I prefer european gods because they are a functioning but dysfunctional family rather than an ideal. I prefer Zeus because it is a perfect king. I prefer odin because he is a trickster. And we have male and female, young and old, virtuous and chaotic: Archetypes in a MARKET not a monopoly..
