Btw Laufer is a NYC Jewish activist, and the legal equivalent of one step above an ambulance chaser, with little chance of arguing matters of substance in higher courts.
The court is in a period of reversing legal activism (lawfare) in an effort to restore the legislative process and legitimacy of legislature and court, and this includes restoring the common law prohibition on conspiracy to interfere with marriage, employment, or business by coercion, by bypassing public consent via legislature or court.
So contrary to Mr Laufer, if you have the money to prosecute the ADL, you can assist the court in providing a vehicle for reform that restores the common law requirement for establishing concurrency of consent as institutional defense from warfare against the commons. In this case the informational commons upon which open societies depend for truthful information.

Positive law,, and the entire positive law movement, by Rez, Kelsen, Dworkin, Hartt, like physics, psychology, sociology, and polotical theory, is yet another admission of failure. Not only did the Church fail to transition to modernity and double down, but Legal theory failed to transition to modernity, just as the marxist sequence failed to transition to modernity, and just as economics became lost in mathiness and failed to transitin to modernity.
The reasons for this transitino are complex and we can blame many fields for their influence.
But the fundamental problem is the failure of law as a social economic and political science to understand itself
We have solved this problem.
And the profundity of our solution is even more profound than the darwinian revolution.
Yet, unlike the darwinian revolution, it isn’t communicable by a single simple idea that will readily anchor the reader ,listener, or audience any more than the behavior of electron orbitals will assist in understanding of sentience.
So we have a harder job than darwin.

I wonder how many people read the four pages. I see the work of an academic that had integrated into western thought, but had wished to preserve their subculture. His use of anti-semitism appears to be a recognition of the long standing conflict not only in germany but throughout the west between separatist jews and host peoples, and more intensely, the oft observed horrific behavior of eastern european jews in seminaries – and that the german academy would not support the continuation of jewish studies on equal footing to the host people’s. So, what is it that this passage is attempting to tell us?

The spectrum produces a series of incremental effects that are due to compartmentalization – ADD, OCD, Insulation from mirroring: imitation, empathizing, sympathizing, Dilution of the self, in exchange for systematizing, insulation from social bias, and an inverted IQ curve.
These are, at least operationally, rather obvious results of either overproduction of neurons, underproduction of regional interaction, and underproduction of the range of the transmission, leading to compartmentalization that causes the drive for homeostasis by the combination of concentration of stimulation and limitation on overstimulation.
In other words, the industry hasn’t really caught up yet, but while little can be done other than cognitive behavioral therapy to assist in wiring the brain productivley and overcoming compartmentalization, I do not feel that we don’t understand what is producing the systemizing-to-autism in the organization of the brain, even if we don’t know exactly what combination of genetic and other factors contribute.

While the author’s piece is easily criticized as statring from false premises of not understanding (g) as a measure of neural plasticity (frictionlessness, rate of evolutionary adaptation), in the disambiguation (organization) of sensation (vibrations) into spatial world model (potential episodes), and the production of competing predictions, and subsequent continous recursive hierarchical recursion produced by scale of time and space as memory scales, including the preservation of state (attention) for the direction of that prediction – all of which are evolutions of wayfinding as the original three layers of cortical tissue double to six, expanding organization of movement in response to stimuli into organization of prediction of movement in time to pursue anticipated (predicted) rewards.
The result being an ever increasing scale of predicting fields of possibility from autoassociation of episodic memories to produce possiblities for action that we can hold in attention while recursively wayfinding to reach a possible solution, including ‘mind-reading’ bodily imitation, sympathy of intent and thought, and empathy of emotional state.
In other words with just movement, senses, embodiment, memory, wayfinding, and attention, all phenomena in the brain are emergent.
However, his claims that closure (‘logical behavior”) requires:
(a) correspondence with treality.
(b) organization by embodiment
(c) auto association (pattern matching)
(d) preservation of homeostasis
(e) emergence of continous recursive auditing (self)
… are all correct.
in other words mastery of not only neuroscience (prediction), what little science exists in psychology and cognitive science, as well as the foundations of mathematics and computation are necessary to communicate a cogent understanding of the ‘operational paradigm of existence, organization, means and methods’ of cellular cooperation in the production of the defeat of entropy by increase of consumption in time’.

Not a very good one – combined with lack of knowledge of neuroscience, limited knowledge of processor engineering, apparently limited knowledge of physics, the foundations of mathematics and computability -and a rather weak comprehension of epistemology. But that’s ok. There aren’t many of us who have mastered the majority of fields. But there are more of us who lack the arrogance to confuse their incomprehension with others’ ability. 😉

What kind of trashy people in this world prosecute an actor for playing a role in a script flawlessly? What has SB ever done other than make a (very, very) poor choice of a marital partner – even if she recovered from it somewhat gracefully?
How was she supposed to know whether a script is in fact testifiable in court? Actors are entertainers who perform to a script the purpose of which isn’t to convey facts, but emotions.
Actors aren’t rocket scientists (that’s for sure). They’re often the least informed, least educated, people living in the most insular artificial illusory bubble in the entire population. And they are more likely to be mentally ill because if it by orders of magnitude compared to the rest of the population.
In fact, career actors would be better off, and we would too, if they were prohibited from using the fame of acting to leverage public speech on matters other than acting.
