Agency is necessary for sovereignty otherwise one cannot self insure. If you cannot self insure then others must insure you out of self defense. If others must insure you then you are dependent upon them as a child upon a parent. If you maintain diet and physical fitness – particularly team sports – you will develop physical agency. If you exchange sovereignty with others who do the same, then you will be sovereign.
