well, that’s the evidence. I’m not sure I can test it, because the more likely answer is that less intelligent and more implusive-aggressive (less neotenous) people can’t survive cold winter agrarianism. So it’s more that the dumb people are able to reproduce more than the top.

Not sure how you got to that conclusion. Zero intermarriage is necessary for this to occur. If the whites below 100 keep reproducing faster than the whites above 100 then decline is unavoidable. Same for blacks. Doesn’t matter whether people intermix or not.
