1. The primary political problems that arise from of ALL attempts at admixture (heterogeneous polities) meaning EMPIRES are:

… (a) The conflation of differences in genetics (not much), versus the difference in genetic load and therefore distribution (large). And the hard numbers of 85IQ, 105IQ and 125IQ in relation to the stage of development and the necessity of power law in state and law, Pareto in economics, and nash in end results. These are immutable laws of human cooperation. ie: the black, brown, and South-Eurasian will continuously face challenges vs white European and yellow northeast Asians will hold an advantages because of those differences – assuming rates of dysgenic reproduction stabilize. Race differences are true in the aggregate, and stereotypes are correct at the racial scale, even if classes are roughly compatible, and irrelevant at the individual scale.

… (b) However, groups practice ingroup preference (except we super nerds) in all walks of life: friendships, social groups, sexual relations and marriage, neighborhood, employment, and political bias, because the advantages of doing so within-group because of ingroup trust are greater than the alternatives.

… (c) And because of these differences in social value, we are unable to use traditional, normative, differences in manners, ethics, morals, traditions, and informal institutions to ‘regulate’ one another. This creates conflict.

… (d) To make matters worse, aesthetics, manners, ethics, morals, traditions, and informal institutions must satisfy the median of the group. This creates conflict.

… (e) To make matters worse, group differences in aesthetics, manners, ethics morals, traditions, and informal institutions vary widely in truth-vs-face, and trust-vs-trustworthiness, and loyalty (absorbing intertemporal losses) and devotion (absorbing temporal costs).

2. The primary difference between races that causes conflict in social, economic, and as a consequence, political spheres is:

… (a) Like it or not neoteny is an expression of natural selection (within limits) and races form a hierarchy of differences in sexual, social, economic, and political market value that cannot be altered and is universal even among groups of color.

… (b) Differences in rate and depth of maturity cause significant differences in childhood and young adult self-regulation, and particularly aggression, sensitivity to dominance competition, and as a result, violence. Asymmetry in the size of the black and brown underclasses (relatively unemployable) and increased sensitivity produce a negative feedback loop that is universal whenever groups of different degrees of development come into contact.

… (c) Parity among elite classes dependent on self ascertainment of information and self-generation of opportunity vs dependence on others for the ascertainment of information and the absence of self-generation of opportunity.

… (d) Forcible integration, especially in education and neighborhoods is the most failed program in American political history – deprived the communities of elite formation, financial formation, normative formation, and given vast difference in family formation and durability, and rates of sexual maturity.

… (e) White ‘underclasses’ which have historically been a problem for the same reasons, who were less English or German, and more Scotts Irish, have been lost once again to the brown communities. manners, ethics, morals, and aesthetics.

… (f) The subsequent technological revolutions have not followed the Industrial in delivering benefit to all. The industrial revolution beneficially shifted human capital (labor) into multipliers. The technological revolution was asymmetrically beneficial. The financialization revolution was asymmetrically beneficial. The automation revolution appears to be devastating for labor. And the Americans (Europeans) can no longer maintain forced reciprocity in international finance, production, distribution, and trade. This means the restoration of civilizational costs of policing trade routes, restoration of imperial (civilizational) competition for trade routes, and very likely a drop in the American standard of living to European levels (they’re much, much, poorer than we are) at a period where we have immigrated vast demographic numbers who (i) will be unemployable, and (ii) and vast parts of the world will be unable to feed themselves. (Every single one of us that works with demographics and the convergence of various cycles predicted this era.)

3. There are at least five isolation and speciation events in our history. Each of these events favored increases in self-domestication (north Eurasia) vs pressure for rapid maturity in a difficult disease gradient (Africa). This has led to the remaining incompatibility of different groups.

4. Because of the order of institutional development, groups vary in their ability to capture and integrate other groups – or to integrate with other groups – particularly the problem of Judaism and Islam whose institutions are hostile to host peoples.   There are three methods of coercion available to man: force/defense, remuneration, and inclusion/ostracization, and these create the three sets of available institutions: Military State, Economy Law, and Family Religion.

And Resulting Expansion (Colonization) Results… (a) Europeans have always failed at every single attempt at integrating another genetic distribution, only surviving by the capture of territory and demographic decimation. From steppe, to Europe. It failed in the Levant, Mesopotamia, Persia, and India. It worked in North America until the 1960’s.

… (b) The Steppe Iranics (North Indians) could not overcome the earlier demographics groups (agrarian Iranics, and basal Eurasians), just as the Muslims couldn’t, and the English couldn’t. The present Indian government can’t. Because he who breeds always wins. The most intolerant always wins.

… (c) Islam (Arab desert or Turkic steppe) colonizes by force, invasion, and conversion – and islam wins because they don’t produce commons, they don’t produce goods, services, and information, and they breed and maximize intolerance. They destroyed every single great civilization of the ancient world and reduced them to superstition, ignorance, dysgenia, and artistic and literary ashes.

… (d) The Chinese have mastered integration by aesthetic, cultural, and institutional forcible integration. The Chinese are not communists (globalists) they are fascists (ethnocentrists).

… (e) The Ashekanzi Jews try to colonize from within and it fails every time (it’s failing right now and it’s creating a civil war in the USA.) and the resulting consequences never transform them.

5. Optimum Political Orders are Obvious. Civilization-states for lesser developed peoples, and federations of nation-states within the same civilization for more developed peoples – both of which are ethnocentric – are optimum for all peoples, because:

… (a) While demand for reciprocity remains, homogeneity provides incentives for maximization of proportionality vs minimization of proportionality.

… (b) Maximization of commons production produces no ingroup competition between classes.

… (c) Marginal indifference in demand for institutions of cultural production

… (d) Marginal indifference in demand for institutions of generational production (family, health, education)

… (e) Minimizes the demand for economic isolation (neighborhoods, schools)

… (f) Minimizes power distance.

… (g) Maximizes political accountability.

… (h) Minimizes bureaucratic self-interest

Civilizations are at different stages of state formation.

… (a) Africa is pre-core-state formation and too heterogeneous for a civilization state.

… (b) South America is Pre-core-state-formation and while hopes for brazil are declining, there are still candidates(Argentina).

… (c) China claims a long history, but has only been stable for a century at a time, and is effectively a new state but with a bureaucratic tradition as strong as the European legal and economic tradition.

… (d) India is effectively a new state.

… (e) North America is in the process of decentralization – reversing the civil war – and returning the USA to its origins as a repetition of the holy roman empire of loosely federated Germanic states.

And State Formation at present requires fairly large scale. The demands of scale force necessary political orders. City-states are forming in the USA. European Nation State’s Remain dominant. And Civilization-States appear to hold sway (China, India). Population necessary for state formation:

… 4-8m for a federated state (Ireland)

… 10M for an independent but allied state (Sweden)

… 30M minimum for self-defense.

… 100M for a regional power and secure self-defense.

… 500M+ for a world power.

6. Smarter populations didn’t ‘win out’. Smarter populations isolated and speciated because of greater selection pressure under climatological duress, favoring greater selection for neoteny (exchange of rate and depth of sexual maturity for increases in cognitive and social agency – self-regulation) Every population (subrace) still dominates its ancestral territorial range (other than Anatolian Turks). And this says something about the risks of hybridization (India) and the challenges of the impossibility of isolation (Africa). So smarter populations didn’t win out so much as the necessary development of technological advantages given the exhaustion of local resources, won out. The only reason Chinese don’t’ speak English, and Europeans don’t speak german is a peculiarity of European informal institutions.
