The only places europeans have been successful in domesticating are when we have replaced the population. Our understanding is that no other people are ‘capable’ of producing a high trust society unless they already do: Japan and Korea. Even in europe it’s only above Hajnal Line.

You are stating a pretense of knowledge. Not all civilizations fail. By 800ad every single civilization had reached terminal condition despite agrarianism. The west is not centralized, but federalized, so when one group fails another group recovers. This is why we keep evolving.

It is not possible to expand the western model of self determination into less evolved civilizations with lower median genetic distributions. They must choose it and adapt to it at their pace. The chinese can domesticate by authority. Europeans can’t. We prohibit authority.
