    (diary) Some days I beat my head against a wall to pump out of few sentences. Some days the words just flow out of my fingers without an ounce of effort. And I have no idea which day will be which. Today is one of the good days thankfully.

    Health Update: Went to doctor’s this morning.
    I have lost 10 pounds (5 kilos). And I can lose another 10-15 pounds (5-7) kilos.
    Heart rate is 76 beats per minute. (down ten). Would like to get to my peak health of 68.
    Blood pressure is 110/80 (down fifteen)
    Sleeping reasonably well most nights. Try to get seven then an hour or more nap in the late afternoon.

    (We will see how much of my well being is the result of sunshine when the fall starts.)

    Health Update: Went to doctor’s this morning.

    I have lost 10 pounds (5 kilos). And I can lose another 10-15 pounds (5-7) kilos.

    My view, is that I value my children as the best thing I did in life, but I consider myself a terrible (absent) parent. (Not that they haven’t turned out effectively perfect in my view.) And I have come to believe that it is best for that class of us that is truly ‘different’, is to either delay marriage until we have achieved our objectives, or avoid marriage and children and instead care for (support) our siblings and their children. And at present, if I could find a woman to have more children with, I would. I love them. But that is because my mind is in a state where I prefer them above all other things.

    (Health Update: much, much, healthier. losing weight now – the right way. still having some problem with asthma that I think is the same recurring infection and so will work that a bit with the doc this week. Major issue now is building up strength I’ve lost. I feel it most in my legs. although my chest is weaker. Advice for future generations, is that those little illnesses that stick with you but are tolerable accumulate more damage than the ones you can observe and cure.)
