Why are black males so violent? “Proximity breeds animosity”. If you are a ‘fail’ from birth because you are part of a tribe ‘fail’ from birth it makes you pretty angry at the world. We didn’t have these problems before democratic imitation of soviets by the relocation to cities.

You can’t educate anyone under 90IQ to do anything – even using machines. The military can’t even trust someone at 85 not to shoot the guy next to him. They can’t even do kitchen work. Look at the data. We can’t fix this problem. Faith is not a strategy, and hope is not a tactic.
