Races aren’t smarter or dumber. Races, subraces, tribes, and clans have larger or smaller underclasses that shift the distribution downward, producing demand for norms at the median. The three exceptional peoples of modernity have merely culled their underclasses: Ashkenazi, Europeans, and East Asians by climate, farming, land provision, credit provision, war, disease, and prosecution of the undesirable.

The question is why europeans are disproportionately more creative despite much smaller numbers, and this appears to be a combination of both genetic and civilizational causes.
