  • Markets In Everything – And Economists Circumventing them.

    MARKETS IN EVERYTHING? THE WESTERN MODEL OF SOVEREIGNTY A market for reproduction (family). A market for production (goods and services), a market for commons (government), a market for dispute resolution (common law), and a market for polities (voluntary association and disassociation). If you advocate for majority democracy by assent instead of market for commons under juridical defense, then you are just a fool and a thief like any other. It surprises me that you will hear economists justly criticize the misapplication of the economics of the family and small business to the international business, and government. Yet in the next breath advocate majoritarian democracy and the use of aggregates to conduct involuntary exchanges, rather than to construct a market for the voluntary exchange of commons uder juridical dissent in the next. Economists regularly justify their preconceptions and utilitarian biases by applying the decision-making of the tribe to that of the nation and empire. If there were voluntary construction of market commons rather than thefts by aggregation, think of (a) what economists would research instead of what they research today, and (b) what we would know about economics as a consequence rather than what we know today, and (c) how empowered each of us would be vs today, and (d) how we could solve problems of conflict between groups that we cannot solve today. One designs and calculates and profits from designing and calculating out of self-defense. One manages and profits from managing out of self-defense. One labors and profits from labor out of self-defense. We progress by our defense against the dark forces of nature, time, ignorance, and man’s design for predictability, stagnation, and parasitism by women and predation by men. We must rule. We must rule for defense alone. But by our rule we transcend man. By the rule of all others, man rarely transcends at all, and others seek to destroy us.

But we have given license to the bourgeoisie in the anglo enlightenment, and the peasantry in the Jewish enlightenment, and we must succeed where the German’s failed in returning license to the aristocracy. Warriors need a strategy because violence is an instrument of change, but not an instrument of administration and preservation.     Let’s compare Soros’ activism, with PPPP’s activism against Gawker. The courts can be, if we repair the constitution, a method by which the wealthy can police what the politicians choose not to. This is a good. We have juridical defense in these cases. But why can we not sue Soros for corruption by circumventing the courts, where we have juridical defense? The moment we let the state determine law rahter than terms of contract we surrender to state corruption, and the corruptibility of the state. So far, in the west, we have, at least until the past few generations, been able to preserve the rule of law as sacred natural order beyond which no man may transgress. This is our defense. Not politicians. They are corrupt to the last – because they must be.

    Aug 24, 2016 12:11pm BOURGEOISE? NO – LOGISTICS OF WAR I get accused of bourgeoise values all the time, and I always think it’s childish, or ignorant. Generals conduct strategy and that means logistics. The last mile, for today, may depend on the character of men. But all the miles behind them, and all the yesterdays and tomorrows depend upon the logistics: production and supply lines. A dangerous, happy, well-fed soldiery capable of defeating an enemy is equipped and supported by a happy, produdtive, well fed, population competitively defeating in economics and intellectual means their competitors, just as the soldiers their competitors. I tend to think of ‘last-mile-ers’ as children: well-intentioned, passionate, but ignorant and naive. My own values are classical, intellectual, and perhaps a bit effete. I do not seek to win the great wars by my values. Nor by the elation of the throng. But by cool headed plans and execution of them, with discipline over many years.
