution of moral intuition varies between males and females, as well as between classes and between groups. 8) Variation By Family Structure: Moral rules reflect prohibitions on free riding given the structure of the family in relation to the necessary and available structure of production. 9) Resolution of Disputes: Property rights were developed in law as the positive enumeration in contractual form, of those moral rules which any polity (corporation) agrees to enforce with the promise of violence for the purpose of restitution or punishment. Conversely, any possible property rights not expressed, the community (corporation) is unwilling to adjudicate, restore or punish, or has not yet discovered the need to construct. 10) Instrumentation: Property rights are necessary for the instrumental measurement of moral prohibitions because of the unobservability of changes in human emotional states, and our inability to determine truth from falsehood. And as such we require an observable proxy for evidence of changes in state. 11) Family: As a general rule, as the division of knowledge and labor increases, so must the atomicity of property rights, and as a consequence, the size of the family must decline {Consanguineous, Punaluan, Pairing (Serial Marriage), Hetaeristic, Traditional, Stem, Nuclear, Absolute Nuclear}. 12) Transaction Costs: As the division of labor increases, relationships increase in distance from kin, increase in anonymity, decrease common interest, and the incentive to seize opportunities rather than adhere to agreements increases. This decrease creates the problem of trust, which increases costs of insuring any agreement is fulfilled, and decreases the overall number of possible agreements and the number of participants in any structure of production. 13) Trust (ethics in production): As a general rule, for the size of the family to decrease, and division of labor to increase in multi-part complexity then trust must increase, and trust can only increase with expansion of property rights to include prohibitions on unethical actions. Mere ostracization, boycotting and reputation are insufficient to preserve agreements (contracts). 14) Moral Competition (ethics in political production): (morals property rights, cheating) As a general rule, the scope of moral prohibitions expressed as property rights, must increase to limit demand for authority. 15) Demand for Authority: As a general rule, if a delay in the production of property rights evolves, then demand for authority will fill the vacuum with some form of authority to either suppress retaliation (conflict) or to prevent circumstances leading to conflict, or both. THE REASONS FOR THE EVOLUTION OF COOPERATION INGROUP COOPERATION 1) The disproportionately high return on cooperation. 2) The differences in abilities at different ages. 3) The difference in reproductive role and strategy between the genders. 4) The differences in abilities among men. 5) The local structure of production: the division of knowledge and labor. 6) The local structure of the reproduction: family and inheritance rights. 7) The distribution of property rights between the individual, family, group and the commons. 8) The degree of suppression of, and intolerance for, free riding both in and out of family. 9) calculative, cooperative technology available for economic signaling and coordination. (objective truth, numbers, money, prices, interest, writing, contract, and accounting). 10) The use of formal institutions to perpetuate these constraints. 11) The competition from groups with alternate structures of production, family, inheritance, property rights, free riding, cooperative technologies, and formal institutions. OUTGROUP COOPERATION 12) The geographical distribution of nature-given factors of production. (note that this is last.) PROPERTARIANISM: PROPERTY RIGHT OBVERSE: A prohibition on the imposition of costs against those categories of property that in-group members are willing to enforce by means of organized violence. REVERSE: a warranty by peers (right) that they will either enforce restitution for impositions of costs upon certain categories of your property, and/or that they will not retaliate against you for your acts of retaliation or restitution for such impositions. RESULT? (i) PROPERTY: that which we demonstrate that we have born costs to acquire without imposing costs upon others with whom we cooperate. (ii) COOPERATION: constructing an asymmetry of incentives such that we choose to concentrate efforts by dividing labor in order to obtain the disproportionate rewards of doing so versus the alternatives. (iii) MORALITY: that which we require in order to rationally cooperate. (iv) RIGHT: Sanction of retaliation in case of abridgment. OBLIGATION: Requirement of performance. (v) LAW (PROPERTY RIGHT): that which we promise to one another to insure. —END OF ANALYSIS–

  • On the Book “Can Non-Europeans Think?”

[I]’m a minor philosopher of what you would call science and I would call testimony, and the natural law of reciprocity, jurisprudence, politics, and economics. One of the primary focuses of my work is the group strategy of different classes, cultures, states, and civilizations, and how different civilizations practice persuasion, their truth substitutes, and their way of lying – or whether it is one of the varieties of fictionalism, or, whether like the west, where we pay the high cost of truth before face, regardless of cost to the dominance or competence hierarchy, and where that truth is martial reporting, or what we call empirical testimony: meaning only what is observed under the presumption of realism and naturalism. I am very good at what I do. And you may not comprehend until the end of this little post, the relationship between painful unwanted and disrespectful truth, the content of this book, the problem of other cultures – particularly the middle east – and the reason for western dismissal and disrespect for other ‘wisdom literatures’ which position themselves falsely as ‘philosophy’. In the west, philosophy refers to everything we do not know well enough to separate into a science. There are no other systems of thought that seek this transformation – in fact, other than the confucian, all are hostile to it. At present as far as I know, philosophy in the continental sense remains a failed attempt to restore the binding narrative of the christian church in secular prose. In the Anglo sense, philosophy consists of logic and the formulation of symbolic rules and that program finished in the mid 20th century to no avail – closure is not available to language, which is why language is infinitely useful regardless of how much knowledge we gain. THE FRAMING OF THE BOOK’S PREMISE IS FALSE, THE COMPLAINT ABOUT WORLD WISDOM LIT IS NOT The premise of the book asserts that philosophy in the west is as influential as what passes for philosophy (‘wisdom literature”) in the middle east, It’s not. I don’t know of any other culture that has produced philosophy, only wisdom literature. Because the west uses philosophy as a wisdom literature, we call the works of other people’s philosophy, but it’s just a respectful analogy to the function, not the method or content. Philosophy is no longer taken seriously in the west – it’s continuously defunded, and universities now group it as do libraries as Religion. It’s little more than the equivalent of science fiction and fantasy literature, or word puzzles for the literary mind. If you study philosophy as a requirement for degree it will consist of a survey, formal logic, or the philosophy of science. The rest is just intellectual history, and the only useful advanced degree it applies to is the law, where cunning and deceit find use in the teachings of philosophy. Philosophy papers regardless of whether undergrad, grad, postgraduate or professional are as poorly written and thought as are the pseudoscientific social sciences. Religion in the west is split between secular and evangelical with all others in decline. Intellectual discourse in the west uses law, the sciences, and increasingly economics to decide political propositions. It doesn’t use philosophy. In general we consider science as the universal language of truthful speech, and philosophy a bit of entertainment for the intelligent but lacking agency (control over their environment). Our people had a binding narrative of the Enlightenment, but it has been exhausted by the failures of democracy in the face of the equilibration of what was a 600 year western advantage in institutions, knowledge, genetics (demographics), and technology. The new binding narrative is oppression by whites, just as the new binding narrative in africa, the middle east, and india is one of oppression – rather than failure to adapt to modernity despite it’s benefit, and in china, the narrative of the century of humiliation by western technology. All this despite that we now know that our way of life is only possible for an ethnically homogenous polity of majority genetic middle class, that has suffered through many years of soft eugenic evolution due to institutions of meritocracy and harsh winters. By 1960 we knew communism was dead, by 1980 we knew democratic socialism was dead, by 1992, we knew democracy was dead, but it has been the end of the british empire as it remains in america as the rest of the world was colonized by technology, medicine, economics, accounting, finance, and law – but was unable to adopt or be colonized by our uniquely european high trust rule of law and the political and juridical systems that depend upon it. We no longer have sufficient homogeneity, population, technological, and genetic advantage to run an empire that controls the world patterns of finance and trade that the europeans, and in particular the british built – every country must now pay their way. Americans cannot carry the world. So we return to the competition between civilizations core states, and cultures. Aside from demographics, and democracy, and trust, the reason being that truth, and especially truth before face, ad the western pressure to put truth before face, and testimony before storytelling, and the requirement to disrespect people who do not, are what the world cannot tolerate. In our civilization you are tolerated until worthy of respect. We have practiced tripartism, with mobility, or what we call ‘Aristocratic Egalitarianism’ in that any man may use heroism and sacrifice to rise in status, but he is not worthy of respect if he cannot meet the standard of military testimony regardless of cost to him, his family, and others. This is the tax all european peoples pay that others do not pay and is the origin of most conflicts. So this is the underlying issue with respect for other cultures. We do not tolerate untruthful speech in untruthful language from our own, and we treat them with disrespect if they do. This is antithetical to the middle eastern ethic which does the opposite. It is heroic to lie in the middle east, it is face before truth in asia, the idea never occurs in africa, and in india a pleasant response is more important than truth. It seems never to occur to the middle eastern peoples that their desperate attempt to preserve respect, suppress feelings of inadequacy and powerlessness, is why the greeks wrote the fable of Hermes and The Cart of Lies, and why westerners (rightly) disrespect the untruthful means of speech, and the untruthful content of middle eastern speech, that asks us to respect that which is not worthy, and it is not worthy because truth before face is the foundation of our civilization and it’s the reason for the wests outstanding success in brief periods in the indo european expansion, the ancient world and in the modern world: Individual Sovereignty, Reciprocity, Testimonial Truth, Duty, Heroism and Excellence, Judge and Jury, and competing markets in all walks of life that are merciless to man’s ego, his family, and personal image. Markets make evidence of the truth of our ability and value to others. Lies to defend an ego unworthy of defense for it has not learned respect by sacrificing the self to truth before face as the high cost of participating in our civilization. These children’s deceits sound to westerners like children trying to make up stories so that your parents don’t catch you in a lie. And this book sounds equally like the lamentation of children. The abrahamic religions are nothing but vast networks of lies. They do contain wisdom, but wisdom told as lies. Not myths like europeans and hindus. Not wisdom literature like chinese and europeans, but very obvious lies that are insulting to us whenever you speak them. We tolerate this from our Christians, because christians ALSO practice our civilizations foundational rules of truth sovereignty and reciprocity. But we do not tolerate if from others who do not practice our civilizations founding rules of truth sovereignty reciprocity. (Nor our stoicism, which is our version of ‘sacredness’). And the first set of lies the middle east must come to terms with is that the great civilizations of the ancient world: the egyptian, north african, levantine, persian, anatolian, byzantine, greek, northwest indian, were reduced to ruin by the arab and muslim conquests, and all their arts and their literature and their culture, institutions, traditions, knowledge, and the superior distribution of their genetics lost by the desperate attempt to produce the worst lie of all: that a man deserves respect without production of goods and services for others, without purchasing it with truth before face; that ignorance and superstition are the end of knowledge, and that lying and family are more important than truth and commons. NOW, ON TO THE ARAB SPRING Zizek is a practitioner of critique: a gossip. An entertainer. He has no ideas, no solutions and admits he has no ideas or solutions. The postmoderns do not produce philosophy but sophisms and deceits. Why would you compare yourself and your work to the continuation of Rabbinical Sophism (pipul) and undermining (critique) by freud, marx, boas, adorno, derrida, and their followers baudrillard and foucault. These people are as morally foul as was Rousseau, and the French Academy rewards such sophism as an art form. Zizek is not a philosopher. He’s a gossip. A clown entertaining the intellectual class envious of power they are unworthy of exercise, with feel good criticisms of others. ORIENTALISM There is no ‘reading’ of the law of sovereignty, reciprocity, nor ‘reading’ of the sciences. No reading of mathematics. A thing that is interpretable is not a thing that is uninterpretable (factual). One cannot testify to the meaning of wisdom literature. Yet it is ‘reading of text’ that has created Rabbinical Pilpul, Critique, False promise baiting into harm, numerology, legal ‘interpretation’. It is this very technique of pilpul that is advanced by the french jewish sophists you mention (the postmodernists). In the west we call this by it’s true name: Lying. Yet jewish, christian, and muslim theologians practice this art of lying as if it is a skill. It not only is not a skill, it is the cause of the Dark Ages of Superstition and Ignorance. What you call dialectic is just Pilpul. Nothing more. If you cannot produce a system of measurement that is testifiable you’re just making up whatever deception you can get away with. If you want to say that we only know we do not speak falsely by a competition between logic and evidence, and that we only know our logic and evidence is not false by competition in argument that might be true.  But that is argument not dialectic. The difference is argument is pursuit f the testifiable, and dialectic is merely pilpul – pursuit of either deceit, persuasion, or compromise. LANGUAGE All language consists sounds or its symbolic references in a continuous recursive stream of disambiguation each consisting of measurements in analogies to experience, from a system of measurement the speaker and the audience understand. Westerners seek to produce testifiable measurements in argument, and limit our unjustifiable arguments to arts, music, poetry and literature. EPISTEMOLOGICAL CLAIMS In the west epistemology consists of constructing methods testimony: logic, empiricism, operationalism, rational choice (incentives), reciprocity, markets all create evidence we can testify to. I think the author is rebelling against the remains of christianity and judaism and not against anything currently western. Western testimony, at least in serious thought, is ‘deflationary’ as in the sciences, whereas french, german, jewish, christian and muslim is inflationary (loaded and framed), or conflationary(conflating history and myth, truth and wisdom, real, supernormal) or fictionalized (idealism, magic, supernaturalism). But most evidently conflating the norms, traditions, values, and myths, with facts. In other words, while chinese language is structurally poetic it’s content is purely rational. Meanwhile much arabic prose (which is confoundingly difficult to translate) is structured poetically and it’s content is poetic. WHAT YOU’RE MISSING Western ethics (reciprocity) are scientific. And always have been. For 5000 years. That is why we invented reason and science. We applied our law to everything. STRAW MAN COMPARISONS OF WESTERN INTELLECT The ‘philosophers’ you are mentioning are socially, politically, economically and institutionally unimportant, mostly jewish authors of sophisms constructed from pilpul (excuses and deceits) and critique (criticism, undermining, straw manning) without proposing an operational structure to replace the current. In other words, they seek to undermine western civilization, but do not propose an alternative open to equal analysis and criticism. It’s entirely destructive. Kant was also trying to create a secular theology.  All of these ‘thinkers’ you call philosophers are attempting to create a secular religion using deceit, just as the founders of the three abrahamic religions sought to create a supernatural religions using deceit. Why are you even vaguely interested in the works of these people?  It’s a sophistry of hatred of western civlization. Your criticizing our enemy – the very enemy that is attempting to undermine our civilization through academy media and arts, just as the jews and christians undermined our greco roman civilization through false promise of life after death, attainment of status at the expense of the aristocracy, who closed the schools, destroyed our arts in the ancient and modern world, and kill their philosophers and de-platformed ours in the postwar academy and press, and in the present internet age. Christianity did not ‘spread’ in the west, it was imposed by force of arms by the byzantines, and spread as a system of lies by the church – and it took until 1500 before they succeeded in northern europe. Just a few years before we reversed the tragedy of the semitic conquest of the west using lies appealing to women and slaves. Gramsci? Heidegger? Seriously?  Rousseau, kant, hegel -people you mention or imply – all tried to create a secular theology to replace the supernaturalism of christianity and the authoritarianism of the church.  The ‘enlightenment’ was a counter-revolution AGAINST anglo empiricism reason and law. Marx, Freud, Boas, Cantor’s math, Adorno et al’s cultural Marxism, Derrida, Gramsci, Foucault, and all the POMOs,  Rand and Rothbard’s libertarianism, the current political correctness, the forcible immigration of underclasses into Europe and America’s eugenically distributed population – these are all counter revolutions AGAINST the anglo civilization, just like the chinese, and now the  middle east. Thankfully Much of africa was saved from the Muslim conquest and these people will be able to prosper because they do not need to unlearn the abrahamic system of lying to protect self image and status they have no reason to possess. So which europeans are you railing against: The Second jewish anti-western revolution? The french anti-anglo revolution? The old german anti-anglo-anti-french revolution? The Russian anti-anglo, french, german, italian revolution?  Which?  Because so far you’re discussing people who write fantasy literature for other consumers of fantasy literature, the sole purpose of which is to destroy the western civilization you’re apparently complaining about overly criticizing you. The west talks about the muslim world in terms of stability, economics, the stupidity of the postwar borders imposed by europeans instead of ethnic borders, and just waiting for muslims to do what every other civilization has done: impose costs upon european civilization by resisting a modernization into consumer capitalism and its benefits despite the obvious enthusiasm people have for the results of that prosperity. We paid the cost of the marxists in via the russians, the chinese, the southeast asians, the south americans, and our own ‘useful idiots’.  We are now paying the costs of the modernization of the muslim world. And it’s the most expensive so far, if for no other reason than we no longer have such an asymmetric income compared to the rest of the world.  Meanwhile China is desperately trying to restore the credibility of authoritarianism in the world, and Iran is trying to recreate an empire, while the west waits out the economy and government’s failure, so that persia can return to her previous trajectory. So I disagree with every premise in the book so far. The rest of the book never answers the question whether non-europeans can think.  in the sense europeans understand thinking as measuring, reasoning, and testifying, no. In fact I simply gave up criticizing this book because it’s just as sophomoric as the work of the french anti-western jews.
