So they don’t matter. They don’t drag the average down enough because there aren’t enough of them. The problem for other peoples is that they have huge underclasses still, failed eugenic suppression, and can’t form Pareto distributions of ability to compete in the world economy.

The reason east Asians and west Europeans integrate is that we are the most domesticated (neotenized) people on this earth, AND we have used credit, manorialism, and capital punishment to limit the underclasses from reproducing. That’s’ how prosperity is made. Culling the bottom.
