THE MOST IMPORTANT LESSON FOR THE RIGHT

Right shares genetic personality traits that are less agreeable – meaning less desirous of, and less dependent upon approval and achieving consensus. it also leads to lower desire to adapt to novel social orders, and over time lower ability to adapt to novel social orders. (The left ist he opposite.) In small cohesive groups under adversarial pressure, this right-behavir leads to empirical cognition useful for hunters and warriors in a homogenous band or tribe. It’s incenting empirical truth. On a personal scale, this behavior is what we call independence. This independence is effective at producing excellence at the personal, familial and business and military unit level. But it is destructive at the economic, political, and strategic level. Worse, the right is both uncompromising between its independent individuals and groups, and as such anti-social, and either anti-intellectual, or anti-empirical. This means the right follows ANIMAL INSTINCTS not rational strategy. This means that the variation in animal instincts whether emotional absolutists (fundamentalists), social absolutists (WN), economic absolutists (Librarians), or political absolutists (Fascists), the Right cannot produce elites that either (a) will not be destroyed through internal factionalism, or (b) cannot be destroyed by the enemy who specializes in reputation destruction. As such until we can ‘educate’ enough of the right’s ‘sergeants’ into seeking a compromise among the right that is as competitive as the compromise among the left, so that one or more elites can propose and lead a compromise solution that the right factions won’t tear down, and the left can’t therefore tear it down, then the right will continue to lose.

Y’all seem to think that law failed. But no. Law are the rules by which the right insures one another’s ‘independence’ (self determination, sovereignty, liberty, freedom). A court is the peaceful and inexpensive method of using the law to insure one another. It’s organized force. However It political force, and at the extreme, military force, that can resort the courts and the law and your independence, when courts and law fail to provide you the cheap means of preserving self-determination. And you cannot organize judicial, political, or military force if you are unwilling to sacrifice personal extremes for group victory by compromise.

European law, germanic law, anglo law, and especially American constitutional law rely on trifunctionalism – the use of the law to maintain the independence of the emotional, social, economic, and political absolutists, and a market competition for elites.
