Define “Sovereignty”

Sovereignty: the condition of existential self-determination by self-determined means produced by reciprocal insurance of that self-determination by self-determined means, by sufficient numbers, with sufficient force, to guarantee it against those others who would deprive you of it by the imposition of costs upon your demonstrated individual and potential group interests.
