Rule of law produces mixed economies.
The capitalism(markets) vs socialism(commands) dichotomy was invented to justify and demonize rule of law vs rule by man.
You speak as if the Muslim slave trade, the barbary coast pirates, or any other society wasn’t practicing capitalism.

The only solution to people who are dishonest, and do not trust, is to create trust by rule of law. To create trust by rule of law you need judges and sheriffs and deputies that are paid enough that corruption is bad for them. This makes a MARKET to end dishonesty and corruption.

Yes. Which is why you will say ‘nobilty, cabinet, monarchy, and emperor’ are always better than parliament. Parliament is only useful for limiting the government’s fundraising to those that are beneficial to the community – rather than ‘adventures’ or ‘aggrandizement’.

@TheMcMullan THOUGHT: How about we record and publish a set of videos teaching the AU public, the holes with the AU constitution and what they mean for Australians, and how to fix them? Maybe Create a “Ross Perot Effect”. Position you (correctly).

So the brits have common law and unwritten constitution. Americans have common law, enumerated rights and constitution. Aussies have written constitution and don’t comprehend the common law, nor have they rights given its absence. The problem with all 3? Lack logic of the law. https://twitter.com/curtdoolittle/status/1490347840924790791
