Unlike Communism, Islam rejects progressivism in the familial domain. I think the deeper meaning of your statement above is, that after three generations of Communism, you have an inevitably stagnant society and a disillusioned, nihilistic population. Whereas after n generations of Islam, you also have an inevitably stagnant society, but a political system that also functions as a stable group-evolutionary strategy for its inhabitants, which reinforces its perpetuation. Every Muslim is born such, and remains personally invested in Islam, whereas most citizens of a Communist state are indifferent (at best) to Communism per se.
