AGENCY MUST BE TRAINED

Agency has to be fostered and trained. We can develop systems to promote it. Having an agency based (propertarian) framework is a great first step. Teach people to view the world in a reciprocal fashion. We teach dogs to be helpful; I can teach even an objectively bad dog to not be a burden.
