In (1) we take it as a sunk cost. In (2) we perform restitution and punishment. Obviously a jurist I prefer (2), but obviously as a pragmatist we’re proposing (1).

I do research in to how to preserve Christianity for the half of the population that is purely secular now (and will continue to grow).
My research method is adversarial.
