99% of the time, if the Russians make a military equipment design decision, they are more right than the rest of the world combined. Russians are as culturally biased to produce weaponry as germans are innovative engineering and Japanese are of incremental improvement.

I’d have to go look for it because it’s been censored a bit but basically asians don’t seem to keep achieving (progressing, adapting) like whites and jews. We’d expect that but I didn’t expect the severity of it.
