    TESTIMONIALISM CHANGES THE MEANING OF LYING – THROUGH INCREMENTAL SUPPRESSION

    You see, I’ve changed the meaning of ‘liar’ from one who intends to deceive, to one who deceives regardless of intent, because he fails to perform due diligence against error, bias, wishful thinking, suggestion and deceit.

    This means the authors of lies and those who perpetuate those lies, are both equally accountable liars. And we remove the absolution of intent from the ignorant and wishful thinker.

    We expand the law to address the new technology of lying. We continue our never ending question to limit the difference between the technology of predation and the technology of law, by the incremental suppression of parasitism under the common law of property.

    No more free riding by the left.

    The left is a kleptocracy of lies.

    Punish the wicked.

    Interesting. Reading top philosopher’s lists.

    Advocates of philosophy conflate the impactful, the useful and the true. In retrospect we can see those who were meaningful (Aristotle, Bacon, Descartes, Hume, Locke, Jefferson.)

    As far as I can tell, in retrospect, the problem all philosophers faced was that they were powerless observers, largely writing literature.

    They feared, sought to entice, or sought to leverage, from either the church, the state, or their peers.

    All the while, rulers ruled, merchants traded, and priests taught. These men only wrote. A few of them matter for the good. Most of them create as much or more harm than good.

    1) The only physical science is what we call physics (engineering).

    2) The only social science is what we call law(cooperation).

    3) The only philosophy testimony(truth).

    4) The only experiential science is aesthetics(experience).

    Because these three things require action: existence.

    1) Action vs reaction in the physical universe. (engineering)

    2) Action vs reaction in the cooperative population (ethics/economics, sociology/politics)

    3) Action vs reaction in personal testimony. (truth/psychology)

    4) Acton vs reaction in experience (aesthetics)

    **[Aesthetics], Engineering, Law(cooperation), Testimony**

    All disciplines fall within these three fields.

    This is the New Trivium.

    Testimony (the logics / ourselves)

    Law (cooperation / others)

    Engineering (the hard sciences / the universe)

    [Aesthetics (the science of experiences)]

    The rest is fantasy literature, religion, propaganda, and lies.

    Seriously.

    That’s all there is.

    Nothing more. The rest is nonsense dreams are made of.

    Philosophy is finished.

    Only Science remains.

    Due diligence that we have not engaged in deception, or error, bias, wishful thinking, obscurantism, suggestion, and deceit.

    DUE DILIGENCE

    We perform due diligence by testing every dimension of knowledge we know how to. (just as we have different mathematics for each of the increasing dimensions):

    Identity and Category

    Internal Consistency (logic)

    External Correspondence (empirical consistency)

    Existential Possibility (operational definitions)

    Parsimony, Limits, Full Accounting (limits)

    Morality (Productive, Fully informed, warrantied, voluntary transfer, limited to externality of the same.)

    KNOWLEDGE

    There is only one sequence to knowledge, and all others are false:

    Perception(observation) -> Free Association(awareness) -> Hypothesis(guess) -> Theory(Due Diligence) -> Law(Survival) -> Tautology(identity/name) -OR- False

    Knowledge is not a qualifier as some pretend, nor does it or can it convey truth content. It is anything in any state of the process of knowledge evolution that we can observe, are aware of, imagine possible, seems consistent, cannot seem to falsify, that is not yet false.

    Knowledge: anything that works for the purposes we intend and we cannot yet deem false.

    SCIENCE

    Science = Truth telling. While we cannot know if we speak the most parsimonious truth, or whether we speak the truth, what we can do

    THE ECONOMICS OF TRANSFERRING EXPERIENCES

    (we use scientific language because it imposes the lowest cost of truth testing upon the audience. we avoid scientific language because we wish to impose costs upon the audience. We embrace unscientific language when we want to deceive.)

    THE CREATIVITY OF MEANING AND THE CRITICISM OF TRUTH

    (two part process: 1-transfer meaning, 2-test for truth – Reverse, Obverse)
