  • Definition: Paedomorphic Evolution

    It’s called Paedomorphic Evolution: Genetic Pacification selecting for lower maturity – the “juvenile”. One of which is Gracilization: loss of bone mass. The ‘strange’ sexual interests of the Japanese (and the asians) and our men’s attraction to Asian women, is very likely due to the greater paedomorphism of the asians and the lower levels of testosterone. The east and the west have been engaging in genetic pacification over a long long time. The rest of the world has not. Because they were unable to reduce the bottom population.

    There is but one natural right – the positive assertion of natural law: I have a right to retaliate against an imposition of costs against that which I have obtained an interest in, without having imposed a cost upon that which others have born costs to obtain an interest in.

    When we articulate natural rights we merely clarify this right in its application to a multitude of cases such that we do not require individuals to reason through these cases by themselves, nor do we allow those who engage in error, bias, wishful thinking, suggestion, overloading, and deceit, to engage in falsehoods, or the abuse of consent, norm, or institutions by means of falsehood.

    Unless one starts with a definition of truth these are fairly meaningless words. More desperate attempts to apply axiomatic or theoretic rules to loaded, framed, colloquial speech without the awareness that colloquial speech evolved to tolerate laziness, obscure ignorance, convey moral promise, and as such is neither axiomatic or theoretic but merely “meaningful”: conveying associations not necessary relations that are open to deduction. Types of Commitment ( promise, warranty ):

    • Understanding: I can also find a relationship between that description and my experience. ( warranty of sympathy )
    • Belief: I intuit so given my experience but I cannot warranty I have tested it. But I warranty that I speak honestly, even if I err.(moral warranty)
    • Rational: I can find no contradiction for within my experience, and warranty that I have tried. ( warranty of diligence without cost of testing )
    • Empirical: I find it to be correspondent with observations (measurements) that warrant against errors in observation ( warranty of diligence and bearing the cost of testing )
    • Scientific: despite my efforts, I find it is correspondent and I cannot find a reason that it is false so it remains a truth candidate. ( warranty of diligence and investing in expanding testing )
    • Testimonial: I have conducted tests of identity, internal consistency, empirical consistency, existential possibility, objective morality, full accounting, parsimony and limits and as such it is very likely for the question at hand that this statement will survive all scrutiny and only increase in parsimony. ( warranty of total testing )

  • Market Production of Commons?

    –“I’m confused about the market production of commons”–
    I use the term market government, and market production of commons do describe the fact that commons may be produced by at least three means: 1 – private production of commons via the usual market process 2 – use of the house of ‘parliament’ to negotiate the voluntary production of a common (which may not be imposed upon) 3 – use of the houses of parliament to negotiate a trade between classes for the exchange of monetary and non-monetary goods, services, and behavior, to product commons that may or may not be physically constructed, and may instead be normatively or behaviorally constructed. The problem of circumventing market demand for legislation is answered by providing options 2 and 3 in lieu of monopoly rule.
