I just argue that truth is also a signal and that superior peoples can in fact use truth for the same purposes (and in general they have). And it’s most important that while inferior groups can use falsehoods, only superior groups can use truth. Truth is a competitive advantage. (The opposite is also true. Falsehood is a competitive advantage for the demonstrably inferior.)

A fact is a theory of an observation. A theory is a general rule of some precision has survived falsification. A law survives market application.

Since we never know we speak the truth, but we can know a falsehood, the false is the only certainty. (And falsifiability is falsifiable.We just can’t do so.)
