Our military and technology are not superior to Russian(or Israeli for that matter) because of our political acquisition and planning process. We are simply wealthy enough to pay for the high cost of research and continuous training which is why we have had a past advantage.

Yes well we agree, but the problem is how to achieve that other than house to house and face to face as a rolling snowball as mao did it. I mean that’s the only way our people seem to pile on. IMO it’s solution then agitation then scale, and I just went to market too early.
