    I mean, you can choose: Western sovereignty by which we and humanity profit from our incremental transformation of man from impulsive animal into human with agency in the pursuit of sovereignty for all, or the Semitic, Persian profit from the expansion of the underclass and the continuous devolution of man. Or the Chinese authoritarian version that seems to always end in stagnation.

    We are the people who domesticated the animal man for fun and profit by breeding for agency, such that with agency we can produce a population of sovereigns – equal among the gods.

    Natural Law describes NECESSARY rights. We can’t possibly posses ‘inherent’ rights, since all rights consist of claims against (demands against) others. Since a claim or demand from others can only exist in a contract or agreement, and that the term ‘right’ is only possible when appealing to a third party – we can on say we NEED these rights inherently, as human beings, but not that we possess them. That’s impossible. It’s physically and logically impossible. So if we describe natural law as inherently possessed rather than inherently required, we attempt an act of fraud: which is to ignore the very simple fact that to obtain rights of any kind requires that we exchange them with others, and that we insure them, and at any scale, that we pay an insurer to insure them for all of us (judiciary). Any statement of inherently possessed rights is an act of fraud whereby the individual seeks claims against others without entering into a contract for exchange, and preferably, both with a third party insurer that renders asymmetry of violence neutral.

    I don’t have the time this morning to correct you in detail,

    BUT since you’re a smart enough fellow I’ll give you these points to ponder:

    An unlimited market system allows endemic parasitism others and the commons by externality and this is why it never has or will exist – people won’t tolerate it.

    When you say ‘authoritarian’ rule you mean DISCRETIONARY rule. However, rule of law removes discretion by empirical evolution.

    Under rule of law, under natural law, (non-discretionary rule) a monarch merely functions as a judge of last resort, when the subject under consideration is not one of law but long term consequence.

    A monarchy that collects administrative fees (sales taxes or land rent taxes) on the market it administers (polity), may spend that income however it prefers, and in history, it has been small, and they tend to spend it reasonably well. Because otherwise, as individuals, they are open to assassination – usually by their own family members for threatening their social status.

    So while fascism requires discretionary rule, it remains a viable strategy for the conduct of Total War – which was the reason it was invented: to preserve napoleon’s invention of total war, and apply it to the industrial era.

    While communism requires discretionary rule, it also lacks an incentive structure necessary for a voluntary organization of production, so it requires a vast directorial class.

    So when you include monarchy in that list I am not sure what you are talking about. Because christian monarchy dependend eitehr on the common traditional law, or later natural law, or something in between – the restored roman law. No monarch had full license, and the church mandated that fact – and if one’s rule was ‘uninsured’ by the church it meant it was ‘for sale to all commers’ with license.

    As far as I know ‘perfect government’ consists of natural law, independent judiciary (the west’s original priesthood), a military militia, a hereditary monarchy, a market for commons consisting of multiple houses, a market for the production of goods, services, and information, a market for reproduction (marriage), a market for association.

    When moral interest violates natural law of reciprocity:

    1 – natural law requires reciprocity

    2 – natural law requires that neither borrower or lender may externalize costs (to the transaction).

    3 – the individual with asymmetric power is the lender, and bears equal responsibility in selecting opportunities for interest as does the borrower bear responsibility for repaying the loan.

    4 – There is no difference in fault between selecting an incapable borrower, and borrowing an amount one is incapable of paying. This violates reciprocity.

    5 – The limit of restitution is determined by the amount of the original loan, minus the payments against it, else cost are externalized beyond the transaction.

    6 – Once in default, the contract is broken, and we have evidence of both the failure of borrower and lender to conduct due diligence, and therefore

    7 – the lender is never due interest (reward) for bad lending, any more than the borrower is due returns for the use of what he borrowed to use in production. So in the case of the original amount, we are referring to the amount not the amount plus interest.

    8 – for this reason my understanding is that principle should be paid off first, and interest following, in all honest transactions. And statements otherwise exist entirely to obtain unearned profits.

    I could write about this all day long but I have other things to do…. reciprocity means borrower and lender bear equal responsibility, else we empower lenders to search out the incompetent in order to obtain through defaults that which they could not obtain through the selection of productive opportunities that cause no negative externality.

    Fascism has an EXCEPTIONAL short term function. It is a means of marshaling every resource in a nation for war on all fronts: military, trade, economic, financial, cultural, religious and informational. But it’s as costly as war over the long term. It is a means of warfare. Just as an army is an authoritarian means of organizing a people for physical war, and investing in certain commercial sectors is a means of organizing people for trade and economic war, and organizing credit for financial war….. Fascism allows us even to organize INFORMATION for the purpose of warfare. And that is what the Fascist generation did. War is war. But we do not fight the last battle just because we understand the tactic. Today we have a different tactic. We have a very very very fragile civilization that has been at war for a century or more with the cosmopolitan financial vision of managing the world for their benefit rather than each nation using financial, legal, cultural, and informational institutions to advance each nation WITHOUT exporting capital to others – by PREVENTING the parasitism of the cosmopolitan order we live under. Fascism isn’t necessary because fascism is DISCRETIONARY. We can do the SAME THING without putting a dictator in charge. We can simply starve out the other side by cutting off their means of funding. 1) direct redistribution of fiat liquidity to citizens. 2) demand for warranty of due diligence upon truthfulness (testimonialism) for all speech of all forms in the commons. 3) revocation of the copyright and institution of involuntary creative commons. 4) require sponsorship and full warranty of all costs for any immigrant, and rolling back the 64 immigration act, as well as the 14th and all related judgements. 5) addition of voluntary and involuntary disassociation without limit. I can lengthen this list but it is unnecessary. The first three will end globalism, the academy, the media, the entertainment business, and vague statements from the politicians in short order. Whether you understand these things or not, they will destroy the cosmopolitan attack on western civlization in months. Because they may shame us and harm our status and employability.     I don’t place any weight in ‘popular’ anything. I am not a supporter of democracy whatsoever, unless we mean empirical (economic) democracy.     I only care if statements are TRUE and open to juridical prosecution and defense, so that the false and parasitic can be suppressed.
